Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande zone du paysage de Warwickshire. Lorsque vous arrivez le bar/service à côté de la porte, il a des problèmes de maintenance, il n'est pas encore ouvert. Lorsque nous arrivons, le service était étonnant: gentil, amiable et accessible. La chambre (21) était grande, le lit double était vaste et les deux enfants avaient des lits doubles disponibles - même avec notre bagage dispersé autour de la chambre, il y avait encore beaucoup de place pour les enfants à courir et à jouer. La chambre était très chaude, mais j'ai aimé la température de la chambre et j'ai trouvé la chambre agréable - pas trop chaude ou froide et très confortable. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix et beaucoup d'articles que nous devions attendre entre 10-15 mins - et sans dire rien au personnel de cuisine/buffet très absent, il n'était pas monté. J'ai fait ce qui reste mais je n'ai pas fini avec un toast (pas de pain), pas de bacon et pas d'œufs. Pas de valeur pour le tag de prix £12.99. J'ai vu cela mentionné dans d'autres commentaires mais la zone de petit déjeuner était conservatoire-esque et très froide. Comme indiqué précédemment, le service à la clientèle était excellent et ce service a été maintenu à l'affichage.

Le personnel est ami mais limité dans ce qu'il peut faire, les chambres varient de la fabuleuse à la tatuée droite. Très populaire avec les fêtes d'entraînement, donc le petit déjeuner peut être enchantée (pas de sièges, de plaques ou de couteaux quand j'ai essayé sur ce séjour). Bon si vous pouvez obtenir le prix correct pour la chambre, mais pas le meilleur exemple de la marque Mercure à une certaine distance

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon. Je ne serai pas contre rester là encore, mais il n'y a rien de spécial à me faire revenir. Plus : James m'attendait quand je suis arrivé et m'a montré la clé et la chambre. Il m'a également pris l'ordre pour le matin suivant. La chambre était de taille décente. Il y a beaucoup de lumières dans la chambre. Le lit était bon. Il y a un parking sur le site. Le petit déjeuner était prêt quand je suis descendu à la salle de repas. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La salle de bain est juste à peu près de taille adéquate pour une personne. La chambre était au 2e étage, avec des escaliers étroits.

Tout ce qu'on avait besoin et ce que nous avions dépassé nos attentes. Une situation très pacifique pour profiter d'un moment spécial.

2日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

Lovely room and bathroom was really nice with walk in shower and bath, under bed lighting which came on when going to the loo in the night which is helpful in strange places. Breakfast included The balcony was private with amazing views. Took duck and swan food and the ducks and fish came from everywhere lovely to watch Deb

L'hôtel est situé dans un beau milieu, confortable pour Rugby et le M1/M6. Nous avons été ensuite dans une suite dans les Stables, il était fatigué, que je savais des photos en ligne, mais notre salle de bain avait des cheveux dans la baignoire et a été clochée dans le trou. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre au mieux, beaucoup de nourriture chaude avait échappé avec personne ne gardant un oeil, nous devions demander que les articles soient sortis. Le personnel était 50/50 - certains très agréables mais certains désintéressés, l'un des récepteurs ne nous donna même pas les directions à notre chambre correctement suite. Si un peu d'argent était dépensé pour améliorer les chambres et construire, j'aurais été heureux de payer plus, c'est une honte réelle, le potentiel est immense!
