Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

J'ai réservé une chambre 2-bed pour environ 4.100.000 VND/noche. Lorsque je suis arrivé à 16 h, j'ai reçu une chambre qui n'était pas conforme à la photo que j'ai réservée, j'ai demandé au personnel de changer une chambre 2-bed, le personnel a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre, il devait attendre 30p-1 heures pour avoir une chambre. Le personnel n'a pas fait une erreur, mais il m'a dit à une voix très froide. ”Il n'y a pas de place, si vous voulez changer, vous devez attendre ...” Je suis déçu de consacrer quelques fonds mais je suis revenu à l'attitude de service qui n'était pas digne de cela.

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

L'environnement est bien à l'intérieur des deux côtés, le paysage du lac est plus pratique pour se promener ou courir à la nuit. Il y a un magasin à environ 1 kilomètre. Vous pouvez manger un buffet coréen et vous acheter dans une chaîne de supermart. Les objets d'hôtel sont un peu anciens et parfois cassés (encore plus confortables avec des matériaux de linge) les fenêtres sont un peu éclairées, la puissance des turbines est faible et l'adresse est parfois éclatée. Mais je pense personnellement que c'est acceptable dans une ville comme le Viet Nam. En général, l'hôtel est plus sûr, plus bruyant et plus facile à voyager sur le terrain.

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

I was visiting a friend who lives in this part of Hanoi, and she recommended this hotel. It is pretty new, and it shows. When I arrived on a Saturday, lots of young girls were taking selfies in the elegant reception area and the adjoining cafe. I particularly liked the fact the hotel was so accepting. The staff spoke English, and were friendly, and the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially considering it was exceptionally cheap for the clean, modern decor and location (assuming you're visiting this area). Very pleased :)

C'était un séjour de rêve dans ce magnifique complexe ! La villa est magnifique, la piscine et le point de vue offrent une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et les rizières en terrasses ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent, vietnamien et occidental.
