Feedback Following Our Recent Stay Dear Management team, I tried to enjoy the stay but there were items that were very unprofessionally done. In our toom the TV was on NO signal were i reported it 3 times and then i gave up. Bathroom mirror light was not working with wires coming out from behind the mirror which were dangers. In the room there was no rack were you put the luggage we have to put it on the floor and we need to neel on the floor get out our items from my luggage (a person of 62 year old). We were at the 2 second floor and smell of rubbish was coming from the lifts shafts and from the stairs mostly all 6 days in the hotel. Food was Good but it need to get better with better training. I could see in a particular days the team was driven well and in order other days everything with the flow. At the entrance there is a pool on the left side but when you swim or walk in it pool bed tiles come out and missing this is very unprofessional work of upkeep. THe main pool which is the most centre of attraction which is nice and good they never hover the pool floor, when move in it you can feel the dust gravel under your feet. Waiters in the bars in some days were so exposited working for long hours in the hot environment staff cant stay for long time in such conditions. Pool floor deck needs high attention in the main whole they got tiles broken and not leveled you can easily get an accident. Wifi in the pool areas were not all supported and in the areas that were reached the banquet of internet was low. I work in hospitality and to improved your standards the management team need to go to the table and start working in the areas to get better and more profenialy. Serving the clients is not an easy job but there this that can make you all better and in higher standard. I'm not saying that everything was wrong but to get high level the management team need to work on several areas as i mentioned. I am not write this to make you feel bad but you have a wonderful place but with the new competitions around you can lose the market and the clients so start making yourself better and all staff work in teams with good strategy and results. I honestly don’t know which words can fully describe how amazing our stay was at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. First of all, the staff were absolutely incredible. The owner, Mr. Jata, is such a welcoming and kind person who truly makes you feel at home. Ernest was also extremely helpful and gave us many useful tips about the country, which made our trip even better. Mr. Jata even helped us arrange a taxi at 3am because our flight was at 6am something we really appreciated. They offer shuttle services upon request for an additional fee. The room we booked was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant, bar and even housekeeping all worked hard to make sure our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of my favorite places in the hotel was the terrace on the 3rd floor. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax with a drink or simply enjoy a peaceful moment. The traditional breakfast was honestly one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had during any of my vacations in Europe. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The hotel is also perfectly located. Nearby, you can visit Lake Farka, which is beautiful. Just make sure to wear good shoes because some of the roads are a bit steep. There is also a bus stop about 14 minutes walking distance from the hotel, and from there you can go directly to Tirana city center. The city center is about 30 minutes away by bus and only 15 minutes by car. Communication was never a problem because Ernest speaks perfect English, and the bar staff speak English very well too. There is honestly so much more I could say about our stay, but this review section probably isn’t big enough to describe everything. We traveled as a duo ( my sister and I) from the beautiful island of Curaçao and we truly had an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You will not regret staying here!

Les installations matérielles sont excellentes. Un simple ventilateur suspendu de 1,2 m x 2,6 m témoigne de la solidité économique de l'hôtel ! La décoration générale est noire, avec un thème sombre, si bien que je me suis enregistré au crépuscule et n'ai pas trouvé comment allumer la lumière pendant cinq minutes. Le service logiciel est encore meilleur. De l'enregistrement, ils n'ont pas tari d'éloges, jusqu'au départ deux heures plus tard, où ils n'ont pas tari d'excuses, et leurs expressions étaient impeccables. Dommage que les trois réceptionnistes soient comme le tableau blanc d'un jeu de mah-jong, avec des visages inexpressifs : pas de sourires joyeux, ni de colère mécontente. Je voulais une chambre exposée au sud et ensoleillée, mais on m'a donné une chambre exposée au nord-ouest. L'orientation était incorrecte, mais il faisait -5 °C dehors, et il n'y avait pas de climatisation ni d'air chaud, même après avoir changé de chambre. Même le serveur qui m'a accompagné pour changer de chambre a admis que le couloir était plus chaud que ma chambre. Je ne voulais pas mourir de froid dans la chambre, alors j'ai décidé de payer. Difficile d'imaginer un tel service, mais la note globale est excellente. Heureusement, Ctrip ne m'a jamais laissé tomber, a toujours été gentil et a supporté toutes les pertes. Il mérite vraiment ma confiance depuis plus de dix ans 👍

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

Останавливались на одну ночь, месторасположение удобно, близко к автобусной станции. Номер не большой, есть чайник и чай. Большой торговый центр, на такси 5 минут, пешком 20. При отеле есть ресторан, но мы поздно приехали и поужинать не успели, хозяйка очень общительна.

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation. We asked to move to a front room and were told that everything was taken and there was no room available at the front. An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken. The maintenance man ”taught us” to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream. In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it. Breakfast is varied and rich, but note that there is only black tea and only in a central kettle from which each length is poured into a glass. There are no teas of various types. There is only sugar and no artificial sweeteners, (by the way, in all hotels and restaurants in Albania there are no artificial sweeteners).

The room was spacious. Centrally located. Hotel helped us get a car to the airport with a set price of 12€ which was so much better than the metered taxi! Great service!

A very lovely space with all essential amenities and easy accessibility to different tourist centres by foot. Would definitely stay here again.

J'y ai passé 3 nuits pour explorer Tirana. L'hôtel est à environ 23 minutes de la place principale, donc c'était un peu loin à pied si vous vouliez revenir à l'hôtel après une journée passée à l'extérieur et vous changer pour le dîner. Nous avons dîné tôt dans le centre et sommes revenus le soir à l'hôtel, cela ne nous a donc pas posé de problèmes. Les chambres et le reste de l'hôtel étaient très propres. Les chambres étaient plus traditionnelles tandis que les salles de bains étaient très modernes avec une belle douche. Le bar était calme mais agréable et il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel mais nous ne l'avons pas essayé. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec des œufs au plat/omelette, des saucisses et du bacon, du pain et des confitures, d'excellents fruits et pâtisseries, des yaourts, etc. Manger un bon petit-déjeuner signifiait que nous ne nous arrêtions pas pour manger pendant la journée et dînions tôt. Il y a eu un problème avec la prise en charge à l'hôtel mais cela a affecté un certain nombre de personnes car nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport de Tirana juste avant le secrétaire d'État américain. Juste une de ces choses. Le retour à l'aéroport s'est bien passé, ce que l'hôtel a organisé ainsi que l'impression des cartes d'embarquement car les versions mobiles ne sont pas encore autorisées à l'aéroport. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici et tant que cela ne vous dérange pas de marcher jusqu'au centre, l'hôtel est super.
