L'emplacement est vraiment génial ! Très proche de la gare, de l'opéra, de Münch, du musée et des saunas. J'adore toute l'ambiance de l'endroit. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment super. Je dirais que le seul inconvénient est que les draps étaient un peu rayés.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Great location, decent breakfast spread, and compact but well-maintained rooms. Everything as advertised. Meets expectations, no surprises. The Munch and the opera house are within walking distance. The transit to the airport is right at the doorstep.

Il n'y a aucun moyen de s'enregistrer à l'hôtel réservé via Ctrip. Je dois passer par la porte où je dois glisser ma carte et demander au personnel de trouver la réservation par son nom que j'ai réservée pour deux nuits, mais le personnel s'est arrangé pour cela. moi une autre nuit avec un nom similaire sans regarder attentivement le nom de la commande ? En conséquence, j'ai reçu moins d'argent et je n'ai pas pu accéder à la chambre le lendemain. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire d'eau chaude dans la chambre, vous devez donc vous rendre dans le hall du premier étage pour l'utiliser. Dans l'ensemble, la salle est relativement neuve et l'environnement est bon

J'ai vraiment passé un merveilleux séjour au Scandic Holmekollen. L'hôtel offre une ambiance relaxante et une vue imprenable sur les environs. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider avec un sourire chaleureux. La combinaison de l'atmosphère sereine et de la serviabilité du personnel a rendu mon séjour vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement le Scandic Holmekollen à tous ceux qui recherchent un refuge paisible avec une vue imprenable et un service exceptionnel.

Emplacement idéal. Réception semi-automatisée rapide et efficace. La fuite dans le tuyau de douche est totalement inutile ; la réparation aurait coûté 15 $ et ne nécessitait aucun outil. Même constat pour les lampes de chevet défectueuses. Sinon, séjour agréable.

Highly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors. However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

La chambre est plus grande que les autres hôtels de la ville. Elle fait face à la gare et offre une vue imprenable sur Oslo. Le matelas est très moelleux (comme c'est le cas en Norvège) et le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié. J'ai réservé deux chambres, mais l'une d'entre elles n'a pas pu être enregistrée en raison de problèmes du système hôtelier. J'ai envoyé ma famille dans un autre hôtel partenaire tôt le matin. Je tiens à remercier le service d'entretien ménager de Ctrip Overseas pour sa coordination. Ils ont communiqué avec l'hôtel au sujet de nos demandes et ont compensé la différence de prix entre les deux hôtels.

L'hôtel est simple, mais propre. Le personnel est très utile. La position est facile à pied de la gare par le centre commercial, mais il n'est pas exactement près du centre des attractions. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très agréable (aime vraiment leurs croissants). Appréciez également le petit déjeuner pack donné par l'hôtel pour nous; puisque notre train à Bergen est très tôt le matin 🙂

オスロセントラル駅横に位置するAmerikalinjenは、市内中心部にあり観光にも仕事でもとても利便性の良い立地にあります。ノーベル平和賞晩餐会会場の市庁舎までは、徒歩で15分もかかりません。是非訪れてみてください。またとてもサービスの行き届いた歴史がある由緒正しきホテルです。館内、室内共に装飾、インテリアを見るだけでも素晴らしい。レストランのお食事も素晴らしく、ホテルのお水は世界で販売している程、安心で美味しいお水です。チェックアウトの日が早朝だったのですが、ホテルのスタッフの方がサーモンのベーグルサンドや果物、ドリンクをボックスにして用意して下さいました。素敵な滞在でした。ノルウェーを再訪する際には、また是非とも宿泊したいホテルです。
