The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service.
If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price.
A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability.
However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.
Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness!
The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy.
Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added.
There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes.
All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else.
Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining.
We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality.
The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them.
We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good.
But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us.
The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it.
The washroom in the prior room was not so clean.
The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well.
If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever.
Apart from this, this journey was too good.

Cependant, cinq minutes plus tard, le serveur a frappé ma porte avec une machine de paiement, insistant que je réglage la facture. C'était aussi embarrassant que confusionnel, comme je l'avais déjà vérifié.

Location is far Away from city that is fine for the environment you will get there. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. They way it look from outside the worse it is inside. To be honest everything looks old from the door to inside the room. Washroom is looks old fashioned and Ac is not working properly .
It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et très confortables, avec belles vues qui ont fait notre séjour encore plus relaxant.
L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.
Voyage avec un groupe plus grand peut parfois être difficile, mais le resort a géré tout très bien, ce qui rend nos vacances sans stress et mémorable.
Globalement, c'était une expérience merveilleuse et nous recommanderions certainement ce resort à tout le monde qui visitera le Bazar de Cox, en particulier les familles.

UUtilisateur anonymeNice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.
