Hôtels avec parking à Nottinghamshire, Royaume-Uni

The receptionist, I think is name was Luke. He went above and beyond for us, his customer service was excellent and couldn’t do anymore to help and ensure our stay was the best we could have! Thank you! Only think that wasn’t 5/5 was the amenities in the room - most were empty. But that’s looking for a fault. Great location Lovely hotel Some rooms are a little dated but clean. Would return and would recommend.

Brian

Wasn't impressed at all with the room I was given as it was designed for a physically disabled person which I'm not. There were a few issues with the bathroom. I left the room earlier than anticipated due to feeling uncomfortable. I explained my stay at reception where I was told you will receive a email from management, I didn't receive anything.

It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.

Sleep well Quiet Water temperature perfect  Supermarket nearby, good Friendly Front desk  Bathroom no glass door, water and steam everywhere after taking bath Gave us a very dirty towel in one day, have to change at front desk

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!
