L'emplacement est vraiment génial ! Très proche de la gare, de l'opéra, de Münch, du musée et des saunas. J'adore toute l'ambiance de l'endroit. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment super. Je dirais que le seul inconvénient est que les draps étaient un peu rayés.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Great location, decent breakfast spread, and compact but well-maintained rooms. Everything as advertised. Meets expectations, no surprises. The Munch and the opera house are within walking distance. The transit to the airport is right at the doorstep.

Tout est là sauf ce qui n'est pas là. Si la chambre est vide, vous pouvez vous enregistrer plus tôt et stocker vos bagages. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, mais un réfrigérateur commun est disponible dans le hall. Le hall dispose également d'un distributeur automatique et d'un four micro-ondes. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la gare d'Oslo et les principales attractions touristiques sont également accessibles à pied. Le tram numéro 12, qui dessert le parc Vigeland, s'arrête également juste à côté de l'hôtel. J'ai l'intention d'y revenir. Je le recommande comme hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.

J'ai vraiment passé un merveilleux séjour au Scandic Holmekollen. L'hôtel offre une ambiance relaxante et une vue imprenable sur les environs. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider avec un sourire chaleureux. La combinaison de l'atmosphère sereine et de la serviabilité du personnel a rendu mon séjour vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement le Scandic Holmekollen à tous ceux qui recherchent un refuge paisible avec une vue imprenable et un service exceptionnel.

Grande location. Réception semi-automatique rapide et efficace. L'évacuation dans le tube de douche est totalement inutile, aurait coûté 15$ à réparer, aucun outil n'a été nécessaire. Toutes les mêmes choses avec des lampes à lit défectueuses. Sinon, un bon séjour.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité supérieure à la station de bus, à 100 m de la gare et à 500 m de la gare centrale d'Oslo. La chambre est assez grande et bien équipée, avec une lave-linge, une grande tige de séchage, une micro-ondes et tous les outils. Il y a une salle publique (autoservice, super convenable, assez grand espace) pour les installations de stockage des bagages et toutes les besoins (paquets de thé, serviettes, chaussures, linge d'oreilles, etc., bien qu'il soit calme à la nuit) Tout est fait sur application, y compris l'entrée/sortie et l'ouverture des portes. La fonction d'ouverture de porte dans l'application ne fonctionne pas parfois, vous devez utiliser le code au lieu de cela (il n'y a pas de réception). La chambre est un peu sombre à la nuit (même avec toutes les lumières sur) pour la lecture et l'écriture.

Les lumières étaient très faibles et l'attitude était amicale. Il faisait sombre quand nous sommes arrivés, même si nous n'étions pas là quand nous sommes partis, le temps en Europe du Nord est comme ça, il faisait encore sombre, donc c'était un peu regrettable. L'emplacement est relativement pratique depuis la gare. Il y a un viaduc à traverser. Le service est moyen
