The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.

Пребывали на отдыхе в данном отеле в начале апреля. Локация отеля отличная - практически на пляже, номера огромные и очень просторные, в номере у нас была кухня, что очень удобно. Полотенца меняли каждый день, уборка в номере каждый день. Персонал отеля в общей массе хороший и отзывчивый. Завтраки хорошие, выбор есть, есть уголок, где приготовят яичницу или омлет по вашему заказу. Из минусов - окна, выходящие на море, были грязные (понимаю, что идут какие-то строительные работы в отеле по соседству, но от этого (грязных окон) общее впечатление портится). Еще хотелось бы обратить внимание персонала на ”пляжный” туалет - очень грязный и редко убирается, заходить туда не хочется. Также хотелось бы обратить внимание персонала, что лежаков и зонтов на пляже и у бассейна в прайм-тайм не хватает катастрофически. В основном, из-за таких ”умников”, которые занимают лежаки с утра и не появляются там весь день, а приходят только к вечеру, - нормальным людям из-за них негде отдохнуть! Просьба к администрации не держать лежаки за такими ”господами” по целому дню, ведь ВСЕ гости одинаково ПЛАТИЛИ за отдых и ВСЕ хотят и имеют право отдохнуть, а ”бронь” лежака в данном случае не уместна! Отель на одной ноге балансирует между 4* и 3* звезды, но надеюсь, усилиями персонала удержится на 4*!) В целом, отелем и отдыхом довольны, в отель вернулись бы.

Incredible hotel, great service and breathtaking views and great rooms. Amazing property for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

It can be a good option for families if Hotel management can do something for kids sleep, either increase the size of bed or arrange something for kids. I faced difficulty to sleep with my 11 months old infant.

Excellent customer service by Mr Ashiqur at the reception and surprise upgrade of rooms to Royal Suite made our day. It was awesome experience. Also the staff Mr Rabnawaz was very helpful. All over the hotel and all the staffs were very good.

This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

Abordable, avec plage privée, à côté de la zone industrielle. Il n'y a pas de restaurant de style chinois approprié à proximité, le petit déjeuner est moyen et le goût arabe. Les plages de la mer sont superbes.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty. Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….
