Comme son nom l'indique, l'hôtel se trouve à 10 mètres de la mer. C'est un endroit idéal pour les parents et les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans l'eau et admirer le lever du soleil. Le personnel est accueillant et nous a aidés à porter nos bagages. Ils nous ont également fourni gratuitement des outils pour jouer avec le sable. La chambre est propre et hygiénique, et la mer et la plage sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons pêché un crabe 🦀, des dizaines de crevettes-mantes et trois petites conques, et avons ramassé un petit seau de coquillages. L'avantage d'être près de la mer est que nous pouvons jouer du matin jusqu'à minuit. Nous n'avons qu'à descendre à terre pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Il y a une rue de restaurants en contrebas de l'hôtel. Vous trouverez des restaurants le long de la rue est-ouest de la côte, ce qui est très pratique.

家人們誰懂啊！這次住的這個酒店房間真的戳到我心巴上了！ 剛推開門就被頭頂的星空頂驚到了，關了燈之後像躺在銀河裡看電影，那個投影巨清晰，晚上窩在床上看劇，紫色燈光一打，氛圍感直接拉滿，比家裡的客廳舒服一百倍！ 房間裏細節也很貼心，旁邊還配了燒水壺，想喝點熱的隨時都能弄。床特別軟，枕頭也夠蓬鬆，我這種認床的人都一覺睡到天亮，完全沒失眠。 浴室裏那個大浴缸我必須誇，泡個澡能把一天的累都沖沒了，旁邊的玻璃磚還會透點暖光，泡着澡感覺自己像在度假，不是在出差。 最讓我驚喜的是房間裏的小沙發，白天坐在那曬曬太陽，晚上和朋友聊聊天都超舒服，桌子也夠大，臨時處理點工作也不擠。 服務也很到位，早上打電話要個東西，沒幾分鐘就送來了，工作人員説話都温温柔柔的，一點不催。 這次住得真的太滿意了，下次來還想訂這個房型，推薦給所有想找個舒服地方放鬆的朋友，絕對不會踩雷！

It's a hotel with really high cost value action. 5 start hotel with this price is unbeatable, the service by front desk is really grea. Couldn't find such a great value in anywhere else. Séjour abordable et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix au cœur de Cheng De. L'enregistrement a été très rapide, même pour moi qui ne suis pas citoyen de la RPC. La chambre était très propre et bien rangée, mais le lit pourrait être plus confortable. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient fournis : brosse à dents, serviette, bonnet de douche et savon. Les toilettes sont spacieuses et équipées d'un puissant radiateur. Cependant, elles sont peut-être un peu vétustes. Le personnel est sympathique et m'a même offert un surclassement gratuit dans une chambre avec fenêtre. Ils m'ont accueilli à ma sortie et à mon retour.

C'est bien. Les chambres semblent un peu vieillottes mais correctes. Nous y retournerions volontiers, il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité, à proximité de la gare de l'Est et c'est un hôtel bien fait. Le service de bagagerie et le room service étaient très bons. La réception pourrait sourire davantage ; cela m'a semblé un effort de me donner une deuxième clé de chambre. Également la question de savoir « garderez-vous votre clé de chambre ou nous la donnerez-vous si vous sortez ? » C'est juste bizarre. Je recommande le poulet fondu à 200 m, très bon.

L'hôtel se trouve dans le parc Nanhu et il y a une petite porte menant directement à Nanhu depuis le bar du hall. Il faut 28 minutes pour marcher jusqu'au banquet de Tangshan. Le style de décoration est de style européen et le lit de deux mètres de large est suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de trois personnes. Il y a en fait un iPod stéréo à la tête du lit, ce qui était la norme dans les hôtels cinq étoiles à l'époque. La salle de bain est séparée de l'eau et du sec, ce qui est très bien. Mais l'équipement de la douche à effet pluie est un peu vieux et la douche n'est pas stable. Le service est bon et le linge supplémentaire dont l'enfant a besoin est livré dans la chambre. Cependant, l'attribut parent-enfant de l'ensemble de l'hôtel est relativement faible et les installations et services pour les enfants sont relativement faibles.J'espère qu'il pourra être renforcé. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est tout à fait satisfaisant et contient essentiellement tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les locataires du 5ème étage mangent dans le couloir administratif du 5ème étage, et il n'y a pas grand monde.

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

Il était proche de la place Tianyi, pratique pour se restaurer et faire du shopping. Le parking était pratique. Il était également proche de la tour Qingfeng et de la porte de la rue Haonan.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

GGLENYSThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

MM238603****Taiwu est une magnifique destination automnale, et j'ai décidé d'y emmener mes enfants sur un coup de tête. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville. La piscine chauffée est propre et rarement bondée, et il y a un jacuzzi, où l'on peut ensuite se détendre agréablement. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, et la chambre familiale à deux chambres est communicante, bien que l'interface de réservation ne l'indique pas. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas de navette TGV dédiée pour l'hôtel, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou le bus de ville. Attention, le bus de ville ne circule pas en permanence et peut être bondé ; si vous le manquez, vous devrez peut-être attendre l'arrivée du prochain TGV. Le réceptionniste, portant des lunettes, était très aimable et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à mes besoins.
