The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful riverfront view, large bathtub, delicious breakfast, ride to train station, warm friendly staff. Can't really ask for more. From here I could easily walk to most interesting parts of Dong Hoi. I'd come back for sure.

Le prix de cet hôtel est bon marché Les installations de l'hôtel sont également bonnes Le personnel de service était correct et le petit déjeuner était bon, mais j'avais l'impression que les serveurs du restaurant manquaient de sourire, ce qui était dommage. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas à proximité des attractions populaires et il y a relativement peu de restaurants, l'environnement d'hébergement est donc calme. Le personnel du comptoir, Phương Hongfeng, comprend le chinois et a une très bonne attitude en matière de service. Le paysage à proximité est également bon ! L'église à côté est une belle attraction !

Конечно по чистоте и удобству самого номера ему нет равных, он на высоте, все красиво, богато. Неудобно расположение. Странно, что в завтрак не входил никакой напиток, ну хоть 100 мл. растворимого кофе, но можно было бы добавить.

La belle dame au bureau frontal est un type de bruit la nuit avec des gens qui chantent mais qui se termine à 11 h. Vous ne pouvez pas louer une bicyclette au bureau frontal mais assurez-vous qu'ils vous donnent une bonne moto de travail. La nature est aussi la chose en bas de la rue comme le bureau de front et si vous livrez des tours la cave était amusant mais trop vite voir si vous pouvez réserver une tour privée au lieu de cela

I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area. They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely. I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

Чудесное место, прямо на реке. Жаль, что попала прямо в ливни, весь причал затопило. Оставалось только представлять как здесь прекрасно, когда хорошая погода. К сожалению, пришлось уехать на день раньше, хозяин отеля помог с билетами на слип бас, и вообще он очень приветливый, старается во всем помочь. Он же организует любые трекинги и посещения пещер, правда у него чуть дороже, чем в городских агентствах. Завтрак по меню, притом вы можете выбрать только одно блюдо и один напиток, остальное за деньги.

オーナーは人柄がよく、連絡を細かくとってくれました。わたしがフエから電車でホテルに行こうとしていましたが、それでは便が悪いので、フエからバスで来るといいと教えてくれ、バスチケットもとってくれました。わたしが途中で迷わなかったのはオーナーのおかげです。また、宿は自然の中にあり、心が落ち着く場所です。インテリアに無駄なものはありませんが、それがまた良くて過ごしやすいです。中庭にはプールがありました。中庭からレストランに入れるオープンな造りがユニークでわたしはとても好きです。帰りはタクシーを呼んでくれました。タクシーの運転手も知り合いのようで、中まで荷物を取りに来てくれました。レストランの食事や飲み物の種類は豊富で味がいいです。レストランだけの利用もできます。雰囲気はとてもアットホーム、また利用したいです。
