Excellent service de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel, très accueillante et serviable ! La chambre avec vue sur la mer était agréable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété de cuisines, et j'apprécie particulièrement le fait qu'ils proposent des kuihs malaisiens, un vrai moment de nostalgie ! Le service en chambre est un peu cher, mais il en vaut la peine. La plage et la piscine sont également propres. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable et relaxant.

One of the best hotels that I stay at is Genting, The service was nice and easy to check in, I just have to go to the mailbox and take one access card. Before entering the security guard will guide us where to access and be so friendly. When I enter the lift. No need to press because it might not appear your number just scan and lift will automatically go to your floor. If they can provide more plastic garbage for those staying 2 nights will be easy for us. Other than that, nice view. Comfortable bed and provide cookware too so it's so convenient for those who want to cook. I will definitely be coming back when I come to Genting Highland.

I recently stayed at 1001 Nights Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions around Genting Highlands. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its affordable price compared to many other hotels in the Genting area. The cool mountain weather also made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was that parking can be limited during busy periods, and the room size may feel a bit small for larger families. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to stay near Genting Highlands.

Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

A great option for a quick getaway from KL. The check-in process is a bit different as there is no counter,you’ll need to call upon arrival and the person in charge will meet you at the lobby. A cash deposit is required for the access cards. For check-out, you simply leave the access cards in the room, take a photo, and leave the door open. The deposit is refunded on the same day via bank transfer. Also, you don’t need the access card when exiting the car park. The room is clean and with modern design. We enjoyed the warm water jacuzzi and sauna. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby (99 Speedmart, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart), so it’s easy to find food.

We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

L'hôtel a un vrai potentiel. Lemplacement est sublime. Ses employés sont charmants et aidant. Cependant, la qualité de la prestation par rapport au prix demandé n'est pas à la hauteur. Les buffets sont certes généreux pas pas exceptionnels. Le fait que l'on doive payer pour accéder aux activités tels le golf, le tennis, le ping pong, le babyfoot et j'en passe est quelque peu mesquin. Par ailleurs, les bruits de scooter le matin en raison des employés qui se déplacent rompt avec le charme et le silence attendus dans un tel endroit. Aussi, les chambres sont mal isolées en ce que l'on entend très facilement les voisins. A 93€ la nuit en Malaysie, ce n'est pas acceptable. Cette prestation pour un tarif moindre le serait cependant. Encore une fois, l'hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel, encore faut-il l'exploiter jusqu'au bout.

Beau hôtel et grande chambre. Tous les membres du personnel sont amis. Le petit déjeuner est un menu agréable mais limité. Il y a peu de choses que je voudrais mentionner qui pourraient être améliorées Nous n'avons pas reçu de boissons et de serviettes de bienvenue pendant que nous attendions que les chambres soient prêtes. Le premier jour de petit déjeuner, nous avons commandé un classique américain et une omelette de haute terre. Nous avons choisi une omelette de haute terre parce qu'elle n'a pas de viande bovine. Ma femme ne peut pas manger de la viande bovine en raison de la religion. Nous avons servi 2 ensembles de classiques américains tous deux ont de la viande bovine. Le petit déjeuner de 2e jour, j'ai commandé une omelette de Highland à nouveau. Cette fois, j'ai dit au serveur No BEEF, il a dit que l'omelette de Highland n'avait pas de viande. Si elles ne servent pas l'omélette Highland, il faut le retirer du menu, il ne causera pas de malentendu. C'est plutôt irritant quand nous voulions juste une omélette et pas de viande. Tout le reste est parfait.

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.
