This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

Nice hotel. Big room. Nice spa, only footbath broken. The building is old and needs a renovation. If something Is broken it's not replaced. The food isn't great. The plate are cold but the food is lukewarm. Starters were nice but pita bread wasn't toasted. Salmon very small, not even fillet and not crunchy. Risotto tasted watery. Desert way too sweet. Breakfast lukewarm too. Ok for the price overall. View from restaurant is amazing though.

Les clients paient 10 livres pour 24 heures. 2. L'hôtel maintient les normes cohérentes et les services standardisés du Crowne Plaza. Cependant, comme il y a de nombreuses chambres à chaque étage, certaines chambres peuvent être éloignées.

Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again.

Les chambres étaient sans place, les chambres étaient des machines à café, des robes de bain, des pantalons, des sèche-cheveux. Il y avait des toilettes de base et vous pourriez aussi demander des kits de vanité ou des kits de rasage. Le menu de la salle est très bien prix, mais il n'est pas tout le jour, alors vérifiez avec la réception. Il y a tellement à faire autour de la propriété et il y a aussi un grand parking disponible. La piscine intérieure est chauffée et peut être utilisée jusqu'à 8PM. Le petit déjeuner est de 7-10AM et est une belle diffusion.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

Lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms, beds were comfortable. Parking availability was good. Perfect for an overnight stay.

An outstanding hotel. It was our first time staying and most definitely will not be our last. We were so impressed with EVERYTHING from the moment we arrived. Thank you.

The hotel is ideally situated for a short trip to Stratford upon Avon. Just a short walk into the centre. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was large. Car parking is easy and plentiful. Not too expensive. On the downside (slightly) there is no lift. But only 2 floors. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. No issues required resolving. We didn’t use the leisure facilities.
