J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé avec la station de métro juste à côté de l'hôtel et l'aéroport à un arrêt, ce qui le rend pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport et en revenir si vous n'avez pas beaucoup de bagages. Je comprends qu'il y avait auparavant un service de navette. Peut-être qu'ils peuvent le reprendre pour les clients avec bagages.

Il devrait y avoir de l’eau potable dans des endroits accessibles dans votre hôtel. Les serviettes doivent être changées quotidiennement. La qualité du savon, du gel douche et du shampoing est médiocre. Il y avait du savon dans la zone de gel douche de notre chambre, mais pas de shampoing. (Nous recommandons de renouveler un article tel qu'un kit d'hygiène.) Nous avons trouvé que le groupe fromage dans le contenu du petit-déjeuner était insuffisant. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les shots de vitamines. Concernant le transport, l'assistance en taxi (véhicule) a été rapide. La communication avec les clients et l’intérêt du personnel nous ont laissé une expérience positive. Le coin jeux était très agréable. Les cafés et les boissons étaient délicieux. Merci à Lenox, le membre le plus travailleur de l'hôtel, pour sa gentillesse et sa chaleur. À part cela, nous étions globalement satisfaits. Merci et amour à Carlos et à tous les employés concernés...

La chambre était spacieuse et facile à utiliser. L'emplacement était à distance de marche du marché de Noël de Francfort, donc je pouvais y retourner me reposer quand j'étais fatigué. Comme c'était en ville, on pouvait entendre les voix des gens ivres jusqu'au matin. J'étais tellement fatigué que je me suis endormi rapidement, donc cela peut ne pas convenir aux personnes ayant la peau sensible. Je suis arrivé avant le check-out et j'ai demandé à laisser mes bagages là-bas. Il n'y avait pas de place pour le stocker, nous l'avons donc laissé exposé dans le hall avec pour instruction de le stocker à nos risques et périls. Rien n'a été volé, mais il n'y avait pas de casiers à proximité, donc si vous êtes particulièrement prudent, il serait peut-être préférable de séjourner dans un autre hôtel.

Basic equipment for a single person room. But the door and soundproofing between rooms are not good. At the time am staying( 12pm) the sounds of opening and closing doors and banging on doors were very noisy

Vous pouvez vivre dans une chambre familiale communicante pour 1 000 yuans, ce qui est très pratique. En face se trouve un supermarché indien, Rewe à emporter, et même un supermarché chinois, et de nombreux restaurants.

Personnel d'accueil efficace et polyglotte. La chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bains et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le terminal 2 de l'aéroport se trouve à moins 10 min à pied de l'hôtel. Seul bémol : le parking qui n'est pas évident à trouver.

We stayed in Frankfurt at the beginning of our trip in Germany and found that you have to be careful when booking hotels in northeast area of the central station in Frankfurt but the area to the south where this inn is located is perfectly safe. This is a Japanese style business hotel and we tried out a location in South Korea that we enjoyed and we enjoyed this one too. We got the room with two twin beds and they have standardized furnishings and technology no matter where you are in the world at these hotels. The air conditioning was very good and had a good quiet function that maintained the temperature of the room perfectly. The beds were comfy and the pillows and blankets were just thick enough. The room has a very well planned layout and utilizes the space well with a desk area, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a seating area by the window. There is plenty of lighting in the room and some quiet switches on the lamps. A pleasant surprise for us was the view we got of the central station and many buildings nearby - we could sit there and watch trains and trams come and go. The bathroom is compact but mighty with its well thought out modular design. There is a Japanese toilet with lots of pleasant features. The sink's faucet can fill the bath tub and also controls the shower wand and pressure. The shower has a wide spot in the middle that is perfect for standing in and has an overhead rain shower head with good pressure and good temperature control. The water for drinking can get pretty cold which was nice and refreshing. The location was good and walking along the river to the old town area is a very pleasant stroll. There are some restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The central station has lots of trains, busses and trams that can take you anywhere in the city. The S9 train departs for the airport every 20 minutes and takes about 12 minutes to get there. There is a restaurant in the lobby area that has good prices for beer. There is also a laundry area in the hotel and a large parkade across the street from the hotel. I dropped off my wife first before returning a car and there was a fire alarm and she found it difficult on how to exit. Thankfully no issues but they need to have clearer signage. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety including mostly western style breakfast options like scrambled eggs, sausages, bread and cheese. When we stayed there were some noodles for breakfast. They had juices, tea and a coffee machine. We found the cups provided for the coffee machine were too small for a few of the options. There is a courtyard to sit in and a large cafeteria style seating area. Breakfast is popular and was especially busy after 8 on Saturday morning when we visited. They provide trays that you can load up and bring to your table but many people were forgetting to clear their tables and bring them to the tray racks because the staff does not clear tables and is more focused on making sure all food spots are well stocked.
