Hôtels avec Spa à Johor, Malaisie

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Fuss free, great location, spacious room, clean hotel. Enjoyed the stay here. Nice buffet breakfast, international spread. Only traffic outside was bad during certain hours. Otherwise, we had a great lovely stay here. Managed to visit the monday pasar malam nearby.

Service staff at recep for check-in is friendly and polite. Check in was fast. For room wise, its spacious. Noticed several pointers: - TV channels will go missing, need to ownself re-scan to search for channels - Toilet basin is slightly choked, water in basin took awhile to clear - Shower head is mouldy - Wardrobe has no light Overall for short stay is fine. Parking is easy.

Check -in and check out service was good and fast. Old hotel but well maintained. Room was clean with bathtub 🛁. Nice city view from room window. Breakfast was good and Christmas decorations was nice. Gym facility was good too!

Très bien, j'aime cet hôtel depuis que je suis dehors puis que j'y entre jusqu'à l'intérieur de la chambre, tout est juste magnifique et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai totalement !! Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel !! :)

Highly recommended, especially if your priorities are convenience and a clean, comfortable environment. Its prime location directly opposite key shopping malls and near the CIQ makes it an ideal base for shopping trips or short cross-border stays. Nice Gym👍 Breakfast - very fulfilling 😋 Only 2 things to feedback. 1. Water heater temperature not hot enough😅 2. Can smell cigarette, probably the previous guests smoked in the toilet😡😤

My first stay at R&F Seine was pleasant. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, offering comfortable living space with modern furnishings. Everything was satisfactory overall, except that the water heater was not functioning, which caused inconvenience during my stay.

Overall experience was good. Quiet ambience. A very convenient location as we took a direct bus from Boon Lay to Aeon Mall and the hotel was just a 5 mins walk. Besides Aeon Mall, there also various eateries within walking distance. Our family would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Room Condition: The hotel is quite old and a bit rundown, so it’s understandable that the furniture is also aged. The table lamp/study light looked worn out and could use some maintenance. Service: Check-in at the front desk was smooth, but we faced an issue with the TV in our room. We couldn’t watch any channels at all. At first, we thought it might be due to the weather, but the TV in my parents’ room worked fine. We scanned the QR code to request assistance and received only “Noted” as a response. We sent two messages and got the same reply both times. Since there was no follow-up, we went to the front desk to report it in person, but unfortunately, no action was taken until we checked out. That was quite disappointing. Car Park: Try to avoid parking directly under the trees, as there are quite a lot of weaver ants around the area. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was okay. The kurma chicken tasted more like ayam ungkep, which was a bit misleading, but I actually loved it since I really like ayam ungkep.

Tunamaya Resort Desaru is a perfect getaway. Surrounded by nature with a stunning beach view, it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent and the stay was truly enjoyable.my kids have enjoy the vacation and ask to repeat 🥳
