Mon hôtel de prédilection à Shenyang, et de loin. Tout le personnel est incroyablement chaleureux et courtois (y compris la conciergerie et le personnel d'entretien). Les différentes installations sont très bien pensées et agencées (j'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport). Le salon exécutif est unique et n'a rien à envier aux hôtels les plus luxueux. Mention spéciale au service en chambre, et plus particulièrement à Sarah pour son attention délicate, qui a apporté une touche de fraîcheur et de bien-être lors de ce voyage estival caniculaire. La prochaine fois, je ne manquerai pas de profiter de la piscine. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

Je donne rarement des avis de plus de trois lignes pour un hôtel, mais le Northeast Asia Hotel mérite que je prenne le temps d'écrire un paragraphe détaillé. Cette fois-ci, j'ai voyagé avec mon enfant et j'avais choisi cet hôtel spécifiquement pour ses excellentes critiques concernant les séjours en famille. Après deux nuits, je peux confirmer que je n'ai pas été déçue. Dès notre arrivée l'après-midi du premier jour, mon enfant a été captivé par l'aquarium du hall et a passé un bon moment à regarder les poissons. Un membre du personnel de la réception est passé par là et a même donné à mon enfant un petit sachet de nourriture pour poissons, lui permettant de vivre la joie de les nourrir. Ce petit geste a instantanément conquis le cœur de mon enfant pour l'hôtel. Notre chambre était au vingt-deuxième étage, offrant une vue magnifique. Le soir, nous avons pu observer le soleil disparaître lentement derrière l'horizon urbain, le ciel passant de l'orange au rose violacé puis au bleu profond. Mon enfant est resté collé à la fenêtre pour regarder tout le coucher de soleil, s'exclamant avec enthousiasme : « Papa, maman, regardez, le ciel change de couleur ! » Une fois la nuit tombée, les lumières de la ville se sont allumées, s'étendant à perte de vue depuis nos pieds jusqu'à l'horizon. Ce spectacle magnifique a même tenu les adultes longtemps devant la fenêtre. La nuit, mon enfant a dormi comme un loir, probablement épuisé par la journée, ou peut-être grâce à l'excellente occultation des rideaux de la chambre. Il a dormi jusqu'au matin et a même traîné au lit, ne voulant pas se lever. Pour un voyage en famille, cet endroit est parfait : les adultes sont tranquilles et les enfants s'amusent. Je le recommande cinq étoiles.

The (apart)hotel is located steps away from the seaside and 东方水城 with plenty of eateries (but definitely less than what you get if staying at 中山广场 for example - we purposely chose to be close to the seaside here). The staff from bellboy to front desk/ cleaning staff is also eager to please with smiles all around, definitely pleasant interactions. On the downside, there was a heavy smoke smell at the hallway leading to our unit, and upon confirmation with the staff working at the floor during the time, turns out that the person living next door is smoking 🥲 this smell did creep into our unit over time, which led me to request air purifier and open the windows to improve circulation. Also I need to turn *off* ventilation at the bathroom to prevent smoke smell. Luckily, the situation improved during our stay (so I decided against requesting to change units) since the occurrence of smoke smell became less (perhaps the resident checked out/ decided to smoke less?). Anyhow, this did damper our experience. Also to note a service suggestion due to the smell I immediately requested a purifier unit, didn’t realize that there’s already one sitting in the unit. I also requested detergent since washing machine is available in the unit, didn’t realize that it’s readily available inside the bathroom. While the receptionist happily agreed to my request when I called to request the items (upon checking into my room), they could have also just informed me where they are located to avoid the redundant request. Also, perhaps the detergent should be placed visibly/ closer to the washing unit instead of being together with toothbrush etc inside the drawer in the bathroom - just a suggestion. Breakfast offerings while great is also nothing to wow about (one of our main considerations for hotel selection is to look at breakfast pricing listed, which is 198 RMB in this case, which is on the higher end, so we were expecting some kind of a wow factor). Yes, the restaurant is located on the 67th floor offering nice view, but the spread is nothing to rave about - it’s your typical above average breakfast spread with additionally a little seafood selection. During our stay I did come across an offer to purchase breakfast for 108 RMB in one of the platforms, and I think the value is much closer to this rather than 198, so something worth calling out. So all in all, good hotel with great location/ views/ staff - calling out the smoking issue (more of a people problem rather than hotel’s, but I would wish/ expect that indoor smoking should be non existent for 5-star establishments, which isn’t the case here), and secondarily the breakfast value. The shower issue (lower pressure/ time to heat) from other reviews is also real, but not a big deal for us.

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests. Thank you for the spacious room.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Un séjour au-delà de mes attentes ! Dès l'entrée, la chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. Qui peut comprendre le plaisir de s'asseoir près de la fenêtre, de siroter du thé et de regarder la mer ? Je craignais qu'il fasse froid en hiver à Dalian, mais en arrivant, j'ai constaté que le chauffage était excellent. Seul bémol, le vent est très fort en hiver au bord de la mer à Dalian, donc il faisait un peu frais près de la fenêtre. La demoiselle du service était très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés un peu après midi, et comme une chambre était prête, elle nous a permis d'y accéder plus tôt. Quand nous avons demandé une couette supplémentaire, elle nous a été livrée immédiatement. Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité : les raviolis aux oursins de Dingxi, les nouilles aux crevettes de Nanshan et le restaurant américain Will Will sont tous délicieux. La plage est à seulement cinq minutes, un endroit parfait pour nourrir les mouettes. En résumé, j'ai séjourné quatre nuits et cinq jours dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer pour le prix d'une seule nuit en haute saison. Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel !

Excellent hôtel, sans hésitation le meilleur que j’ai fait dans le Dongbei. Il remplit toutes les cases de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel urbain de très haut niveau : propreté irréprochable, excellente qualité de la nourriture, chambres spacieuses, confortables, bien chauffées et parfaitement adaptées. Les infrastructures sont remarquables : salle de sport fantastique, piscine très agréable, sauna (qui pourrait être légèrement plus chaud). L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facile et fluide. Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et qui parle anglais. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

Cet hôtel, digne d'Instagram, offre un service de qualité. De votre arrivée à votre départ, vous serez pris en charge par le personnel. Une plage ouverte se trouve à quelques pas, avec deux ou trois cafés, dont le Caan. Le petit-déjeuner buffet propose de délicieux petits-déjeuners occidentaux et chinois. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et disposent d'un balcon donnant sur la plage. Des collations et des boissons sont également offertes, dont une assiette de fruits de bienvenue. Les produits de toilette sont de qualité et sentent très bon. Les toilettes japonaises sont un atout supplémentaire ! Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables. Des activités comme le bateau et le paddle sont également proposés. Si vous avez besoin d'aide concernant les attractions, notamment les visites touristiques, l'établissement dispose d'un compte WeChat et répond rapidement. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous recherchez un endroit plus calme. Et bien sûr, la plage privée en bord de mer est très relaxante et offre une vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit !
