Lovely weekend with family. Apart from tbd weather, we had the best time. The trains ran smoothly and the people were friendly.

Nous sommes en pleine heure quand nous sommes allés à l'intérieur et nous sommes ravis de trouver un lit confortable avec vues magnifiques sur la rivière. Il était très relaxant. Nous avons apprécié un grand repas, il était très goûteux et servi rapidement. Je suis vegan et gluten libre et le choix pour moi était excellent. Nous avons alors allé à l'extérieur pendant un moment de capture du soleil. Le scénario était magnifique. Nous avons dormi très bien et nous avons encore profité des installations spa avant un petit déjeuner chaleureux et achetés complètement refroidi à 11 heures le lendemain. Nous n'avons pas pu demander une meilleure expérience. Merci à l'hôtel New Lanark Mill.

Le service pour la nourriture était OK, la nourriture aussi agréable. La chambre n'était pas en service et il n'y avait pas de téléphone intercom dans la chambre, ce qui rend difficile d'atteindre le service client quand il était nécessaire. Wi-Fi n'était pas trop fort comme prévu, probablement en raison de la position de la chambre. Il n'y avait pas d'eau potable complimentaire dans la chambre mais Il y avait un beau thé complimentaire dans la chambre. Il y avait un plancher de fer mais pas de fer dans la chambre, en raison de NO Intercom , il n'était pas possible de parvenir à un service client pour un fer, comme mon temps était en cours.

Pas très heureux sur les services , tout d'abord le petit déjeuner était très bas de qualité , pas de fruits de tout type était disponible, pas de jus à part une boîte peut seulement obtenir 45p de Asda Aucun croissant à tous La manche de flush de toilette était exactement à l'arrière de votre siège et couverte par un bouchon de toilette lorsque vous êtes sur place , , Quand j'ai réservé l'hôtel était promis sa chambre sera climatisée mais quand je reçois la chambre un ventilateur de table de 10 pouces était comme climatisée 😆 qui était très bruyant à la nuit Le nettoyage était bon Le personnel était bien conduit

Staff were excellent and service friendly and responsive. Bedroom was not made to 3 beds as per the booking but the sofa bed was made up while we had dinner. Pool and gym were good too and staff very accomodating. Food at dinner was maybe a bit expensive but otherwise good. Breakfast was excellent and staff did a fantastic job.

We stayed the night of 12th September at this hotel to split up our journey. The hotel was in an excellent location and easy to find with ample off-road parking and in a very quiet area for being just off the motorway! Hotel staff were excellent- friendly, polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, ample amenities and we had a beautiful view over the racecourse. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Would certainly stay again!

L'hôtel est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. Un grand lit confortable, une douche chaude, des lits propres, des toilettes et du thé/café dans la chambre.

A very handy location for those undertaking a long drive to/from Scotland. Spacious rooms, my room facing fields to the rear was nice and quiet. Good for EV drivers as loads of charging points including Tesla. Be warned though - £5 cost of overnight parking if it’s not included in your hotel booking.

Darren was great at checking us in and making sure we were OK. We had a ground floor room which was great with a dog too. He was very helpful and thoughtful

Spotless, clean smelling linens. Immaculate bathroom. Parking available. Long taxi to Glasgow Central, but no issue if driving. Highly recommend this accommodation. Beware there are metal stairs to the rooms but easy to climb.
