YYannis_realLe service est très agréable. La femme de ménage nous aidera à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la chambre, il nous a vu nous préparer à descendre et nous a immédiatement aidé à descendre nos bagages. Les conseils sur les hôtels envoyés par WeChat sont très complets, y compris les stratégies de restauration et de voyage en ligne.
L'environnement dans le magasin est très bon, il y a deux petites cours très joliment décorées. Il y a de nombreux canapés dans l'espace public, adaptés à ceux qui veulent s'allonger. Malheureusement, ce voyage a été un peu précipité. Je viens, je vais certainement m'allonger et profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi !
Peut-être à cause de la basse saison, la femme de ménage nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre, qui était de quelques mètres carrés plus grande que la chambre initialement réservée. La chambre était équipée d'une maison intelligente, comprenant des rideaux électriques, des toilettes intelligentes, des canapés confortables, un excellent humidificateur, des boissons gazeuses et des tapis de toilettes. Et ainsi de suite ~ La salle de bain dispose d'une grande quantité d'eau. C'est l'installation matérielle la plus nécessaire lors d'un séjour dans un hôtel/B&B en voyage.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et généreux, mais la cuisinière nous a également dit que si ce n'était pas suffisant, nous pourrions continuer à en rajouter Hahaha, nous étions pris en charge ! Je suis arrivé tard cette fois et j'ai raté le thé de l'après-midi. Je prendrai certainement une tasse de café la prochaine fois que je viendrai !

IInvitéThe check in process for this hotel was … surprisingly a bit slower than the other hotels I’ve stayed in Yunnan, maybe because it was during the public holidays there and they’re a bit understaffed while having quite a number of customers staying there. But it was nice that they assisted to arrange our rooms next to each other on the same floor.
Staff were more responsive to use the landline in the room, it’ll take some time to get a reply on WeChat. But overall, still pretty good. Their laundry area has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, and the hotel provides ready packed detergents and disinfectants for users, which was a plus for us 👍 oh and their tea leaves packets taste pretty nice as well
Location was superb, walkable distance to nanping pedestrian street and CuiHu lake. There’s a mall right across the street.

IInvitéAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

KKareena BessonovaOh my goodness I have never stayed in a place like this! We live in a noisy city and come here felt like being in heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our kids loved trying to catch fireflies in the night. We took a walk quite a distance from our cabin towards the hills and came back whrn it was pretty dark. We were able to see the milky way galaxy across the sky and so many stars that the only other place we ever saw tjat many stars was back in my country in the village with no light pollution.
Words cannot describe the tranquility of this placed the magnificence of nature and the peace and quite. The nights are so dark and quiet, felt like being somewhere in wild savanna. I heard some sounds of animals I had never heard before.
We will seriously make this place our frequent holiday detination for peace and quiet, nature and mental healing.
There were quite a number of activities for the kids but our kids were too young to participate. We were just quite happy going for walks and watching the stars at night. The grass looked so inviting and we wanted to roll down the hills hahaha but it was all fenced, which makes sense for safety. We heard there was a heard of elephants nearby.
We also loved in when it rained, the sound of raindrops on the leaves outside and on our leaves.
It’s definitely a place for poets and writers, artists and creative people. I was truly inspired and I mostly sat outside when the babies were napping, and read my Lord of the rings book that I took with me, as that place reminded me of hobbit-land and magic.
Coffee lovers must go, we had as many cups of coffee as we liked.
They also offered us hotpot for dinner and lunch.

MM20129****這次在版納住的酒店非常滿意，朋友推薦的酒店，前段時間她去版納住的這裏還給我錄了房間的實景視頻，所以我直接定了五天，一是不想折騰，二是確實喜歡這個裝修風格，還有就是連定有優惠，房間裝修的很有風格，溶洞設計，很少見，房間足夠大，是非常大，還有投影，浴缸，一次性泡澡袋，衞生每天都有人打掃，乾乾淨淨的，早餐種類相對齊全，能滿足我們的口味，吃飽絕對沒問題，前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，而且很耐心的介紹版納當地特色小吃，旅遊路線，少走不少彎路，酒店位置去夜市特別方便，酒店的接機司機大哥也很熱情，後來每天用他的車出去玩，都會在車裡給我們準備水，整個體驗下來感覺就是很舒心，很温馨，很暖心。版納很好，漫汐嶼真的不錯👍

LLidusTrès bien situé, cherchez les panneaux jaunes et vous le trouverez facilement. Les articles de toilette de la chambre sont un peu usés mais tout est correct et propre. Je ne recommanderais pas de séjourner pendant les nuits froides - la chambre n'a pas de climatisation. Je séjournais dans la chambre 207 et j'ai entendu tous les bruits des escaliers, même en marchant et aussi les gens dans la chambre 206 étaient éveillés et criaient toute la nuit, alors soyez conscient de cela.

C'est sans conteste la guesthouse la plus accueillante où j'aie jamais séjourné ; un véritable havre de paix !
De mon arrivée à mon départ, j'ai été choyée chaque jour. Gérée par une personne expérimentée, la guesthouse m'a offert un sentiment de sécurité incomparable.
Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié, c'est la douceur de vivre qui y règne. L'après-midi, je pouvais savourer un thé et lire dans la cour ensoleillée, ou contempler les monts Cangshan et le lac Erhai depuis la terrasse sur le toit, en me laissant aller à la rêverie. Le soin apporté à l'aménagement des espaces communs est évident partout ; chaque recoin est un décor idéal pour prendre des photos.
Si vous recherchez plus qu'un simple lit, mais un lieu chaleureux pour vous détendre, admirer de magnifiques paysages et partager des moments conviviaux, alors n'hésitez plus !

As a Malaysian traveler exploring Yunnan, I stayed at a homestay apartment near Erhai Lake—and here’s my honest take:
✅ Inside the homestay: Very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers.
👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel.
🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe.
📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work.
Overall: Great homestay unit and host, but the apartment surroundings and distance might not suit everyone.

IInvitéThis is the most impressive homestay of my entire trip. Although I only stayed for one night, everything was exceptionally brilliant. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. They also provide free car rides to both old towns, which is super convenient. The breakfast was great and had more variety than other hotels we stayed at during this trip.
The service is on another level. The staff were very helpful with our bags, explaining everything clearly (one of them speaks pretty good English), and giving us useful suggestions. We accidentally left our oxygen meter behind after checking into another hotel, and they contacted us immediately and arranged to deliver the package to us free of charge. Everything was handled so quickly and professionally.
