L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Cons It's my first time staying in a hotel without a shower head. Suggest the hotel install showerhead in all the toilets regardless of the room type. There is a mosquito in the room. We called on the housekeeping department, and they could only offer insecticides as a remedy, but we politely rejected them as my toddler is travelling with us. Pros Breakfast spread is not bad. The restaurant staff are very attentive and friendly. The housekeeping and frontdesk staff (Farizzudin) are very polite and helpful.

Dans l'ensemble, le Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru offre un séjour confortable avec d'excellentes commodités, même si la situation du parking pourrait être améliorée. La proximité du CIQ et les chambres spacieuses en font un choix solide pour les voyageurs d'affaires et de loisirs.

We were warmly greeted with their signature chocolate chip cookies, a small but thoughtful gesture that immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail stood out throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering a beautiful view of the Johor Bahru skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the modern amenities provided, from the well-equipped workspace to the luxurious bathroom. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international selections, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The service staff were attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were top-notch – the swimming pool overlooking the city was a fantastic spot to relax, while the gym was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a good workout. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the entire team. Every interaction – whether at the restaurant, housekeeping, or reception – reflected genuine care for guests’ comfort and satisfaction. In short, DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and world-class service. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Johor Bahru. I look forward to returning soon.

Hotel staff are friendly, the room is big, soft mattress and a few types of pillows are provided. Great breakfast, kitchen staff are friendly too. It’s just opposite City Square shopping mall which is a plus. The carpark is not free as it shares with the residential building. But it is bright and felt safe. The only negative side is the rain shower, difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. The toilet flush is not strong too. Need to press both half and full flush button together to get a stronger flush.

I stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel Johor Bahru and had a pleasant experience. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to KSL Mall and lots of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices. However, some parts of the hotel feel a bit old and could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price and I would consider coming back again.

The 3-bedroom is an exclusive unit, well equipped with microwave, big fridge, cooking utensils, good WiFi and huge TV. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment as the check in process was seamless and the host is very friendly and attentive. The location is very ideal and there are numerous restaurants nearby. She has prepared the apartment with great care and we would love to return to this apartment as and when we are in Johor Bahru.

Amusez-vous bien dans ce centre-ville, vous avez une belle expérience de séjour dans ce centre-ville. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, bien que l'hôtel soit établi pendant des années. Quel endroit idéal pour vous détendre. Avez eu 2 nuits de séjour ici. Très aimable.

The host was responsive and helpful in ensuring smooth check-in and out. The location of the apartment building is good, within walking distance to CIQ, city square mall and other shopping areas. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was clean and neat. The unit smells good too. The only complaint we had was the aircon in the living room being too weak, too old and not cooling. As the windows and balcony sliding doors were huge with great views of the custom check point, the sunlight and heat coming into the unit was unbearable, the aircon does not provide any comfort at all. Luckily the aircon in the bedrooms were working properly. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable to use. The lift is clean and not crowded at all, so going in and out was a breeze.

L'appartement est propre, propre et bien entretenu. Les meubles, les lits, le canapé, la télévision sont assez bons pour être utilisés. 4 lits de taille Queen sont fournis pour 8 usage personnel. Les équipements de base sont également disponibles. Il y a beaucoup d'options alimentaires autour de cette localité.  La seule question est que la carte d'accès 2 n'a pas permis l'ouverture du ascenseur à l'unité 33-06. Nous avons dû chercher de l'aide du bureau de réservation et de la garde de sécurité pour regarder cette question de l'accessibilité du ascenseur et il a fallu une demi-heure chaque fois pour la résoudre. Le propriétaire doit résoudre le problème de la carte d'accès afin d'éviter la question de l'accessibilité des ascenseurs.
