L'emplacement est génial - à cinq minutes d'un centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le personnel était poli et serviable. Un homme a même essayé de me donner une carte SIM gratuite, mais malheureusement, elle avait déjà expiré. Les chambres étaient grandes et lumineuses, et également calmes. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et rapide.

第一次住這家酒店，前台工作人員很熱情。沒有當地的打車軟件前台幫我們叫了車後怕我們找不到車還送我們上出租。酒店的中國工作人員還發給了我們一份當地旅遊攻略，難得在國外感受到了別樣的歸屬感。下次還會再來噠。

Очень чистый и уютный отель. Номер огромный с большой мягкой кроватью. Туалетная комната-выше всяких похвал!
Всему персоналу отеля большой РАХМАТ!!!
Все наши просьбы были удовлетворены мгновенно. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера.
По поводу завтраков-столовая всё таки заточена под китайских туристов. Ходили на завтраки только 2 дня, благо рядом много вкусных и разнообразных мест.
Отличное расположение отеля, слаженная и чёткая работа всего персонала. Чистый, просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Однозначно, в следующий приезд к вам! Большое спасибо за уютные 7дней в Бишкеке! Большой привет Куану!

Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot.
Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas.
The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot.
The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso.
Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

슈퍼마켓도 근처에 있어서 ATM도 이용하고
키르유심도 구입하였습니다.

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes.
The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Le type sur le résepshène semblait inacceptable. Venez une heure avant le logement, il a offert un logement plus tôt pour 6 $ l'heure. Je ne sais pas si ce chip de l'hôtel est si nuisible pour chaque heure. Mais il nous a poussés de la même façon. Si la chambre est libre, pourquoi ne pas régler vos clients une heure plus tôt ?
La chambre est grande, tout fonctionne bien.

酒店地處市中心，去往主要景點非常輕鬆。國家地標阿拉套廣場和國家歷史博物館步行即可到達，城市氛圍濃厚。想要感受當地風情，著名的奧什市場也在附近，可以買到新鮮水果和特色手工藝品。如果對建築和宗教文化感興趣，聖尼古拉斯東正教堂同樣不遠，安靜而美麗。
無論是打車、步行還是利用公共交通探索城市，這裏都是完美的起點。對於商務和休閑旅客來説，這裏都是物超所值的選擇。強烈推薦！👍

IInvitéОтдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

LludwigvmellyDecided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

В 10 мин ходьбы расположен Ошский рынок, для любителей базаров и торговли есть чем заняться.
Рядом есть мини магазин, если вдруг нужно что-то.
В номере есть все удобства-чайник, посуда, мыльные принадлежности, только нет холодильника(

SSeqsyuttJ'ai passé 3 nuits dans cette auberge et j'ai aimé la chambre spacieuse et propre. Le travailleur « Arlan » est très sympathique et serviable, même bien informé, si vous avez des questions, il sera ravi de partager et de vous guider. Les femmes de ménage aident à nettoyer la chambre tous les jours et le réapprovisionnement est suffisant. Auberge dans un emplacement stratégique à environ 10 minutes à pied du bazar d'Osh et vous pouvez prendre les bus locaux pour aller partout dans le centre avec seulement 20 som
C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix et si j'ai la chance de revenir ici à l'avenir, ce serait certainement mon premier choix par cœur et je le recommande vivement à tous mes amis. Merci pour votre service inconditionnel et j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour chez vous

The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

La proximité d'un distributeur automatique de billets, d'un grand supermarché et d'une excellente boulangerie est très pratique. Un chat y vit et vient parfois se blottir dans le lit.
