Excellent service, helpful staff, thoughtfully designed and clean rooms, tasty breakfast and convenient location to train station, trams and shops. Room has good lighting including pendant light and reading lights, comfortable sofa seating, functional bathroom with separate tub and shower and room to place belonging and a laundry line. Coin washer and dryer, ice machine and a microwave are available on the ground/first floor.

The hotel is relatively new, with on site parking. It is located at the top few floors of a business building. There no hotel reception on the ground floor only a phone and the entrance is hard to find if you are driving and it’s at the back of the building. The window shows you the major railway system of Nagoya as JR Nagoya station is just next stop and visible from the window. So a must for train lovers. The staff at the hotel is helpful but their English is minimal but for sure they are polite and cordial. There’s always staff cleaning in the other room when I go in and out of the hotel, but they somehow managed to not bother me and find the right time to clean my room. There is no other facility such as swimming pool, onsen or washing machines in the hotel. There’s a large family mart on ground floor and a few restaurants in the complex but we are always out during the day and didn’t have a choice to enjoy them. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the choices are ample. It also has the skyline view of Nagoya. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a little piece and quiet when you travel. And you might need to walk extra or take 1 more stop in the Metro to go back to hotel. It’s an excellent hotel but I think more suitable for adults.

the hotel is new, convenient and clean, only that for first night our neighbor room was noisy with kids screaming, but then the staff was quite lost and dunno how to deal with the case when we complaint. we have to propose the solution to her and then to arrange another room for us, so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Good price point. Fantastic location 100 m from Nagoya station, with a popular conveyor sushi next door. Housekeeping spotless. Nice clean bathroom with strong shower. Room is not huge but definitely not as small as some complain -- this is after all Japan. Only annoying thing could be the lift that takes a while to come and (as many have commented) always stops at level 2 reception by default. Which imho is quite extra, given that the hotel is otherwise trying to reduce labour with reduced housekeeping and auto check in -- which begs the question why they would assume guests would need to keep visiting the reception counter.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The parking is conveniently located directly under the hotel, which made it easy to get around. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, and it's just a short walk to the JR station. Plus, it's close to the famous Starbucks. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for convenience and a great location!

Great stay- good food and very fresh. Good public bath with very hot water. B Free coffee and plain water at level one. (For certain timing) Entrance is at level two. From room, can see sunset view. Thanks for the great service!

La chambre est comme n'importe quel autre hôtel japonais. L'emplacement est excellent. Il se trouve en face du bus de Nagoya à Toyama et juste à côté de la gare JR de Toyama. Il existe de nombreux endroits pratiques pour manger dans les environs. Il est particulièrement adapté à ceux qui souhaitent se rendre à Tateyama chaque année car le chemin de fer électrique de Toyama se trouve juste en bas ! L'hôtel propose également des calamars fluorescents au petit-déjeuner !

酒店既有傳統日式温泉的賓至如歸，還帶有現代日式風格的大堂和裝飾。早晚餐特別精緻可口，會席料理以及和式早餐，讓出差在外的我得到了很好的休息和享受。温泉也很好，去的那天正好北陸地區當晚下雪，泡在温泉裡頭上雪花飛舞，第二天一早窗外白茫茫一片，實在太驚喜的體驗。五分好評！
