J'ai aimé l'installation seulement car il me semblait qu'elle n'avait presque pas de tiroirs, seulement ceux qui se trouvaient dans le placard, j'ai aimé la salle de bain mais là où se trouvait la douche, elle n'avait pas de porte et donc il était plus facile pour l'eau de bouillir à l'extérieur, mais notez qu'à l'intérieur de la salle de bain était accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, il n'y avait donc pas de porte. J'avais une bonne vue et j'ai payé 16 $, ce qui me plaisait, il y avait 3 types de protéines (œuf, dinde et jambon de porc, poulet), il y avait aussi du gras comme du fromage, il y avait des fruits, une variété de jus que je pensais que c'était le cas. un bon buffet, j'ai aussi visité la salle de sport. Elle dispose d'haltères avec différents poids et d'environ 3 appareils de cardio. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une piscine.

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

L'hôtel avait l'air incroyable ! Il était bien situé, ce qui permettait aux touristes de flâner à pied dans les restaurants et cafés du quartier ! Un côté de l'hôtel offrait une belle vue, tandis que l'autre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel. La nourriture était excellente et la vie nocturne animée… La piscine était spacieuse, parfaite pour les familles, les couples et/ou les amis… La climatisation faisait également des merveilles !

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Pour une nuit maximum, ça va, mais même celle-ci était plutôt désagréable parce qu'elle a pu être très délicieuse et désagréable dans la chambre. La chambre est également très équipée dans les années. Mais le petit déjeuner est très bon et relativement très choisi. Mais si vous devez collecter et ajouter les caisses et les déchets restants sur les voies de serviettes au milieu de la salle de repas, il est question...

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

Nice hotel for families and business travelers. Service & amenities are good. No complains. Pool is very small so that was a major disappointment. Gym is good. Rooms are spacious and clean.. overall a good & pleasant stay. Quite a few restaurants & bars just opposite the hotel..
