Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. Comfort rapide, l'environnement est bon, le bruit est un peu grand. En face d'un espace vide, la route est un peu proche.

J'ai réservé une chambre 2-bed pour environ 4.100.000 VND/noche. Lorsque je suis arrivé à 16 h, j'ai reçu une chambre qui n'était pas conforme à la photo que j'ai réservée, j'ai demandé au personnel de changer une chambre 2-bed, le personnel a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre, il devait attendre 30p-1 heures pour avoir une chambre. Le personnel n'a pas fait une erreur, mais il m'a dit à une voix très froide. ”Il n'y a pas de place, si vous voulez changer, vous devez attendre ...” Je suis déçu de consacrer quelques fonds mais je suis revenu à l'attitude de service qui n'était pas digne de cela.

L'hôtel est idéal et vous propose une vue scénique sur le château! En effet, vous profiterez du temps et l'emplacement est également bon! Vous pouvez marcher à la place et à l'église. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et beaucoup de type de nourriture. Le personnel est très gentil et utile. Ils vous ont fourni toutes les installations que vous voulez et aussi le sèche-cheveux.

Je ne pouvais imaginer un endroit plus parfait pour sortir des stresses de la vie. La location est un peu lointain, mais elle vaut la peine de voyager - elle a vraiment eu l'impression d'échapper du monde. Chaque détail a été soigneusement réfléchi par les propriétaires, qui n'auraient pu être plus gentils ou plus pensants. L'hôtel dispose également d'un magnifique restaurant où le chef fait chaque repas de la bourre - chacun était incroyable!! Je n'aurais pas pu avoir un séjour plus parfait et j'espère de retourner à de nombreuses reprises à l'avenir. 1000/10 fortement recommandé. Ne dormez pas sur ce gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Location is great, near by the square. In my visit period, there’re construction beside the hotel, noisy start from 7.00am along the day. I can’t sleep well so I asked hotel manager to changed the room and they changed the new room for me with stunning view. Show the spirit of service mind. But 1 more concern due to the walls are thin, so I can clearly hear noises from the surrounding rooms—talking, footsteps, stomping, even furniture being moved. It’s really not recommend for light sleepers.

L'hôtel Sai Kung Fuqi est très performant dans son ensemble. La position de l'hôtel est excellente, le transport est confortable autour de lui, les achats et les restaurants sont très confortables. L'environnement intérieur est élégant, la chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont complètes, les lits sont confortables, vous pouvez obtenir un bon repos. L'attitude du personnel en matière de service est enthousiaste et attentive et les procédures de séjour et de départ sont rapides et efficaces. En outre, le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est riche et délicieux. Le manque est que certaines installations sont légèrement vieilles, mais ne modifient pas l'expérience de séjour dans son ensemble, c'est un hôtel bon rapport qualité-prix et mérite d'être recommandé.

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.
