My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

J'ai utilisé cet hôtel pour un voyage d'affaires et j'ai eu une expérience très positive. Location & Dining: L'emplacement est excellent pour les options de repas. Il y a deux cafés directement sur la rue, et des restaurants et cafés supplémentaires dans le quartier, ce qui rend les repas très confortables. L'hôtel a offert un petit déjeuner gratuit pour un café proche, ce qui constitue une excellente alternative. Je suis excitée par l'avenir, puisque le restaurant rénové devrait devenir NAVAT, un établissement de haute qualité dans la ville. Aménagements et confort : J'ai été très apprécié des compliments de la chambre, y compris l'eau bouteilleuse gratuite, la chaudière électrique et les fournitures de café et de thé. Service: Le personnel de l'hôtel était ami et incroyablement utile. Ils ont rapidement traité ma demande soudaine de taxi et fourni des informations très détaillées et utiles sur la ville. Globalement : très recommandé. Un séjour très confortable avec service exceptionnel et un emplacement confortable.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Urban Bishkek il y a quelques mois et nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse. L'hôtel lui-même était exactement comme décrit, propre, agréable, confortable et bien entretenu. Tout était simple et agréable dès notre arrivée. Il semblait vraiment que nous avions plus que ce que nous avons payé. Le service de petit déjeuner a été organisé par le personnel de l'équipe, qui a été chargé de la restauration de la maison. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir quelque chose de petits paquets pour nous prendre. Ils ont offert de demander au chef de commencer à préparer le petit déjeuner juste pour nous, afin que nous puissions descendre et profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner avant de partir. Le personnel de l'hôtel Urban Bishkek a été très reconnaissant pour leur bonté et leur hospitalité.

Les chambres sont agréables, confortables et propres. Le personnel est aimable et serviable ! Le petit-déjeuner dépend des horaires des cuisiniers, mais il est parfois délicieux, avec des viennoiseries fraîches, des plats chauds, des blinis et des syrniki. Parfois, il est moyen, avec des saucisses trop sèches en plat principal, des brioches Cinnabon qui traînent depuis trois jours (personne n'en prend, mais on continue d'en proposer), et les saucisses elles aussi ont quelques jours. En revanche, il y a toujours des fruits frais.

Honnêtement un hôtel exceptionnel, presque parfait, sauf pour quelques petites choses. Le bon: - Avec un écran de sport, une presse de banque, des poids gratuits, des photos jointes. Il a même des douches et des verrous. - une réception et un service d'hôtels généraux, toujours très utile et efficace. - le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai eu dans toute l'Asie centrale. - chambres propres, confortables. - une grande location, avec les restaurants Navat et Fazia à seulement 300 m de l'hôtel. Le mauvais : Le restaurant avait un mauvais service à mon avis : 1- Je me suis demandé de recevoir le service de la chambre (qui est largement annoncé comme 24/7) le jour 1 et ils m'ont attaqué parce que je ne leur parlais pas dans leur langue. 2- Le 2e jour, je pense que je leur donnerais une autre chance et qu'ils m'ont fait venir. En général, je n'ai jamais dû essayer, sauf pour le petit déjeuner.

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.
