NNarmeen ShahidIt is a good one - however unlike its branch in Egypt, they didnt had shower cap, slippers, bathrub and other stuff in rooms. The staff and their service was really good. The buffet as well wasnt full of vareities as in egypt (no doughnut stand). It was an hour away from sight seeings. Beautiful lounge and bar area

IInvitéReally cannot believe that a smaller room with low ceiling and small windows was given, so had to return to reception and ask for the correct category of room, but was told that the room booked is under maintenance, only different room was available now. After hours of waiting, the correct room was finally given. Funny thing was that when browse the hotel website, there are still same rooms available. Why such common tricks would have happened this luxury hotel?

IInvitéThe rooms are spacious, well serviced, clean with great views (depending on where you are located of course)
I loved the balcony space ,table and 2 wicker chairs and was overlooking the golf course with midday to evening sunshine - perfect.
Breakfast had great choices and was kept continually stocked up. Staff were helpful and efficient.
Check in was smooth.
The South African Handyman (whose name I didn't get) deserves a special mention for being great at his job and very personable.
I had a lava shell massage in the Spa - wonderful - again didn't get the person's name. Maybe name badges or encourage staff to introduce themselves might be a good idea
It's a great location. 30 mins walk to town centre - good footpath, easy drive.
Definitely recommend. Had a great stay.
Was a solo traveller and felt very safe.

LLauren1066The stay was great, really good location l, close proximity to Oxford Park and ride for the city center.
Only slight negatives : you have to book to use the pool and it is unusable during pool classes - which they don't tell you at reception or on any of the paperwork
Otherwise, there was 3 of us in the room and it was consistently set for 2 people (cups,glasses,towels) had to request items multiple times post cleaning during the stay

IInvitéWe have stayed here twice. The first time (2025) we were in the block which is separate to the main building- this was OK and the service was much better.
The latest time we stayed we were in the main building- its grotty. The carpet leading to the rooms was stained and the room itself although it looked clean, didn't 'feel clean'-the place could do with a refresh and new carpets.
We were unable to get food upon arrival as they stop serving at 9pm- we arrived a couloe of minutes before 9pm after a 4 hour drive, we were disappointe and we could see a couple eating in the bar area whose meals came out long after we had arrived- so really we could have ordered and been served. We ended up ordering an Uber eats meal.

Super comfy bed with top quality bedding, very clean, cool decor, great vibes.
Hot / cold water tap on every floor with tea and coffee in the rooms or complimentary Clipper teas in the reception area. GHD straighteners and Dyson hairdryer in every room. Very good power shower with good towels and toiletries provided.
Fantastic friendly service and quick check in (3pm) and check out (11am). The reception area is a lovely place to sit and play a board game (provided) or have a cocktail from the great menu. Bikes available to hire. Free parking available on site.
Brilliant American diner on site - a must visit. The eggs are 👌🏽
A short drive from the park and ride and about 20min drive to Oxford city centre.

Ajoutez 10 livres pour le petit déjeuner. La variété est limitée, mais assez bonne pour commencer un jour avec elle.
La chambre elle-même est large et propre, juste les normes Marriott, il faut se préoccuper.
