« Je suis venu visiter Shenyang en famille. Zhongjie est une attraction incontournable, alors j'ai commencé à chercher des hôtels à proximité il y a quelques jours. J'ai vu que cet hôtel avait un très bon environnement et un excellent rapport qualité-prix par rapport aux autres hôtels du quartier. Je n'ai vraiment pas été déçu. Nous avons réservé une suite familiale, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et il y avait même un fauteuil massant, très agréable après une longue journée de marche. La propreté était irréprochable, je recommande vivement cet hôtel. »

« Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back! »

« Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 enfants à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et utile. Les chambres sont également confortables et propres. La situation de l'hôtel est proche de la gare et de certaines attractions touristiques. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas le « véritable puls de Shenyang », car il est plus dans une zone « comme le chemin de fer ». »

« The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again. »

« J'ai séjourné au Manyun Yunsang Hotel pour un voyage d'affaires et j'ai été globalement très satisfait. L'hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de la gare du Nord, très proche des immeubles de bureaux et des banques, et il est très facile de prendre un taxi. La réception est efficace et professionnelle, le personnel est aimable et le service de consigne à bagages est attentionné. Les glaces gratuites dans le hall sont une touche très appréciable, les détails sont soignés. La chambre était calme et propre, le Wi-Fi rapide, et j'ai pu me reposer sans être dérangé la nuit, ce qui est parfait pour les voyageurs d'affaires. »

« Certaines installations sont clairement neuves, mais d'autres ont été conservées de l'ancien hôtel. Nous avons été surclassés, et la vue était vraiment magnifique. Un petit bémol concernant les nouilles fraîchement préparées au petit-déjeuner : elles sont faites à l'avance et laissées de côté, du coup elles sont froides quand on les prend. Je tiens à féliciter Eric du service de conciergerie : il a été très enthousiaste dans ses présentations, a spontanément aidé avec les bagages et nous a même offert un magnet pour le frigo. C'était un geste très chaleureux. Les 5 points pour le service lui sont attribués, j'espère que le personnel de la réception pourra prendre exemple sur lui et ne pas être aussi froid. La qualité générale est au rendez-vous, cela vaut le prix et l'emplacement. »

« Emplacement : L'hôtel est dans un excellent emplacement, en face de Wanda Plaza, tout près de l'université de Bohai et à côté de l'hôtel de ville. Le transport est pratique, l'emplacement est très prospère et il est pratique de voyager. L'hôtel dispose de places de parking hors sol et souterraines, ce qui est très pratique. Le lobby est simple, spacieux et élégant, avec un agencement raisonnable. Il y a de la musique légère européenne et américaine, ce qui est très agréable. Service : Le service de la réception est patient, efficace, attentionné et professionnel. Environnement de la pièce : La pièce est bien éclairée, lumineuse, calme, très propre, le matelas est très confortable, l'eau sort rapidement, la température de l'eau est bonne, la vitesse Internet est rapide, le bureau est pratique, la chambre est propre et n'a pas d'odeur, fortement recommandé Installations : Installations complètes et style unique Type de voyage : convient aux voyages d'affaires ou aux voyages en famille, très rentable, adapté aux personnes voyageant pour affaires et pratique pour l'impression et les réunions. Repas : Le restaurant occidental au premier étage offre un bel environnement, un service attentionné, un petit-déjeuner varié et complet, des réapprovisionnements rapides et un repas agréable. »

« Outstanding hotel for the price ! Really great stay there, it’s really chill, big and clean. The service is very nice, staff is friendly and we can see in the details they put a lot of efforts to please the client. For example the changing room for the swimming pool has a wide locker with already a towel and slippers waiting for you inside. The gym has lemon tea and water fountain available at several area. The swimming pool is great, there is also a sauna. And special mention for the gym that is outstanding ! It basically has the same equipments as a small professional gym ! If you are like me and you don’t want to compromise to much on your gym plan during the vacations, this hotel is perfect ! I will upload many photos of it so you can check by yourself all that is available gym friends ! »

« Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome. »
