L'hôtel est très bien situé. Vous avez des restaurants spectaculaires autour. Le personnel est agréable et très attentif.
Les machines du lycée sont très vieilles, à l'exception de la bicyclette et de l'éliptique.
Les chambres (au moins celle qui m'a touché). Il n'y avait aucune ventilation. Et les canneurs de la salle de bains sentaient très mauvais, ce qui faisait que la chambre éprouve toujours mauvais.
Il est également détecté à simple vue humidité dans les chambres.
Mais je pense que c'est parce que cela prend beaucoup de temps et qu'il vous faut une petite réforme.
Tout le reste est très bien. Je répéterai sans aucun doute surtout pour la localisation 🔝🔝

1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。
2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。
3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。
4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。
5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。
6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。

Un mauvais service. J'ai passé une nuit avec une amie venue du Chili et j'ai reçu le double ... Je suis appelé plusieurs jours pour régler.
Enfin, ils m'ont rendu une partie en argent et une autre en points (ce qui n'est pas juste).
Je suis clair qu'un fonctionnaire nuit à tout le nom d'un hôtel et à l'expérience du client.
Remarque : le repas est aussi très malin au prix.

Lovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaMy stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

XXicoNous avons été avec ma femme pour le carnaval et l'hôtel qui vous amène à vivre le carnaval de Barranquilla. L'hôtel est propre, personnel sympa, tout ce qu'ils peuvent essayer d'améliorer serait le petit déjeuner qui n'a pas beaucoup de variété. Pour quelqu'un qui reste plus de deux nuits (qui a été ce qui s'est passé avec nous) le petit déjeuner est toujours la même. Mais nous reviendrons certainement.

IInvitéCheck in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.
