The washer tabs do not provide a non-slip mat in the shower room. We requested to buy one since we will be staying for three days, but they denied our request due to risk concerns. Instead, they offered a towel to place inside the shower. Even so, they should be able to provide non-slip strips! Secondly, the elevator to the G floor lift lobby is not convenient for elderly or accessible individuals, as it requires stepping up a staircase.,

The hotel is in centre and no parking even for dropping off. That can be a problem Went there on the hottest day of year and air conditioning did not work. Unit rumbles like atractor in the room with little air conditioning .

We had an enjoyable stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. We had a concert at Rock City so this hotel is in a prime location with the venue literally on the door-step. There was parking available for £10 at the hotel and spaces there for us when we arrived so we saved money not having to use the Q-Park (which is also very close if need-be). The room was clean, bed was comfy, air con worked great and the kitchen area had everything you need for a longer stay, no issues at all. They have instant coffee in the room with a few milks but if you prefer there is a coffee machine downstairs in the reception that has take-away cups so you can simply get a coffee and take back to the room. They also had croissants in the morning included in the price in the reception that you can take back to the room or eat there. The staff were lovely and the reception manned 24 hours, no complains and if we have another concert at rock city or the rescue rooms we will be staying here again.

La nuit la plus mauvaise que j'ai eue dans un hôtel depuis des années est que la nuit est presque toujours bruyante, il est évident que les personnes qui ne travaillent pas.

It was a really cozy New Year's Eve. Absolutely loved the calming and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. They do great breakfast as well. Loved it! Highly recommend it to people looking for a cozy getaway in a nice neighborhood.

Lovely stay! Breakfast was really good too. And the man who greeted us at breakfast was extremely friendly. He deserves a raise for bringing in so much positivity. Overall 10/10 for our stay. Even with the rowdy neighbour who got arrested next door!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en raison de sa proximité avec le centre-ville. Malgré son emplacement central, l'hôtel est très calme. L'hôtel est confortable et propre et le personnel agréable. Le coût de la chambre était exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir.

Very dark decor generally in all areas, difficult to find room number as door was in an alcove and the number to the side not on door.  I am 5’2” and when I eventually found the towel rail because it was above the toilet it was difficult to negotiate and find the size of towel I needed without pulling them all out.   General lack of information in the room I found the A4 piece of paper as I was leaving TV was difficult to operate with a foreign language on some of the remote buttons and no news channel available.  I slept really well which was the most important thing

L'hôtel est situé sur la route, confortable à entrer et sortir, parking ample, peut parquer 10 voitures, l'hôtel n'est pas seulement un hébergement, il accepte également des fêtes et des mariages pour les extérieurs. L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner pour les clients non-hôtels. Condition de la chambre moyenne Il y a 2 étages, pas d'ascenseur, vous devez porter vos bagages en haut de vous. Il peut être inconvenant pour les personnes qui ne sont pas fortes.

We had a fairly nice stay. It was all ok but the cleanliness standard was very low even after raising it which was very disappointing for such a prominent brand of hotel. Service was good with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
