Les chambres sont spacieuses et les prix sont raisonnablement bas pour le type de suite. Le parking est un peu incertain, mais il est très difficile de trouver un endroit. Si vous séjournez à l'hôtel, assurez-vous de passer par le gate gauche avec la barrière et de descendre directement au fond.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering.
The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust
My room is over looking to the ocean and hills
In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join
All amenities are good products and work well.
We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool.
Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding.

Room is new, clean, neat and tidy
Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning.
Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag)
Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

selalu jdi langganan tiap kali kelampung pasti nginep nya disni.. slalu ambil kamar eksekutif view kolam renang .. krna biar anak” deket klo ke kolam renang.. dan bisa di pantau dari kamar..
tp kemarin agak kecewa sedkit.. dapet kamar yg agak kotor.. dan ada kerak” kuning di lantai samping tempat tidur.. jdi agak kurang nyaman pas mau tidur..
kayak nya bagian yg bersih” kamar hrs di tatar lagi kerja nya.. biar maksimal.. klo yg lain.. lumayanlah.. tq 🤗💜

Je voudrais rester dans le groupe d'hôtel si elles ont des choses dans différentes villes parce que j'ai trouvé Lampung trop petite, et l'infrastructure pour de plus belles zones comme The Sharks Denth Beach est très mauvaise, Je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel incroyable.

IInvitéOverall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.
A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.
Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise.
If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.
