OMG the place was just amazing! We definitely will come back again! Although the hotel was located quite far from city Center, i.e., an hour from Oxford University, half an hour from Bicester, but 15 mins drive from Waitrose, which was good enough for us (chill but enjoy the world class racing cars around). The facilities were new. The staff was friendly ( strongly felt it in the breakfast session), there was own car park just next to the apartment too. Free 15 mins electricity charging outside the reception. Free access to gym and swimming pool… everything just fabulous!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

We had brought breakfast for both of us and the hashbrowns didn’t taste like hashbrowns the bacon was like hard cardboard and the sausages were more or less raw and pink on in the inside but cooked on the outside. Wouldn’t recommend the £14.50 per person for such a terrible experience for anyone staying and hoping for a decent breakfast for the price you pay you certainly don’t get what you pay for

La chambre n'a pas de téléphone, donc il y a des questions à aller au 1er étage, et le tuyau doit aussi demander à la chambre. Le vent de la chambre est un peu faible, mais pas mieux que non, parce qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation.
Mais en général, c'est bien.

Location is great. Near the Theatre district, Xscape and a short taxi ride to the Hub. Perfect start to the evening with cocktails in the Fourteen Bar, overlooking the city. Staff all lovely. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, cereal and full English. Room overlooked the park. Beds were very comfortable. Elemis toiletries in the shower. If you park in the multi storey for longer than 9 hours you can get it discounted down to £10.

La chambre est toujours aussi propre et rangée, et le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux.J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel trois ans avant l'épidémie, et maintenant c'est excitant de retourner à l'ancien endroit. La prochaine fois, séjournez au Mitchell Hall Hotel de l'Université de Cranfield pour revivre le passé en tant qu'étudiant diplômé à l'Université de Cranfield il y a 35 ans. Merci Ctrip de m'avoir emmené en voyage.

Really lovely hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The service received from check-in to checking-out was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

IInvitéFrom the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room.
Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries.
I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all.
Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

IInvitéLovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

IInvitéThis hotel looks beautiful from outside with a lovely ground and impressive entrance, but however, I found the room & common area not so impressive  they need to give it a face lift to deserve the room rate. Especially with a high bathtub it’s quite dangerous as it’s slippery when you step into it to have a shower, even with the rubber mat on it , luckily I brought along my rubber slipper, which I can use to have a shower to prevent from slipping . Our room included breakfast, buffet table selection of food were poor, and the quality of food was not great even with basic smoke salmon it looks stale & the cooked breakfast was ok not impressive. The front desk reception staff were not helpful with problem . But the manager at the front desk was very helpful when we checked out , after hearing our comments about the problem he took note said he’ll look into the problem & told us to contact him when decide to stay with them next time. I do appreciate his helpfulness & trying to make the best of the situation, Cliveden Hotel should treasure him as the hotel manager.

J'ai dû attirer l'attention de l'hôtel, comme c'est le cas dans de nombreux hôtels à l'échelle mondiale, sur le fait que les changements dans les installations et les politiques laissent à jour toutes les informations textuelles (par exemple, le guide en ligne, les menus, les annonces, etc.). Le personnel travaille sans difficulté, mais il est court pour la tâche. Alors que j'étais là, de nouveaux employés étaient engagés, toutes ces questions sont traitées. Je suis endetté par le nourrisseur de la fonction Raj KC qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour m'aider à faire face à mes problèmes, en tant qu'homme âgé avec perte de vue et d'audition, et aux défis médicaux typiques de mon groupe d'âge en Grande-Bretagne, Envoyant un article de 30 kg à l'ouest du Nord, j'ai apprécié son conseil et son aide et lui ai souhaité tout le meilleur dans sa carrière future.

JjoMy stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One particular staff member made sure my dietary needs were fully catered for at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The room was a delight, offering a comfortable space with a wonderful view of the iconic Silverstone Circuit. The location is perfect, especially for motorsport enthusiasts, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, stunning views, and overall convenience.
