Park Plaza Nottingham is conveniently located in town centre, which was a plus for 2-day visit to our friend in town. I like the modern look of the hotel lobby, as well as the friendly hotel staff. Hotel room was reasonably spacious, but a little dated on the cons side. Moreover, it requires to walk up and down stairs for elevator access from the lobby, which caused a bit of inconvenience to people with limited mobility like my husband. Fortunately, the hotel staff were kind to carry our luggage, which was a tremendous help to us.

L'ensemble du séjour était super, j'avais besoin d'aller quelque part pendant que le travail était effectué dans ma maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont des bains, il y avait un grand bureau pour moi de travailler à l'intérieur et la connexion Internet était parfaite, j'avais eu plusieurs conférences vidéo et il n'a jamais quitté une fois. La maison était assez gentille pour vérifier si j'avais besoin de quelque chose de quotidien, et le personnel de la réception était très aimable. Juste près d'une vaste propriété nationale de confiance avait quelques belles marches d'automne Cependant, il n'y a absolument aucun signal téléphonique (Vodafone) évidemment rien à voir avec l'hôtel il est juste plus d'informations sur la zone!

Very loud neighbourhood with constant outside noise. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in the next room. The heating system was broken, so we were given two small plug-in radiators that kept overheating the room, then switching off and making it cold again. Sleep was horrible. The spa is very small, with no space in the sauna and the pool crowded with kids. We paid £177 for one night on the top floor with lounge access, but the lounge had no snacks—only soft drinks (drink selection was okay). Overall, poor value for the price.

Service on arrival was friendly and informative. Parking was £10 per day and is under cover next to the accommodation.  We requested a room away from the lift and this was given to us but it was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise.  The room and room size was enough for what we needed although given it was a room for 2, and we had cooking facilities, there was only one chair at the table so we to eat on our lap.  The only other thing for me, was that although we were only there for 3 nights, there was no room service so our bins did not get emptied, by day 4 they were overflowing and smelt.  They gave one dishwasher tablet only, a washing up sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid but nothing to wipe down the surfaces.  The bathroom facilities were ok, shower hot and powerful.  Again, the sink in the bathroom was high for me, not sure how a child would reach the sink. There was a complementary drinks and croissant station but personally the coffee was not to my taste. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend staying there, it is very central to everything.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très agréable et très agréable, et j'ai apprécié leur attitude. Il y avait quelques problèmes qui ont affecté ma expérience, et un certain nombre de jeunes hommes restaient sur mon étage qui sont revenus à 2h et ont fait une quantité importante de bruit pendant un certain temps. Malheureusement, aucun membre du personnel n'a été présent pour faire face à cette perturbation, qui a rendu le sommeil difficile. Quand j'ai finalement commencé à dormir, j'ai été dérangé de nouveau par deux pigeons qui font des bruits lourds dehors de ma fenêtre. C'était très désagréable de voir et ne semble pas sain ou hygiénique. En outre, à 125 £ par nuit, je ne m'attendais pas à voir des tapis déshabillés. Globalement, bien que le personnel soit excellent, ces questions ont déduit d'un séjour autrement bon.

Le site est très beau. Il y avait un problème avec la réservation du côté Trip.com que le gestionnaire de service Declan a pu résoudre dans un manoir en temps voulu tout en faisant l'attente très agréable avec un petit chat. Le personnel était très bien, y compris les deux jeunes dames du bar/service, ainsi que Declan. Le bâtiment est étonnant et entouré de beaux bois, parfait pour une promenade. Les chambres sont un peu date, mais pourquoi cherchez-vous à passer tout votre temps dans votre chambre? Plus que suffisant pour avoir un coucher confortable. En tant que note latérale sur ce point, imaginez qu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment énuméré et qu'il est si difficile d'actualiser. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!
