This is the first time ive ever left a negative review, but i think its warranted. Impossible to watch the tv as it just refuses to connect to the wifi. The smart tv therefore is useless. It seems that this hotel books school trips so all the children were running down the corridors shouting and moving from room to room which was annoying when you had to wake up early for tours. The bed was very uncomfortable and i didnt like how the cleaner left every window open after cleaning, this let so many flies into the room which was annoying. However, staff at reception were nice and helpful, and the location is really good.

Really very helpful staff who communicated well in English. The location is great and the rooms are beyond expectations given the modest price charged by the hotel. The breakfast was adequate rather than expansive. This suited me because I went on tours and hardly had time to have a huge breakfast. Definitely a hotel that serves your needs as a traveler without a hefty price tag. The central location was convenient and allowed your groups to pick up for excursions

L'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai séjourné depuis longtemps. Il est mignon et marqué avec sa propre personnalité. J'ai tant aimé la réserver une nuit supplémentaire. La chambre a les plus merveilleuses vues de son balcon privé. La douche était bonne et le lit était super confortable. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat. L'hôte est si chaleureuse, bienvenue individuelle. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander cet hôtel si vous cherchez un beau séjour et un endroit pour refroidir et relaxer.

Perfect location for enjoying La Paz as it’s a brief ten minute walk away from the cable car station. We had mixed experience with the service. Some people were amazing, others much less so. Ever was our favourite person to speak to, but Manuel (the supervisor) made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was amazing though, a big shoutout goes to Zdenka for doing amazing work day in day out to make our room spotless and perfect.

La raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé cet hôtel était d'excellents avis. Je suis heureux de dire que ces avis sont exacts. Le personnel du bureau était très gentil et utile. La nourriture dans le restaurant était grande. L'hôtel lui-même a l'air très bon à l'intérieur. La chambre a une confortable lit et des pièges, ce qui me concerne. J'ai été facile à réserver une visite privée de demi-journée par la réception. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel à La Paz.

남미 여행 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소입니다. 날마다 물 채워주십니다. 마사지도 유료 이용했습니다. (압력이 세다기보단 부드러운 림프 마사지 입니다.) 사우나, 피트니스, 수영장 무료 이용 가능합니다. (수영장은 온수풀이라 더더욱 좋았습니다.) 조식도 매우 맛있습니다.

Le service est très bon, si vous êtes juste arrivée à un endroit haut du tsunami, vous pouvez aller dans cette région. Il y a également un repas chinois près de lui. La piscine est chaude. Si le temps est stressé, il y a un char à voiture, quatre voitures à 8-8!

The location of hotel is near cable car station. Very convenient to travel within the city. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff helped me to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor as there is no lift. The breakfast was very good and made to order the night before. My single room, up on the attic, was clean and big.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, propre, avec un lit grand et confortable. Les feuilles, les coussins et les pièges en bonnes matières. La salle de bain était grande, propre et tout avait besoin. Le personnel était gentil. Il est très bon d'avoir une chambre à coucher, mais il est très bon d'avoir une chambre à coucher.
