Spacious and clean bedroom. Bed was comfortable and linen used are of good quality. Location is good. Near to most of the major tourist attractions with access to public transport and convenient shops within mins of walking from hotel. Breakfast spread served have good selection and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. There's a nice and cozy outdoor patio/ garden on ground floor that is designated for smokers. Liked the rooms having windows that allowed you to open up when you prefer to let fresh air for ventilation. The overall interior of the hotel looks new and pretty. Enjoyed my entire stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Je voudrais également mentionner que vous envoyez trop d'e-mails, surtout ennuyeux quand il n'est pas traduit dans la langue des voyageurs. A part cela, il était propre, simple mais agréable. Je vous recommande, bon prix ! Les toilettes et les toilettes sont trop sombres.

La première nuit, il y avait seulement de l'eau froide pour la douche, ils devaient prendre la douche au 1er étage. Dans notre chemin vers la chambre, il y avait chaque jour des valises d'autres clients , on avait l'impression d'avoir réservé une chambre dans la chambre de réservation. Tous les coûts n'ont pas été entièrement indiqués sur le site, 22€ de taxe locale, incroyablement coûteuse, et 35€ de parking à l'arrivée.

The room is a bit packed as the bed is super big. Having said that, the room is nicely designed and decorated. Free mini-bar with daily refill is rarely found in hotels in Europe. The buffet breakfast is absolutely the highlight. The omelette is crispy outside and molten inside, preserving the freshness and original flavours of all ingredients. Must try! All hotel staffs are polite and helpful. In terms of location, whether or not it is convenience, it depends. It is in the middle of Salzburg central station and the old town, going to either location is about 12 minutes walk. Salzburg down town is not big anyway. Everything is in walking distance.

The location wasnt the best. I remember walking 10 minutes to the nearest bus station and about 5-10 minutes taxi ride to the main train station. When i first arrived, a Staff suddenly complained to us about how people kept calling her when the aircon doesn’t work and asked us to try fixing it ourselves before calling her. I get the frustration but it definitely wasnt our job to listen to her whining about her job. Also i would appreciate if staff can bring up actively that we can get a free salzburg travel pass.

The hotel allowed early check-in which is really impressive. I googled that this hotel was founded in 2024. This explained why the facilities and decoration were good. What I requested during my booking online were all fulfilled. A big thank you to Harry’s Home! The room is spacious and comfy. Having the toilet and bathroom separated is a very good idea. There are a lot of storage space. Hotel location is very good too. Just five minutes of walk then you will reach the train station and bus terminus. Three minutes walk then you will be in a more with shops and supermarket. The hotel staff members are all very nice and helpful.

I am stayed at Hotel Mercure Salzburg City for two nights during my time in Salzburg, and it turned out to be an excellent base for exploring the city. Airport access is also extremely straightforward. Bus number 2 from Salzburg Airport stops just a minute’s walk from the hotel, making transfers simple, quick and inexpensive. This is particularly helpful if you have luggage or an early flight. I would recommend Hotel Mercure Salzburg City to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel that balances convenience with good value. It’s not overly luxurious, but it offers everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay in Salzburg, making it a smart choice for both short city breaks and longer trips.

Lit propre et confortable avec un bon matelas, bon wifi, personnel agréable, café/thé instantané disponible dans la chambre. Arrêt de bus pour le centre-ville devant l'hôtel et gare SBahn (train urbain) à environ 10 minutes à pied.

C'est propre et bien rangé. Il a des lits doubles et des lits jumeaux. Il est très proche de la gare. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés et endroits pour manger à proximité. Il est pratique de voyager, y compris les métros, les trains, les bus, les piscines, les gymnases et les spas.
