Je reviens pour laisser un commentaire, j'ai oublié de prendre des photos, je n'ai photographié que le hall d'entrée. Installations : Très agréablement surpris pour ce prix ! La chambre était grande, et le petit lit dans notre chambre triple était un vrai lit, ce qui était une très bonne surprise, pas du tout petit, bien meilleur que les petits lits d'appoint en fer d'autres hôtels. Chaque chambre a généralement un balcon privé. L'hôtel dispose également de nombreuses piscines extérieures, mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en hiver. Il y a aussi une grande salle de sport avec de très bons équipements. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec des omelettes et du thé à la menthe. Le plus important, c'est qu'on vous servait du jus de fruits, ce qui est rare pour un buffet petit déjeuner à ce prix d'avoir un si bon service. Hygiène : C'était plutôt moyen, l'hôtel n'étant plus tout jeune. Le tapis de bain était un peu noir, et les draps du petit lit n'étaient pas très propres, mais à ce prix-là, c'était acceptable. Ah oui, l'hôtel est immense. Nous étions dans la zone Sun, et il fallait marcher un bon bout de temps depuis le hall. L'ascenseur était un peu vieux et tremblait beaucoup.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. Остановились в данном Риаде на 3 ночи, и ни чуть не пожалели! Очень красиво и атмосферно, будто попадаешь в сказку, и круто иметь возможность прочувствовать их историю и культуру жизни. Хозяйн, что встретил нас и дальше помогал со всеми насущными вопросами, был очень вежливым и гостеприимным. Завтраки были очень кучными и сытными, особенно хотелось бы отметить их кофе (просто отдельное произведение искусства) А еще есть бассейн в свободном доступе😍 Рядом с Риадом было маленькое кафе, по ценам очень дешево и безумно вкусно😌 Мы долго думали вначале, стоит ли бронировать данное место, но ничуть не пожалели о нашем решении💛

Mon séjour à Riad Belikoss était OK, mais pas totalement satisfaisant. Le personnel est agréable, le check-in était OK. Mais le verre de bienvenue (té mint) n'était pas chaud. La chambre n'était pas si mauvaise, mais pour le prix payé, la propreté était douteuse (voir photos). J'espère que cela pourra être mieux nettoyé à l'avenir si la direction l'étudiera. Le petit déjeuner était raisonnable, avec jus d'orange, une omelette, quelques fruits, un pancake marocain (msemmen) avec chocolat, miel et jam. J'ai manqué 2 choses : yoghurt et Amlou (manteau de pomme de terre marocaine). Ils vous servent du café noir dans un petit thermo, mais il n'était pas chaud! Le café devrait être vraiment chaud. Ils m'ont servi le café seulement, et après avoir demandé de fournir du lait. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Pas trop mauvais, mais il y a des choses à améliorer. Le personnel était amiable et utile. Je me suis dit ”où est la piscine” ? C'est ça ? Je ne peux pas vraiment l'appeler une piscine. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La porte de la chambre (voir photo) est vieille et verte avec moule. À remplacer d'urgence. Curtains ne sont pas éclatés, vous aurez toujours la lumière qui vient dans la chambre. La chambre n'est pas de la preuve du son mais à la nuit il était calme Il n'y a que des fenêtres à l'intérieur du bâtiment, pas de fenêtres extérieures, donc pas d'air frais entrant, causant une pénurie d'oxygène la nuit. Si vous obtenez un prix très bon marché (soit moins de 20 euros) il est acceptable, il est trop pour ce Riad. Conclusion : c'est un beau Riad, mais il y a des choses à améliorer. Mais Larbi est super, merci mon ami.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner au Riad Jibril lors de notre visite à Marrakech, et quelle délicieuse expérience ce fut ! Notre hôte, Iheb, mérite véritablement le titre de légende. Dès l'instant où nous sommes arrivés jusqu'à notre départ, il a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Même s’il ne s’agit peut-être pas d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, il offre une expérience marocaine unique et authentique qui a dépassé nos attentes. Le riad lui-même, avec son architecture traditionnelle, était propre et accueillant. Le point culminant était sans aucun doute la terrasse sereine, une oasis de paix loin de l'agitation de la médina. Un soir, nous nous sommes offert une chicha en terrasse, une expérience délicieuse qui ne nous a coûté qu'environ 70 MAD. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de dîner en terrasse, où nous avons dégusté de délicieux tajines au prix très raisonnable de 60 MAD pièce. Les compétences culinaires du chef étaient vraiment impressionnantes. Le petit déjeuner servi chaque matin était traditionnel et simple aussi ! Ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment spécial, c'est l'atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante créée par Iheb et le personnel. Nous sommes arrivés en tant qu'invités mais sommes repartis en amis. Nous nous sommes même liés d'amitié avec les deux adorables chatons résidents, Sofia, la chatte tigrée aux poils longs, et Leena, la chaton roux. Leur présence a ajouté une touche de charme supplémentaire à notre séjour. L'emplacement du Riad Jibril était parfait et le chameau devant le bureau de change constituait un excellent point de repère. Le riad se trouvait dans la ruelle opposée, deuxième porte, ce qui le rendait facile à trouver. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa proximité avec la Kasbah, près du café Zeitun, l’un de nos endroits préférés à visiter le soir. La terrasse du café, éclairée par des lanternes, offrait des vues majestueuses qui rendaient nos soirées encore plus mémorables.

Quelle expérience incroyable de séjourner dans ce Riad. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Karim, qui nous a fait visiter le Riad et nous a offert un thé sur le toit. Il nous a donné une carte et nous a expliqué tout ce que nous devions savoir sur la région et sur les moyens de se rendre à tous les sites touristiques. Le Riad est situé dans un quartier idéal... à proximité des tombeaux Saadiam et à seulement quelques pas de la place principale. Les taxis sont faciles à trouver et peuvent facilement se rendre jusqu'à la porte du Riad, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal. La chambre était magnifique, d'une propreté impeccable et les installations étaient incroyables, nous avons dormi profondément chaque nuit et avons adoré la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner du matin était également un régal. Vous êtes accueillis par un membre du personnel sympathique et nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner sur le toit que nous avons pris chaque matin. Le spa est également merveilleux. En couple, nous avons opté pour un forfait hammam traditionnel, suivi d'un massage, et c'était super. Encore une fois, le personnel du spa, les installations et l'expérience globale étaient absolument incroyables. Une mention spéciale à tous les membres du personnel du Riad : les plus sympathiques et les plus arrangeants que j'aie jamais eu le plaisir de rencontrer, en particulier Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha et un autre monsieur dont j'ai oublié le nom. Ils ont été si gentils et serviables, nous saluant avec le sourire à chaque fois que nous les avons vus et faisant tant d'efforts pour rendre notre séjour fantastique. Si vous envisagez de réserver ce Riad, faites-le immédiatement. Vous ne le regretterez pas. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Marrakech, nous séjournerons à nouveau ici et je le recommanderai à tous ceux que je connais. I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

It is located right next to the sea and Madina. The restaurant offers a nice view and serves very nice food. The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.

Stayed here recently after booking through Trip.com, and overall it was a really relaxing and unique experience. Location: The villa is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh city centre, so it’s definitely more on the quiet, countryside side. That’s great if you’re looking to unwind away from the chaos of the Medina, but just keep in mind you’ll need a taxi or arranged transport to get around. Ambience & Property: The place feels like a peaceful retreat. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax, which makes it perfect for a chill day. The architecture has a rustic Moroccan charm with small villa-style rooms that add to the cozy vibe. Rooms & Comfort: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not ultra-luxury, but clean and nicely designed to match the overall aesthetic of the property. It feels more like staying at a private villa than a typical hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, though service can feel a bit laid-back at times (which honestly matches the vibe of the place). Food & Facilities: The poolside setup is great for relaxing, though food options might be limited compared to larger hotels. Best to plan meals or head into the city for more variety. Overall Experience: If you’re looking for a calm, aesthetic getaway with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, this is a solid choice. If you prefer being close to the action, this might feel a bit too remote. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Great for relaxing, but location may not suit everyone.
