Everything okay but just to remind there no aircond just fan but the resort is pretty. The view from the room worth every penny. The highlight is the sunrise because the sunset is the other side of the island.

L'hôtel est situé à l'intérieur de la ville de Nice. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur mais Rahmat a aidé à transporter mes sacs dans ma chambre au premier étage pendant le check-in et le check-out. La chambre est assez confortable et remplit tout ce que je veux en tant que voyageur solitaire. La chambre était très confortable et la chambre était très confortable. Vous pouvez entendre d'autres invités parler et ouvrir/ fermer la porte loudment. La position de cet auberge était très calme et un peu sombre pendant la nuit. Globalement, un très bon endroit pour rester et je suis si satisfait. Je resterai ici à nouveau chaque fois que je reviens à Banda Aceh. Recommandé !

Overall, I had a good stay at Kyriad Banda Aceh. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff provided nice and friendly service throughout my stay, making the experience pleasant and welcoming. The location was also convenient for getting around Banda Aceh. A good option for anyone looking for a clean hotel with good service.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'hôtel Ayani et avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. La chambre était correcte, pas très grande mais elle était propre. Il y avait la climatisation et une bouilloire électrique et cela fonctionnait. La salle de bain était correcte, avec beaucoup d'eau chaude et une très bonne douche. La literie était propre et le lit bon. Il y avait le wifi et cela fonctionnait parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet composé principalement de plats locaux. Malheureusement les plats chauds étaient froids. L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville. L'hôtel lui-même est soigné et bien rangé et nous pouvons certainement recommander de séjourner ici.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

A well-located hotel in central Banda Aceh well within walking distance of the mosque. Excellent service and the restaurant has a good selection of food. The buffet breakfast has a lot of nice traditional Indonesia dishes. Would definitely stay again!

Hôtel un peu vieillot..aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Sinon le personnel et gentil Et très bien situé

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.
