Beyond expectations! Clean, great service, water park, and a fantastic café & mini-mart! 🌟☕️ I chose this place by coincidence because I didn't have transportation near the border and saw only a few reviews online. However, everything turned out to be beyond my expectations! Cleanliness & Comfort: Everything is spotless and brand new. The bed is super soft and comfortable perfect for a good night's rest after traveling. Great Facilities: They have an on-site water park, which is a great bonus for relaxing. A convenient mini-mart right on-site for daily essentials. A café serving wonderfully strong and delicious coffee that coffee lovers will surely enjoy. Outstanding Service: The staff went above and beyond! Since I didn't have a vehicle to continue my journey, the staff were so kind and helpful in coordinating and booking a bus to another city for me. เกินความคาดหมาย! ที่พักใกล้ด่านลาวบาว เดินไป8นาที สะอาด บริการประทับใจ มีทั้งสวนน้ำ คาเฟ่ และมินิมาร์ทครบจบในที่เดียว ตอนแรกเลือกพักที่นี่ด้วยความบังเอิญเพราะไม่มีรถเดินทางต่อช่วงข้ามด่าน และเห็นรีวิวยังไม่ค่อยเยอะเท่าไหร่ แต่บอกเลยว่าผลลัพธ์ ”เกินคาดดีไปหมดทุกอย่าง” ค่ะ! ความสะอาดและความสบาย: ทุกอย่างใหม่และสะอาดสะอ้านมากๆ เตียงนอนคือนุ่มสบายสุดๆ หลับพักผ่อนได้อย่างเต็มที่หลังจากเดินทางเหนื่อยๆ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจัดเต็ม: มีสวนน้ำในตัว คลายร้อนได้ดีมาก มี มินิมาร์ท สะดวกสบายในการซื้อของกินของใช้ มี คาเฟ่ร้านกาแฟ ในตัว กาแฟชงเข้มข้น รสชาติดีถูกใจสายคาเฟ่แน่นอน การบริการเหนือระดับ: ประทับใจพนักงานที่สุด! เนื่องจากเราไม่มีรถเดินทางต่อ พนักงานช่วยประสานงานและติดต่อหารถบัสเพื่อเดินทางไปยังเมืองอื่นให้อย่างเต็มที่ ดูแลดีและเป็นกันเองมากๆ ใครที่กำลังมองหาที่พักใกล้ด่าน สะดวกสบาย ครบครันทุกอย่าง แนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่เลยค่ะ ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน! 💯

Personnel accueillant qui cherche à s’améliorer. Hôtel assez loin du centre ville , 20 -25 min de marche . Mais ça vaut le détour endroit calme Merci

Le personnel est très généreux et serviable. Il nous a donné des conseils sur les activités, a réservé notre prochain bus et nous a loué sa moto. Il nous a même invités à regarder le dernier match de football de l'équipe nationale avec lui et ses amis, ce qui a été une expérience vraiment amusante. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était vraiment sympa, crêpes, fruits, jus et café ainsi que d'autres options, tout en profitant de la belle vue sur la vallée depuis le toit. La chambre avait un joli balcon, était propre et les lits étaient confortables. Nous pouvions laisser nos bagages après le check out et même utiliser une douche chaude après une journée d'activités avant de prendre notre prochain bus. Je le recommande vivement !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war super. Wir konnten außerdem an unserem Einreisetag gegen eine kleine Gebühr früher einchecken und frühstücken. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Restaurant können wir auch weiterempfehlen. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße überqueren, er ist menschenleer aber allerdings schmutzig und wir haben niemanden Baden gesehen.

Nhà mình vừa có chuyến ghé thăm Phong Nha khá ngẫu hứng. Ban đầu kế hoạch dài hơi hơn, nhưng do có chút thay đổi lộ trình để tiếp tục hành trình mới, cả nhà chỉ lưu trú lại đây vỏn vẹn 2 ngày 1 đêm. Dù thời gian ngắn ngủi và đến sớm hơn dự tính, nhưng trải nghiệm nhận lại được thì cực kỳ trọn vẹn. Dưới đây là vài điểm cộng (và một chút xíu điểm trừ đáng yêu) mà mình muốn chia sẻ lại cho mọi người: 🏡 Phòng ốc & Không gian: View núi cực chill Điểm cộng: Gia đình mình đặt 2 phòng cho 4 người. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và có hướng nhìn thẳng ra núi non trùng điệp rất thoáng đãng. Điểm sáng lớn của homestay là khu vực bể bơi rộng, tắm hay chụp hình check-in đều chuẩn bài. Điểm trừ nhỏ: Trước mặt view phòng có mấy ”người hàng xóm vui tính” hồn nhiên treo đồ ướt n*** tầm mắt. Nhìn hơi buồn cười một chút nhưng tổng thể cảnh quan vẫn rất đẹp và không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều đến tâm trạng của cả nhà. Điểm 10 cho sự hiếu khách: Anh Linh chủ nhà Điều làm gia đình mình ấn tượng và lưu luyến nhất chính là anh Linh – chủ homestay. Phải dành một lời khen đặc biệt cho sự nhiệt tình và mến khách của anh: Đón tiếp chu đáo dù nhà mình check-in khá sớm so với giờ giấc ban đầu. Suốt thời gian ở đây, cả nhà luôn được anh ”take care” tận tình từng chút một. Hỗ trợ gia đình mình đặt xe di chuyển nhanh chóng và không quên dặn dò kỹ lưỡng những lưu ý quan trọng khi đi tham quan các điểm hang động tại Phong Nha. Tổng kết Dù lịch trình bị rút ngắn nhưng sự hiếu khách của con người nơi đây và không gian xanh mát của Phong Nha đã để lại ấn tượng quá tốt đẹp với gia đình mình. Chắc chắn nếu có dịp quay lại Phong Nha, nhà mình vẫn sẽ lựa chọn nơi này làm điểm dừng chân.

Chambre vaste, confortable, au calme, à quelques centaines de mètres du chemin des voitures, avec salle de bain spacieuse. Superbe vue sur la rivière et nombreux endroits pour s'asseoir pour la regarder. On a été très accomodant à mon égard, alors que mon autobus est arrivé à Phong Nha très, très tôt et que je n'avais pas réservé de chambre pour la nuit pendant laquelle mon autobus voyageait. Merci.

Le personnel de l'hôtel semble être insuffisamment formé et la communication entre les membres de l'équipe est souvent inconsistente. Les installations sont également décevantes pour un nouveau village construit. La piscine est une autre préoccupation, certaines bordures sont assez épaisses, ce qui la rend moins adaptée et potentiellement insécure pour les enfants. Sur une note positive, le petit déjeuner est OK ET L'expérience de manger est globalement très bonne, avec des aliments bien préparés et des repas agréables tout au long de notre séjour.

Great location, convenient, affordable price. Highly recommended for short stay.

Room was beautiful. View was awesome. DO NOT GET LAUNDRY DONE IN HOTEL.. I should have known better and checked prices first. A few T-Shirts and other items not more than 1kg cost us 615000 DONG. More than the taxi 1 hr taxi ride from Phong Nha and about the same as another night accommodation. (Per item charge) Also breakfast goes till 9am only. 5 minutes to 9am and had one of the staff come over and remind us that they will shut in 5 minutes while we are in the middle of eating. Breakfast selection very ordinary for such a nice hotel. Otherwise no complaints.

Muong Thanh Hotel holds a special place in my heart. They are well-organized and provide excellent service. The building is old and the facilities are a bit worn, but the service is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet, and the proximity to the beach always gives a refreshing feeling. I'm lucky to have found a hotel like this while living in Vietnam. I'm so grateful to all the hotel staff. Five stars are not enough. They are a four-star hotel, but they provide service that rivals that of a five-star hotel. I'm grateful to everyone.
