بصراحه موقعه ممتاز قريب من السنتر واطلالته جميله ولكن الفندق قديم شوي وغرفه سقفها قريب مره مجرد ترفع يدك تصقع في السقف يعني ينفع ابو يوم او يومين بالكثير

Lobiden itibaren güler yüzle karşıladılar. Otel müsaitliği olduğu için güzel bir oda verdiler. Odakar gayet temizdi. Sanah kahvaltısıda zenginleştirilmişti bu fiyata göre mükemmel herzaman güvenle gideceğim bir yer.

L'hôtel Comfort House est un hôtel de très grande taille, propre et confortable. La chambre était étonnamment grande avec un lit double de taille royale, deux chaises confortables, une table et un bureau séparé avec chaises près du mur. La chambre incluait une salle de bain privée de taille bien grande. Trabzon est toutes les collines. Il y a un grand groupe de nombreux restaurants et cafés de qualité à environ cinq minutes ou si facilement à pied sur la colline de l'hôtel Comfort House.
La meilleure est la famille magnifique qui gère l'hôtel.

Un super hôtel, très confortable. Il y a une très grande zone commerciale à proximité, ce qui est pratique pour manger et faire du shopping ! La chambre était également très propre et calme. Nous n'entendions aucun bruit de là où nous vivions.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with gorgeous breakfast that had multiple options. Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon.
The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet.

En général, j'ai été très agréable de me rendre à l'hôtel. La position de l'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et le transport par taxi vers le centre-ville (la place) est très court, et les tarifs de taxi sont donc raisonnables. Si vous voulez marcher, il faut environ une heure, et c'est une distance possible.
Mon chambre était propre et la vue était très belle, ils ont même montré la gentillesse et ont mis à jour mon type de chambre. Je dois toutefois aborder un point: bien que la grande majorité du personnel soit ridicule, un employé m'a attaqué et me soulagait avec des questions inutiles parce que son apparence est différente. Je pense que c'est une mauvaise attitude. Et, pour être honnête, c'est ce qui m'a fait sentir inquiet et nerveux à chaque fois que je suis allé au lobby.
En résumé, je n'ai pas d'expérience délicate... et la position de l'hôtel est très avantageuse.

Overall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

IInvitéI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

LLazankaI had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months.
Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person.
The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather.
Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

IInvitéEverything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

IInvitéGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.
