Hôtels avec Spa à Johor, Malaisie

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Le récepteur Aini nous a accueillis chaleureusement si je ne m'étais pas trompé. Nous étions extrêmement reconnaissants quand elle a donné le check-in précoce et le gâteau de naissance, surtout pour le anniversaire de mon mari. La chambre était très confortable et les installations offertes par l'hôtel étaient étonnantes. Pour le démonter, le petit déjeuner était trop bon pour être vrai haha. Le concept d'avoir la sirop infusionnée et sucre m'a intrigué!

Un séjour abordable, environ 10-minute drive from the checkpoint. There's a decent indoor pool and fitness.

The front desk staffs are very friendly and informative. The lobby area is big and comfy with a coffee vending machine. Need to travel out of this hotel to get lunch/dinner/supper and shopping and entertainment. The car park for hotel are at 1st level that are free for hotel guests. Our king size beds are very big. The rooms are big too. There is hair dryer in the toilet. The curtain in the shower is old and dirty but usable. The towels are old and not white anymore. House slippers are given but one pair looks dirty or being used. Housekeeping staffs are helpful and friendly. The TV not easy to operation or the channels need sometime to load. The next building(residential) is so close that we have to keep our curtains close all the time. The swimming pool and breakfast cafe are located at 5th level that are common area with the residents. The cafe is non Aircon and is open concept, their fans are cooling enough for comfortable for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is simple and tasty. Not alot of variety but enough to be full. The hot Spring is great, very hot. It has 2 normal pools inside and a sauna room. There's toilets and showers too. Friday and Saturday timming is 4pm to 10pm.

Staffs were really good, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel is clean and location is convenient, close to KSL. Below the hotel there is a small old school food court selling nice yummy hawker food. If you want extra decor for your room or event, it's available at an additional cost. Best to check with the hotel directly for what's offered and how much it is. Photo attached is the simple decoration surprise for my hubby. Last but not least thank you the Dian, for the arrangement.

Le hotel est un hôtel de qualité supérieure à la ville de l'hôtel. Les rampes de parking sont la seule chose effrayante - si étroite que la plupart des Singaporeens choisissent juste pour le 35RM par valet d'entrée. Kalaivani à la réception était vraiment aimable et drôle! Ils ont très peu d'unités de lit double, mais merci que nous en avons un. CNY, les crackers d'incendie étaient en train de se faire plonger jusqu'à presque 1 h! Ne pensez pas que c'est une bonne option pour les familles avec des enfants qui ont besoin de dormir tôt. Merci pour un bon séjour!

La chambre, le service et la nourriture étaient d'excellente qualité. Je voudrais également féliciter le personnel de la maison, M. Rakib, pour son amitié, sa courtoisie et son professionnalisme, qui est très fier de son travail, qui a contribué positivement à mon expérience générale. Je choisirai certainement de rester à Amari Johor Bahru et recommanderai fortement l'hôtel à mes collègues

Première fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel. Le hall n'était pas climatisé et il y faisait chaud et étouffant quand nous sommes arrivés vers 15h. Le parking sentait également l'humidité. La chambre était relativement propre et assez grande (au moins, pas ces chambres minuscules). Il n'y avait pas de climatisation centrale, mais un climatiseur individuel qui a mis un certain temps à rafraîchir la pièce (je l'avais réglé à 16 degrés, pleine puissance) à notre arrivée. L'endroit était bruyant : on entendait des motos vrombir en pleine nuit. Le choix de chaînes de télévision était limité, et je ne comprends pas pourquoi la moitié d'entre elles n'avaient aucune image. Une chose étrange m'est arrivée pour la première fois dans un hôtel : il était plus d'une heure du matin quand j'ai été réveillé par des clients rentrés tard. Je les entendais parler dans le couloir. Bon, rien de grave. Puis… quand l'un d'eux a pris sa douche, on entendait un bruit sourd et continu. C'était comme si, en ouvrant le robinet, un bruit de tuyau creux se faisait entendre en continu jusqu'à ce qu'on le ferme. C'était exactement ça. C'était fort et ça a duré environ 5 minutes. J'imagine que c'était le temps qu'il a fallu à ce client de l'hôtel pour prendre sa douche. C'était vraiment insupportable ! 😭 Le petit-déjeuner était simple et correct pour le prix. Rien d'exceptionnel.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Visited this hotel years ago before Covid. Revisited after 7 years. No change to the overall look and feel. Feeling not too bad. Location: Good near Bukit Indah Aeon. Difficult to come in given we now don’t drive Bus network no good. Not coming in anytime soon. Service: Good. Counter staff allow early check in and given us high floor. Cleanliness: Good, basic stuff provided. Nothing fancy. Room: Lightings is dim, not enough lighting. TV channels cannot load due to poor wifi. YouTube Netflix cannot watch too. A bit disappointed. Breakfast: OK comes with Nasi Lemak, Noodles / Porridge section. Pastries and bread.
