I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience.
One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Nous sommes restés bloqués à l'aéroport à cause d'un retard de vol et avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Récemment ouvert, il est excellent, tant au niveau du personnel que des installations. Les prix étaient également raisonnables pour un hôtel aussi bien situé.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near the mall. The service provided by the staff was attentive and satisfactory. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would gladly return in the future.

Un hôtel confortable et propre, bénéficiant d'un emplacement stratégique : accès direct au centre commercial Bintaro Jaya Xchange. Le personnel était sympathique et nous a même permis un départ tardif, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était bien équipée : télévision, climatisation, mini-réfrigérateur, fer à repasser, shampoing, après-shampoing, lait corporel, et bien plus encore. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options to start the day. Our stay at the Sheraton was wonderful. Already in the lobby, you immediately get a holiday feeling. The staff are extremely friendly without ever seeming forced. The whole property is beautifully maintained, and the evening lighting makes the garden look magical. We had a room with a garden view – to our surprise, it also overlooked the runway, so we could watch planes up close right from our window. Despite this, the room was surprisingly quiet. The pool area is excellent as well. A perfect choice for a stopover in Jakarta!

Le service était excellent. Vous pouvez les ajouter sur WeChat pour la prise en charge et le retour à l'aéroport. Nous sommes arrivés vers 2 h du matin et le passage en douane s'est déroulé sans problème. En sortant de l'aéroport, tournez à droite et entrez dans le hall Ouest. Vous verrez le chauffeur venir nous chercher. L'aéroport n'est qu'à dix minutes à pied. L'hôtel est comparable aux hôtels Four Seasons en Chine. Le séjour a été très confortable. Les produits de toilette étaient complets et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Jakarta.

L'hôtel est un hôtel moderne, propre et bien conçu, et une grande télévision intelligente, dont Netflix, avec une équipe qui offre un service exceptionnel. Le récepteur Edwina m'a accueilli chaleureusement, qui a été très utile et a assuré un processus de check-in rapide.
Le lobby a pu être étonnant, grâce à une fragrance de lémon, et j'ai séjourné dans une chambre du roi Deluxe, spacieuse, moderne et cozyperfecte pour travail et relaxation.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il suffit de commencer mon jour de travail.
L'un des meilleurs caractéristiques est la connexion directe au Carstensz Mall, l'un des meilleurs centres de BSD.
En général, un séjour fantastique I'll certainly be back next month! Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Great job, Model J!

The entrance to the hotel is impressive—gleaming, well-maintained reception areas and spotless toilets, truly reflecting the 4.5-star rating. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely warm in their service. The facilities themselves were solid, offering a well-equipped gym, engaging fitness classes, a decent-sized pool, and reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall, the amenities were good, and I had no complaints on that front. However, an extra fold-out bed was an added cost (about half the price of the room), though they did offer a discount on it.
Unfortunately, things took a turn when we saw the room. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard—more like a 2-star experience. While it's cheaper compared to places I stay in Australia, it was still twice the price of accommodations nearby, which makes it feel overpriced for what it is. The lady at reception could only offer us two room options, both of which were in poor condition, so we opted for the lesser of two evils. This was a disappointment in terms of service.
The room itself had a number of issues. The hot water barely worked—either scalding hot or ice cold, with no middle ground. The room was dirty, with visible damage such as switches hanging off the walls, poor patch-up jobs, and mold on the ceiling. It was simply unpleasant, as you can see in the photos. This is supposedly one of the best properties in the area, but it felt like they have a monopoly here, given the lack of competition nearby. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was tired and in desperate need of renovation.
One last thing to note: if you're traveling with children, be cautious when it rains—the tiles at the entrance get incredibly slippery.
Would I recommend this resort? Based on the room quality and the price, unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I won’t be returning in the future.

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)

AAToiJ'ai séjourné à l'hôtel de l'aéroport de Jakarta pendant une nuit avant de prendre un vol tôt le matin le lendemain. Bien que l'hôtel soit assez basique et ait besoin de quelques rénovations, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel ont rendu le séjour supportable.
Les chambres elles-mêmes sont un peu démodées, avec des meubles démodés et un manque d'équipements modernes comme un sèche-cheveux ou un fer à repasser. Le coffre-fort de ma chambre était également cassé et la chasse d'eau des toilettes était assez faible. De plus, la taie d'oreiller de mon lit avait une tache visible. En demandant un remplacement, la femme de ménage qui nettoyait la pièce voisine m'a rapidement fourni une nouvelle taie d'oreiller.
Malgré les défauts de l'hôtel, je dois féliciter le personnel pour sa véritable hospitalité et sa volonté d'aider les clients. Le concierge a été particulièrement utile pour fournir des informations et répondre à mes demandes.
L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner gratuit, simple mais suffisant. Il se composait de produits de base comme du pain, des céréales, des œufs et du porridge matinal indonésien traditionnel.
Dans l'ensemble, le Jakarta Airport Hotel est une option décente pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu de séjour pratique et abordable près de l'aéroport.

IInvitéAt the Lobby, while waiting for the Uber, I was advised not to put my feet up on the chair nor eat in the lobby area. Yet two days we had stayed there, we had witnessed that a group of people were literally eating, and a few people were taking a nap on the couch with their feet up.

KKusumaUn bon hôtel de front de plage. Il était de mon hôtel préféré depuis 2015. Cependant, il est très décevant maintenant. Pour ce prix, il y a beaucoup de choses qu'ils peuvent améliorer, en particulier la qualité de l'alimentation. Il est difficile de trouver un restaurant approprié dans cette région, j'espérais vraiment que nous pourrions compter sur le restaurant de l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, mais nous sommes déçus. Le dîner de buffet est tout mauvais, trop doux, trop salés, pas frais de mer (poissons rattés), la viande est aussi trop sec et pas frais, peut-être déjà congelée pendant trop longtemps, mais le prix n'est pas bon marché. La chambre est un peu obsolète, la salle de bain n'a pas de hanger, où nous attendons de mettre notre toile quand on prend la douche? Sur le sol? J'aime vraiment cet hôtel, c'est pourquoi j'ai écrit cette révision honnête et j'espère qu'elle s'améliorera pour que nous puissions revoir cet hôtel dans notre futur voyage.

Our recent stay at Amaris was an absolute delight, perfectly situated for anyone needing convenient access to the airport without sacrificing comfort or a great meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
The hotel's location is a major plus. Being just a short free shuttle bus from the airport terminals took all the stress out of our early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and reliable, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.
One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast. Often, airport hotel breakfasts can be an afterthought, but here it was a true highlight. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options to suit every palate. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crisp, and there was a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurts. The coffee was fresh and plentiful, providing the perfect fuel for a day of travel.
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep before our journey. We couldn't hear any airport noise, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, we highly recommend Amaris to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. The excellent breakfast and friendly service make it a top choice that we will certainly be returning to on our next trip.
