This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

We booked the deluxe suite for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. We had a morning flight and arrived a little early but was able to check in early. Chun Chun and Bo Bo were very friendly and helpful. Pros - the location! Close to Yanji Park and near the center - spacious room and large bathroom - a robot delivers room service to your door - large and comfy bed and bedding Cons - our deluxe suite was not soundproof! People were blasting music upstairs and we could hear the party music and people chatting, laughing.. and every time the water is used / flushed in the room above us, we could hear it. - although this was a non smoking hotel, people were smoking in the hallway while waiting for the elevators - we had the Do Not Disturb sign turned on but still had housekeeping ( later we realized that without the card key, the sign automatically turns off) - we got a call 30-40 min prior to checkout asking about what time we'll check out or if we'd like to extend our stay. - don't bother going to the aternoon tea hour. The staff is very unfriendly and the quality of service is not worth going. When you walk in, they treat you as if you shouldnt be there, like we're bothering their break time. They give you small pastries and desserts with a drink but it wasn't what we expected at a 5 star hotel.

La chambre est très bonne. La largeur est claire. Les installations sous beaucoup de logements chinois sont presque plus fortes et même plus fortes. Le service est également très bon. La porte est bien deux étages. Tout est si ami pour les filles qui voyagent seules. La prochaine fois que je vais à Jilin, je vais rester en dessous. Il y a un jardin émergent. Le goût est bon. Hahaha

Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Super convenient location close to metro and a street nearby with heaps of food options. Clean and modern.

Le bureau de première chambre a résolu une autre question difficile pour moi. La grande fenêtre de photo dans la chambre a fourni une vue magnifique sur la ville. Plusieurs petits restaurants à proximité. Starbucks café outil sur la rue était très confortable pour moi. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été fourni par cet hôtel commercial, mais j'ai été très heureux de cet hébergement.

Je me souviens que ce lieu était gardé par des soldats armés dans les jours où je suis grandi à Changchun. Il a accueilli de nombreux hauts fonctionnaires de Chine et de nombreux autres pays. Nous avons eu une grande expérience de rester là. Ce composé est unique dans le fait qu'il est situé sur une grande partie de la terre avec des lacs, des sentiers et des ponts. Le petit déjeuner buffet n'a pas beaucoup d'options occidentales, mais très bon, peu importe.

Great hotel within 10 min walk from Changchun railway station. Hotel staff upgraded our room to include breakfast for free on our second night here. Breakfast spread was good and varied . First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . Overall good stay and value for money

The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

Very basic but clean and neat room Location is good as it is easily accessible to everywhere A lot of food choice around the hotel Staff are very helpful and friendly
