I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section.
The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Le petit déjeuner était très confortable, le petit déjeuner était très confortable et le petit déjeuner était très bon. La piscine est aussi propre. Le seul désavantage est que le wifi est parfois lent à la nuit.Le séjour global est confortable et mérite de se répéter

Lokasi sangat strategis…dekat kemana2 apalagi bersebelahan dengan mini market dan pam bensin serta di sekitarnya ada pertokoan jadi kalau mau beli sesuatu tinggal jalan kaki saja. Kulineran pun bisa dengan jalan kaki…

L'hôtel est proche de Masjid Raya Baiturrahman et à une distance de marche. Très adapté pour ces voyageurs, ils ont pour but de se rendre pour des prières fréquentes à la mosquée. Outre cela, l'hôtel situé à côté de la zone Blang Padang, qui est une zone de loisirs locale où vous trouverez des cuisines locales et un endroit pour profiter de la vue de Banda Aceh

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨
The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day.
Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

TTJ95C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Il est situé près du centre-ville. De plus, il offre la plus belle vue de tous les complexes hôteliers de Sumur Tiga. Le personnel est également sympathique et serviable. 😊
Il faut saluer la réceptionniste. Elle a vraiment fait un excellent travail pour servir tous les clients.
Remarque : (Choisissez le bungalow avec vue sur la mer ou le bungalow en bord de mer) Si vous souhaitez la meilleure vue, il est préférable de renoncer à une chambre sans climatisation. En revanche, si vous tenez absolument à une chambre climatisée, il est préférable de renoncer à cette vue exceptionnelle.

IInvitéNous avons passé 2 nuits à l'hôtel Ayani et avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. La chambre était correcte, pas très grande mais elle était propre. Il y avait la climatisation et une bouilloire électrique et cela fonctionnait. La salle de bain était correcte, avec beaucoup d'eau chaude et une très bonne douche. La literie était propre et le lit bon. Il y avait le wifi et cela fonctionnait parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet composé principalement de plats locaux. Malheureusement les plats chauds étaient froids. L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville. L'hôtel lui-même est soigné et bien rangé et nous pouvons certainement recommander de séjourner ici.

EEdan1285Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

IInvitéThe Hip Hope Hotel in Banda Aceh was a good choice for my stay. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. While it didn't necessarily stand out as exceptional, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Banda Aceh. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hip Hope Hotel.
