Excellent location close to food and entertainment, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommend, will definitely come back!

A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

Hotel room is dated. Room size is big but shower area needs improvement. No toiletries provided. Hand soap and hand towels not provided. When shower, toilet floor gets wet as no shower door is installed hence wash basin and toilet areas become wet. Breakfast is average but sufficient to keep you full.

La semaine dernière, ma famille et moi avons séjourné au Tuna Maya Beach & Spa Resort sur l'île de Tioman. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel ; nos chambres offraient une vue panoramique sur la mer d'un bleu azur, un panorama paisible et infini. L'écosystème du complexe est bien préservé, et l'on y croise fréquemment des singes, des écureuils et d'autres animaux sauvages, ce qui ajoute à son charme naturel. Comme il s'agissait de la dernière chambre disponible lors de notre réservation, nous n'avons pas pu choisir la villa familiale idéale en bord de mer. Cependant, à notre arrivée, après avoir communiqué avec le personnel, l'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir un lit simple supplémentaire, nous assurant ainsi un séjour confortable et témoignant de son service attentionné et méticuleux. Le complexe lui-même est d'une propreté impeccable, entouré de verdure, créant une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. Le nombre modéré de clients a également permis d'éviter la foule et le bruit, offrant un cadre idéal pour des vacances en famille. Les options de restauration sont également remarquables. Les restaurants de l'hôtel proposaient une cuisine d'excellente qualité, notamment les plats signatures recommandés, aux saveurs uniques et capables de satisfaire tous les palais, témoignant du dévouement des chefs. Par ailleurs, voici quelques conseils pratiques, tirés de notre expérience, qui pourraient être utiles aux autres voyageurs : 1- En arrivant à l'île de Tioman en ferry depuis le port de Mersing, le premier arrêt est généralement l'embarcadère de Genting. Une fois débarqué, cherchez le personnel tenant des panneaux « Tunamaya » ; vous devrez ensuite prendre un bateau rapide pour rejoindre le complexe hôtelier. 2- L'hôtel peut vous aider à réserver vos billets de ferry. En communiquant vos dates de voyage à l'hôtel à l'avance par e-mail, vous leur permettrez d'organiser votre voyage en conséquence, ce qui est très pratique. 3- Les boutiques du complexe hôtelier sont petites et généralement ouvertes uniquement aux heures des repas, offrant un choix limité pour les besoins quotidiens. Si vous prévoyez de séjourner sur l'île plusieurs jours, nous vous recommandons d'apporter quelques en-cas ou produits de première nécessité. Dans l'ensemble, le Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort excelle par son cadre, son confort, son service et sa restauration, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour des vacances en famille. Ce séjour a permis à notre famille de passer des vacances très agréables.

Mon séjour au Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel a été un véritable enchantement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et un service impeccable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions et aux quartiers d'affaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenues. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, avec un large choix de plats délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Que vous voyagiez pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, je recommande vivement le Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. Il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

Nous avions réservé deux appartements de trois chambres pour notre séjour en famille. L'arrivée était prévue à 15h, mais les chambres n'étaient disponibles que plus de trois heures plus tard. Seuls deux petits-déjeuners gratuits nous ont été offerts. Une fois dans les chambres, nous avons constaté que le réfrigérateur était moisi, le pommeau de douche cassé et inutilisable, et la bouilloire électrique fuyait pendant l'ébullition. De plus, il n'y avait ni serviettes ni mouchoirs, et nous devions en réclamer tous les jours à la réception ! Le téléphone de la chambre était hors service. Le restaurant n'avait pas fait la vaisselle correctement le matin, et l'organisation générale était chaotique. Ce n'est pas un hôtel standard, et la connexion Wi-Fi est très mauvaise.

The studio room is very comfy, nice and clean. The Antara link bridge is about 15 mins walking distance. Its not steep as there are escalators when going up. I don't mind to staying here and take grab go up genting. It's cheap. The room with a big balcony, you can dine outside if u wanna enjoy some fresh and cold air. It also has a kitchenette and washing machine with dryer. It about 15 restaurants below the building. Haidilao is going to open here soon. In overall, sure we will be staying here again. Note: from genting after 10pm is hard to get a grab downhill. The drivers already leave genting i believe. But it's still fine with a 15 min walk back.

Avantages L'hôtel est idéal pour les familles. Nous avons réservé la chambre six car la chambre quadruple a été évaluée par d'autres clients comme étant loin du hall. Notre chambre six était juste au-dessus du hall au niveau 2. L'espace était suffisant pour notre famille de 5 personnes avec un enfant en bas âge et nous avions une chambre communicante. Notre chambre avait un lit superposé. Donc au total, il y avait 3 grands lits. 2 lits en bas et 1 sur le lit superposé. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'est très pratique car les parcs à thème, les restaurants et le supermarché se trouvent juste en face de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants à la réception du hall. Les inconvénients La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine séparée pour toilettes et douche. Mais la salle de bain n'a pas de porte ! Vous devrez vous changer dans la cabine de douche. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel où la salle de bain n'a pas de porte, donc si vous séjournez avec un grand groupe, soyez prêt ? La chambre n'a pas de ventilateur mais il fait froid dehors, donc ce n'est pas un problème pour nous pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement du buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel. Il se trouve dans les locaux du parc à thème couvert, vous devez donc marcher 10 à 15 minutes pour le petit-déjeuner. Sinon super séjour pour les familles et prix raisonnable aussi si vous partagez.

One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway.
