Hôtels avec parking à Perth and Kinross, Royaume-Uni

I am extremely disappointed with our recent stay at the Atholl Palace Hotel. We had booked and paid for a valley view room with a king-size bed for a special two-night stay. Our first room (215) was exactly what we had expected, until the toilet stopped flushing on the second evening, making the bathroom unusable. After reporting the fault, we were told to pack all of our belongings and come to reception to be allocated another room. By this point it was late in the evening and we were ready for bed. We were then moved to a noticeably inferior room, with no valley view, a smaller bed, no bath and overall nowhere near the standard of the room we had paid for. To make matters worse, the toilet in the replacement room also appeared to have drainage problems, gurgling and filling to the rim when flushed. I then returned to reception, only to find it unattended, eventually locating the night porter who did his best to help despite clearly being left to deal with a difficult situation. He eventually got us relocated in a suitable room but the evening was ruined by then.  The most disappointing part has been the complete lack of customer service afterwards. My wife emailed both the hotel and the manager directly to raise our concerns and give them the opportunity to resolve the matter privately. Despite this, we have received no acknowledgement or response whatsoever. Maintenance issues can happen in any hotel. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, being moved to a lower-grade room, having further maintenance issues, and then being completely ignored afterwards has left us feeling that customer satisfaction simply isn’t a priority. We expected much better from a hotel with Atholl Palace’s reputation and cannot recommend it based on our experience. “We would still welcome the opportunity for the hotel to contact us and resolve this matter.”

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade. Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too. The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax. Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

Hôtel idéalement situé, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de la sortie de la gare de Pitlochary jusqu'à l'entrée arrière de l'hôtel 👍🏻. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et de bon conseil pour les visites. Le petit-déjeuner est un incontournable, excellent et servi dans une salle à manger traditionnelle. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et spacieuses (vue sur le jardin). Le barrage et la passe à poissons sont à seulement 20 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Merci à toute l'équipe de Fisher !

L’accueil n’était pas du tout chaleureux. Noys avons reçu 2 chambres qui ne correspondaient pas du tout aux photos sur le site. L’une avait les 2 fenêtres qui donnaient durectement sur 1 toit. L’autre chambre avait les 2 fenêtres près du plafond. Donc aucune vue pour les 2 chambres. La 2ème faisait carrément ”prison”. La chambre était propre mais tout ce qui était communs (réception, corridors, loundge) laissaient beaucoup à désirer et paraissaient vieux et malpropres. Cet hôtel tient de l’usine à touristes. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à quelqu'un qui recherche quelque chose de cosy et chaleureux pour séjourner. Mais il est fonctionnel.

A very beautiful house and garden located right in Pitlochry. I was car free so it was a bit of a walk to get my cases there but once you’re checked in you can come up from the bottom of the garden which is very handy for exploring the town. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely delicious and Greg was a wonderful host - always checking in to see how to help make my stay more comfortable and helping with local information. I cannot recommend this lovely stay more highly! It was easy to catch the bus to The House of Bruar and to Blair Castle located nearby. Oh and at the bottom of the garden is where Heather Gems -you’ll see in gift shops all over Scotland are made!

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très bienvenu à l'arrivée, avec des boissons complimentaires et une exposition à notre magnifique chambre. Les suppléments et l'attention aux détails étaient exquises et dans mon livre devrait être un hôtel 5 étoiles. Tout de la nourriture et de la boisson à l'entourage était absolument beau. Ne vous inquiétez pas non plus pour prendre des poils car ils peuvent être fournis avec des robes secs. Je recommanderais certainement à tout le monde de penser à rester ici et sera de retour.

The double bed was a pathetic mattress. In this day and she comfortable beds are basic. The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas. These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

A distance de 2 nuits. Chambre spacieuse. Un peu de poussière dans certaines parties. L'enfant est propre. Chambre excellente. Petit déjeuner était excellent. Charges à choisir.Variées options cuites. Excellent service. Bar confortable. Avoir dîné à l'hôtel une nuit. Très bien. Hotel charmant situé dans le paysage de Perthshire, mais pas trop loin du centre-ville de Perth. Hôtel traditionnellement équipé avec des thèmes écossais. Autres meubles et meubles de Tartan. Photos encadrées sur tout le territoire. L'hôtel avait des nationalités différentes, prouvant la popularité avec les touristes étrangers.
