Le menu principal, composé de riz frit, d'œufs au plat et d'autres accompagnements, était délicieux, mais je n'ai pas apprécié les fritures et les boissons.
Le parking n'étant pas assez grand, je me suis garé devant l'immeuble, mais la navette est venue me chercher et m'a emmené dans le hall. Une fois garé dehors, j'ai senti une forte odeur d'égout.
Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et poli, de la réceptionniste au personnel de nettoyage en passant par le personnel de cuisine, qui saluait poliment les clients à leur passage.

Really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and just across the street from a shopping mall. We loved being able to walk around and explore nearby restaurants and street food stalls. It was fun discovering a local market about 10–15 minutes away with some charming souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Overall good but few things been noticed :
1. The carpet at the corridor of the level is too dusty & dirty ( need immediate cleaning ).
2. There is no sign for Don't disturb or clean my room.
3. Before towels are kept inside the bathroom, please check if they are ok or torn in the middle.
4. Hotel Staff specially at the reception must keep some Tour & Travels number if they don't provide such services to ease the trouble.
Rest were all ok... I really like the breakfast.. many options

SSANGUNJe viens directement de Bromo.
Rester assis dans la voiture pendant environ sept heures était pire que la mort.
L'emplacement est effectivement très éloigné, mais pas loin d'Ijen.
Le prix est également bon et les installations de soutien sont complètes.
Il n'y a pas de dépanneurs à proximité.
Mais vous pouvez commander des plats à emporter chez KFC et Mixue Ice City.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff members at the front desk were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Despite arriving slightly earlier than the standard check-in time, the reception team made every effort to accommodate me promptly, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay.
Room Quality:
I stayed in a beautifully appointed room featuring modern decor, plush furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning city view. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with Westin’s signature Heavenly® Bed ensuring restful sleep. Amenities such as a spacious work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar added to the convenience.
Facilities:
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The gym was large, modern, and well-equipped, catering perfectly to guests who wish to maintain their fitness routines. I also enjoyed the serene outdoor swimming pool, a perfect retreat for relaxation. The Heavenly Spa offered a luxurious experience, with professional therapists and a calming ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day.
Dining:
Dining at The Westin Surabaya was a highlight. The breakfast buffet at Magnolia Restaurant featured a vast selection of both local and international dishes, all beautifully presented and fresh. I also tried room service one evening, and the food arrived promptly, still warm, and well-prepared. The hotel’s attention to culinary detail truly enhanced the overall experience.

Throughout my stay, the service was consistently outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with — from housekeeping to concierge to restaurant servers — was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

Situated adjacent to the upscale Pakuwon Mall, the location is highly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s also relatively close to the airport and key city attractions, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers.

La propreté est correcte, les draps sont la seule chose qui a besoin d'être nettoyée davantage. Le service est excellent. Et en ce qui concerne les installations, la seule chose qui manque est un sèche-cheveux.

The highlight for us was definitely the room with a balcony overlooking the animals. Our child was absolutely thrilled watching wildlife right outside our window, which made the stay truly magical. It’s rare to find a hotel where you can relax and enjoy such an immersive nature experience all at once.
Breakfast every morning was a treat, with a fantastic spread that had something for everyone. The variety and quality really impressed us and gave us great energy for the day’s adventures.
Overall, Baobab Safari Hotel exceeded our expectations and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a unique and memorable vacation!

Breakfast was a highlight — the variety was impressive, from local Indonesian favorites to Western and Asian dishes. The pool area and lush garden surroundings made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a busy city.
Location-wise, it's conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and main roads, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene escape.

Après un long voyage par voie terrestre, c'était un excellent repos.
L'hôtel est situé juste en face d'une banque BCA. Par coïncidence, j'avais des problèmes avec mon compte BCA et j'avais besoin d'utiliser un distributeur automatique, donc c'était rapide et facile.
Il y a aussi un Indomaret à gauche de l'hôtel. La marche n'était pas longue.
