Le jour de l'enregistrement, je suis arrivé très tard et j'ai dit que je voulais une chambre calme, alors j'ai été envoyé dans le coin le plus intime. Quand je suis entré dans la porte, les rideaux n'étaient pas serrés, et j'ai senti que c'était encore pire. J'ai demandé un changement de chambre. Heureusement, le changement de chambre a été assez rapide, mais la chambre du bas a été changée, car il y avait un bloc sur le balcon du deuxième étage, donc l'éclairage n'était pas bon du tout. Les trois repas que j'ai pris n'ont pas eu une journée car le petit déjeuner s'est terminé à 10 heures. Le déjeuner et le dîner étaient similaires, et il n'y avait rien à manger. Je n'ai pas vu de fruits de mer à part du poisson grillé. Les images étaient trompeuses. Il y a pas mal d'endroits pour jouer, mais l'eau d'une autre piscine avec un toboggan est froide, elle ne peut donc qu'être affichée.

L'hôtel est magnifique ! Même si vous ne sortez pas, vous y passerez un bon moment. L'emplacement est idéal car il est relié au centre commercial Menara Mall, donc tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin est à proximité. J'y suis allée avec une amie pour mon anniversaire et j'ai trouvé une chambre superbement décorée avec des coussins « Joyeux Anniversaire », et j'ai même eu un gâteau dans ma chambre le soir ! Cela a vraiment égayé ma journée et je prévois déjà d'y retourner ! Nous avons également profité du spa pour un soin de luxe très agréable. Le personnel était très arrangeant et a réussi à nous réserver nos soins. Le service de blanchisserie était également très rapide. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je le recommande vivement.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. Le service est très bon. Vous pouvez aller au spa et vous baigner dans les sources chaudes. L'attitude du service est très bonne. La plupart du personnel parle anglais.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce riad et nous n'avons absolument pas regretté notre choix ! C'était un endroit magnifique et plein de charme, comme un conte de fées, et c'était génial de pouvoir découvrir leur histoire et leur culture. Notre hôte, qui nous a accueillis et a répondu à toutes nos questions, était très poli et chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et délicieux, et j'ai particulièrement apprécié leur café (un véritable chef-d'œuvre). Il y a aussi une piscine en accès libre 😍 Un petit café se trouvait juste à côté du riad ; les prix étaient très abordables et la cuisine délicieuse 😌 Nous avons longuement hésité avant de réserver, mais nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre décision 💛

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

I am very impressed how beautiful Riad Belikoss pool and spa. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to go and visit Morocco Marrakech to stay in this riad.  The Staff Heba, Marwah, Mahmod and the one who manage the place was amazing, their service was good and very accommodating to their guests.  They work with honor and dignity and care to their guests.....  I appreciate how they maintained the cleanliness of the room and the place.  The food was great too, air-conditioned room duting the peak summer season, pool was cool to dip into, the lounge was relaxing to stay and watch football. 😊 The place is located to the heart of Riad❤️ evrything are nearby.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.

C'est très pratique, tout près de la vieille ville, à quelques minutes seulement. Il y a beaucoup à voir, de quoi se restaurer et de nombreuses autres activités. Cependant, l'entrée est difficile à trouver car elle n'est pas toujours facile à repérer, et communiquer avec les habitants est compliqué ; ils ne parlent pas anglais, c'est donc pratiquement impossible. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus, mais il est très simple, alors ne vous attendez pas à grand-chose. Son principal atout est sa proximité avec le métro.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner au Riad Jibril lors de notre visite à Marrakech, et quelle délicieuse expérience ce fut ! Notre hôte, Iheb, mérite véritablement le titre de légende. Dès l'instant où nous sommes arrivés jusqu'à notre départ, il a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Même s’il ne s’agit peut-être pas d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, il offre une expérience marocaine unique et authentique qui a dépassé nos attentes. Le riad lui-même, avec son architecture traditionnelle, était propre et accueillant. Le point culminant était sans aucun doute la terrasse sereine, une oasis de paix loin de l'agitation de la médina. Un soir, nous nous sommes offert une chicha en terrasse, une expérience délicieuse qui ne nous a coûté qu'environ 70 MAD. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de dîner en terrasse, où nous avons dégusté de délicieux tajines au prix très raisonnable de 60 MAD pièce. Les compétences culinaires du chef étaient vraiment impressionnantes. Le petit déjeuner servi chaque matin était traditionnel et simple aussi ! Ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment spécial, c'est l'atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante créée par Iheb et le personnel. Nous sommes arrivés en tant qu'invités mais sommes repartis en amis. Nous nous sommes même liés d'amitié avec les deux adorables chatons résidents, Sofia, la chatte tigrée aux poils longs, et Leena, la chaton roux. Leur présence a ajouté une touche de charme supplémentaire à notre séjour. L'emplacement du Riad Jibril était parfait et le chameau devant le bureau de change constituait un excellent point de repère. Le riad se trouvait dans la ruelle opposée, deuxième porte, ce qui le rendait facile à trouver. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa proximité avec la Kasbah, près du café Zeitun, l’un de nos endroits préférés à visiter le soir. La terrasse du café, éclairée par des lanternes, offrait des vues majestueuses qui rendaient nos soirées encore plus mémorables.
