Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du mur rouge du réseau, le marché de l'eau, le marché occidental n'est pas loin. La rue de la chaleur est très pratique. La chambre est calme. Le personnel est très bien! Pour la raison du voyage, le bagage a été changé à l'hôtel. Il y a Green Houty, le bus m'a demandé au personnel de m'envoyer. Le personnel a proposé de relier mes bagages à l'ensemble, de manière à éviter de perdre. Très attentivement, intimement, super!

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Great hotel within 10 min walk from Changchun railway station. Hotel staff upgraded our room to include breakfast for free on our second night here. Breakfast spread was good and varied . First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . Overall good stay and value for money

Nous sommes heureux de trouver la location, la propreté et le service fournis, en particulier Lisa Duo. Mais quelque chose doit être amélioré du bureau frontal, en particulier le personnel de la lobby , ils devraient savoir quand le client arrive, mais la plupart du temps ils jouent avec le téléphone.

Le centre-ville de l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de l'hôtel. Le butler Hero était utile et proactif sans être intrusif. Il a offert des informations utiles sur l'hôtel et des conseils sur les aliments et les lieux pour aller à des distances précises de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est à côté d'une station de métro, à l'opposé d'un centre de grande échelle, à pied à Guilin Rd avec des tonnes de nourriture et généralement assez proche des lieux tout en restant tranquille.

Excellent: great location; easy to access transportation ; shopping, restaurants. The room is very big, with fully equipped and comforted. Highly recommend!

L'hôtel est erroné, la réception est très enthousiaste, comparé à deux familles, ce qui est bon marché pour près de 200 dollars et contient le petit déjeuner, et la réservation est immédiatement annulée. L'argent économisé est suffisant pour manger du porc. Le service de sa famille et l'assainissement de l'environnement sont comme d'habitude, je vous prie 👍 Le départ a également envoyé un cadeau d'accompagnement à l'enfant, merci
