hôtel à hauteur recommandée, nous avons une chambre double avec vue à l'extérieur, très confortable, avec décoration moderne et la situation à deux rues du centre,pour monter est coûteuse, mais sur la rue il y a des escaliers mécaniques qui vous accompagnent à la rue du hôtel et le meilleur petit déjeuner très complet avec beaucoup de variété.Je réhabillerais sans aucun doute et les chic@s de la réception très gentille.

L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur les champs. Il est très calme et propre. Le grand lit de taille royale est super confortable. ensuite le jacuzzi est merveilleux. Il est tout à fait isolé de l'hôtel principal, nous devons aller à l'extérieur pour le petit déjeuner, le restaurant et l'extraction. Il est difficile de gérer tous les bagages, sacs à main et parapluies en même temps. Par exemple, le garde-fous n'a pas été inclus, nous devons donc jeter notre sac à bin au point de collection dehors par nous-mêmes. Les piscines thermales sont donc beaucoup plus petites que la villa spa et ont été plus couronnées que la piscine publique, surtout pendant les week-ends où il y avait beaucoup de familles et d'enfants. Nous avons demandé le petit déjeuner à 7 heures sur le jour de la sortie parce que nous avions vol précoce. Nous avons demandé à une autre dame, Rachel, le lendemain et elle était très gentille et utile, elle a communiqué avec le café et a organisé un petit déjeuner en emballage avec des œufs, du café, de l'eau et des fruits pour nous à 7 heures. Rachel est magnifique et l'hôtel a besoin de plus de personnel comme elle qui a offert le meilleur service à la clientèle.

Lovely small hotel. In a great location. 10 mins walk to Old Town. 25 mins to beach. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which is very useful. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. I can strongly recommend The Magnolia restaurant 10/10. Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain and a beautiful setting. Book in advance and ask for top terrace. Superb. The hotel pool is small but big enough to cool down in. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but breakfast and drinks are provided in your room. A nice touch. You also get a glass of cava while you get booked in. Miroslava ( Mexican) was great. She couldn't be more helpful. The only down side was the room design. The reading lights are too low. If you want to read in bed the only place for the pillows is over the lights. Totally impracticable and very uncomfortable 😕 A small gripe. Would recommend.

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

L'hôtel était magnifique, il était très propre et la situation était étonnante. Il est littéralement sur la plage et il est tellement propre et populaire. Le restaurant a servi de nourriture limitée, mais ce que nous avons commandé était délicieux. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais la dame qui travaillait au petit déjeuner était très brusque et vous a fait sentir inconfortable. La douche était étrange, car elle n'avait pas de porte ou de cour et n'avait pas le choix de la douche attachée, donc vous devriez la garder. Le temps était sur le côté froid et n'a pas augmenté au-dessus de 24 degrés mais il était chaud parfois je suis à la nuit, donc je suppose que ça pourrait devenir inconfortable à hauteur d'été.

Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.

I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure. The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

LOVELY and beautiful hotel WITH A GREAT BUFFETT BREAKFAST FOR A GOOD PRICE. IT OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Ana, Antonio and Son's have a wonderful way to treat their clientela. And Merce, the head housekeeper is always on the look to assistance you with whatever your needs are. She's absolutely the best, a real asset to this corporation. My only suggestion is to install safety bars in the bathrooms. But it's a great place to stay, whether itsolo or with fanily .family . Young children will enjoy the swing set on the beautiful garden

A pesar de algunas reseñas malas, todo fue bastante bien. La habitación era limpia y luminosa, con un televisor muy grande y camas cómodas. Tenían la calefacción, que funcionaba muy bien. Solo hubo tres cosas pequeñas que no me gustaron: 1. La ventana estaba un poco rota y no conseguí cerrarla completamente, pero no fue una gran molestia por esta razón. 2. La manta me pareció que olía un poco mal. 3. Preferiría que estuviera incluido un tubito de pasta dental. Pero, con este precio y todo lo bueno, puedo decir que es un buen sitio.

Lovely family run hotel situated in the outskirts of Santander , in a rural location with stunning views. Javier the host was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and the shower is superb. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious Spanish offerings. We want to come back to stay longer, as so much to do in surrounding areas and this is a great place to stay. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a fan or air conditioning unit .
