This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

This hotel is beautiful in a perfect setting, very close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The only negative points are around meal times. Breakfast supplies need better management or a dining room manager. Items were often running very low t9 depleted, and manu guests had to keep asking for the missing items. Secondly, wedding parties / guests pass through one of breakfast rooms to reach the wedding ceremony room. Guests were being ushered in to the breakfast room where hotel guests were still finishing up there breakfast. This room should be kept separate and hotel guests given space and time to enjoy their breakfast. We moved in to the bar area but that was worse, as people piled in before 11am for drinks! If the bar is going to be open then ushered wedding guests in to one area rather than disrupting guests staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and as though we were intruding on them. The other point I would like to make is about the lady who announces the wedding info should be more courteous to staff. I heard an abrupt command for an item to be moved .. this is rude and unacceptable, especially in front of guests or anyone, for that matter, let alone embarrassing for the member of staff involved. All the staff were lovely, I just think they would benefit from some training or guidance on running a well organised breakfast room. Dinner was fabulous, just a little disorganised and slow at times. Needs to be a bit more attentive The Spa and pools are wonderful. Overall, we had a most wonderful stay and our room was excellent! I would definitely go back again.. just employ some more staff,, seasonal if need be.

Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again.

Les chambres étaient sans place, les chambres étaient des machines à café, des robes de bain, des pantalons, des sèche-cheveux. Il y avait des toilettes de base et vous pourriez aussi demander des kits de vanité ou des kits de rasage. Le menu de la salle est très bien prix, mais il n'est pas tout le jour, alors vérifiez avec la réception. Il y a tellement à faire autour de la propriété et il y a aussi un grand parking disponible. La piscine intérieure est chauffée et peut être utilisée jusqu'à 8PM. Le petit déjeuner est de 7-10AM et est une belle diffusion.

L'environnement est bon, très propre.

Le centre-ville est un hôtel de qualité historique. Le spa moderne était très bon à utiliser, mais nous avons trouvé la chambre très basique et nous pouvions faire avec une refroidissement et très déçu que là où il n'y a pas d'installations de fabrication de boissons chaudes dans la chambre. Nous avons eu le petit déjeuner inclus dans notre prix de la chambre et nous étions très déçus de cela - tout était nager en gras et le pudding noir et le rosti de pommes de terre étaient très sur cuit, de sorte que nous ne pouvions pas finir notre repas. Le parc de voiture est de 7 £ par nuit, mais il n'a pas été informé de cela à l'avance. Nous resterions probablement encore mais nous améliorerions à une chambre dans la vieille partie du bâtiment et ne disposerons pas de petit déjeuner cuit.
