Hôtels avec Spa à Johor, Malaisie

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the famous warm DoubleTree cookie made the arrival even more pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-maintained facilities. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless. The hotel location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and the CIQ checkpoint. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and look forward to staying here again in the future

A large 20-30 years old hotel building. Clean , very large guest room with city view on the high floor. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Good water pressure at the high floor bathroom. None smoking rooms are available, but sometimesl smell of the smoking still coming from room ventilation. Good room price. Will stay again if I come to Johor Baru.

Propreté, personnel sympathique. Accès facile aux endroits que je souhaitais visiter. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a également aidé à surveiller mes plats lorsqu'ils étaient livrés à emporter.

Ce feu, nous avons réservé 3D2N séjour à Holiday Villa. C'était ma réservation incroyable à Holiday Villa. Connecting room in high floor and face the same direction as the main road to the hotel lobby. Nous avons dû regarder les artifices de feu libérés par les résidents malaisiens célébrant Hari Raya le soir. Nice artifices de feu à bonne vue. Le petit déjeuner était bon aussi. Les chambres ont été maintenues propres . Les deux seules améliorations sont d'abord, le lit de taille Queen avec baignoire, prendre une douche est difficile, comme l'eau s'échappe du côté du baignoire au sol, ce qui fait que le sol de toilette est mouillé. La deuxième amélioration est que le vintèbre soja a été servi à chaud , malheureusement aujourd'hui (samedi) le soja est servi à froid. Le personnel de l'autre peut être plus présentable et professionnel pour servir les clients en ligne que pour faire ses propres affaires.

Place is so near the CIQ and near the mall (JB Central and KOMTAR JBCC) and many food place to eat at the 2nd and 1st Floor. They accomodated my request in high floor. Room is spacious and complete toiletries (lack of comb only😂 but neglegible). Breakfast can be improved the choices in western cuisine but the locals might enjoy the spread. OVerall we have enjoy our stay!

L'hôtel est très proche de la partie bruyante du JB. Placez-moi juste pour refroidir et dormir, après un jour dehors pour faire des courses et des magasins. La chambre est grande et propre, l'aircondition est forte et me faire dormir jusqu'à demain. L'eau de toilette est chaude, vous sentez chioque. Lave-linge, chioque je lave les vêtements puis revenir peut relaxer sans besoin de laver. Puis frappez à minuit, les artifices de feu juste à côté de mon balcon. Bonne mais j'ai peur de le, continuez à tirer les artifices de feu jusqu'au début du matin. Comme si vous allez frapper mon balcon. Toujours fumé comme une nuit. Effrayante expérience, aventure! Tout est bon, mais tout juste pendant le checkout, le personnel semble être un personnel supérieur qui ne me sert aucune expression, aucune parole, choquant par ce service.

I was there for 3 nights, booking 2 rooms with queen size bed. It was a less than satisfactory experience. I specifically requested for rooms away from elevators but they gave me 2 rooms that are right next to their employee elevator. So it means, the elevator is in between of the 2 rooms that I booked for my parents and I. No doubt, the employee elevator meant less activity but it's still next to the elevator where ppl could easily come up and down. Secondly, we were unable to get the key card to open the door to the corner room that is for my parents. Took 1 trip down to concierge to inform them about the problem. They programmed the key card again and problem still exists. Only after I told them to relocate my parents to a different floor that they mentioned that the battery in the scanner of the door ran out so they have to get technician to change them. So, that left a bad impression from the getgo. Thirdly, once we got on that floor, it smelled bad. I had to get housekeeping to spray air-freshener to get rid of the smell. I believe it from the drainage, where if water wasn't used or flushed down, it can start to smell. So my question was, how long was the room toilets not cleaned or flushed? If the rooms were occupied, surely it shouldn't smell. Fourth, the pool was not what is expected of a hotel pool. Even a boutique hotel pool look better than that. But I don't care too much about pools as I am looking for good place to rest after spending a lot of time sightseeing when I'm traveling. Fifth, noise insulation wasn't good. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring from my room. Let alone if the guest spoke loudly, I could hear. The staff were polite and kind for the most part. One or 2 staff may not know certain things but they are probably new to the job and are on training. Not a big matter. It is situated in a good location. It is 20-25 mins away from Johor city square. It is in a nice suburban neighbourhood, but within a commercial round area with a park in the middle. There is even a big Aeon Mall right opposite the hotel. Traffic isn't bad going into that area. If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room during your travel, this is not the one for you. If you want a comfortable room to rest for the night, this is good enough.
