Honnêtement... J'avais un mauvais pressentiment avant de séjourner dans cet hôtel... Et puis à minuit, l'hôtel était bondé par ma fille de chat ou un couple illégal qui faisait l'enregistrement pour faire du sexe... Je pensais que cet hôtel n'était pas pour les familles... C'est un truc qui a tendance à être nul... Mais le bon côté de cet hôtel, c'est que la réceptionniste est tellement sexy en mini-jupe... J'aime ça...

Grand hôtel, très belle location. Je pense qu'il est le meilleur hôtel de Padang pour sûr. Grand petit déjeuner avec pains et pâtisseries occidentales. Très confortable lit et poulets. Le personnel n'a pas voulu nous donner des plaques vides pour avoir un gâteau de anniversaire dans notre chambre, mais nous n'avons pas cru que c'était une demande injustifiée.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews from my country. The hotel is beautiful, located on a hill with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included Padang-style dishes. However, the hotel is a bit old and has carpeted rooms, which I’m not particularly fond of. Nevertheless, it’s fine as I’m only staying for a night before heading out to explore tomorrow.

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

Nous sommes restés dans la pièce 511, mais il y avait un bruit très perturbant de la prochaine paroi parce que leurs travailleurs faisaient la construction d'un nouveau bâtiment, je pensais que c'était seulement jusqu'à 17 h, il s'est avéré de continuer jusqu'à 18 h.

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Bel hôtel. On y était en période de ramadan. La proximité avec la mosquée générera beaucoup de bruits des 5h du matin. Proximité plage et supérette à pied. Nickel

J'ai réservé la chambre pour mon ami qui vient de se marier. J'ai demandé à l'équipe Trip.com de les vérifier si elles peuvent fournir tout décor de lit pour le couple. Ils ont dit qu'elles feront quelque chose, mais il n'y a rien. Suivant le Trip.com mais l'équipe de l'hôtel n'a donné aucune réponse. Je suis même prêt à payer pour tout supplément. Ou au moins si ils ne peuvent rien faire avec la décoration du lit au moins un toile de décoration/folding serait également bon. Mais il n'y avait rien du tout.
