It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

3 star hotel with quite location. Room is quite big, quite clean. A bit far from city centre and restaurants. Nice for good sleep.

Le service et les installations de l'hôtel sont très bons et cools. Il est juste que le parking est insuffisant, Parce que les visiteurs de véhicules privés doivent également assurer le parking, pas de chaleur ou de pluie.

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. L'eau et l'A/C étaient excellentes, mais le lit a une sorte de sable de plage quand je reste, donc je dois reconstruire le lit et se débarrasser de ces sables. Et une chose qui doit être améliorée est de mettre un signe ”quiet” ou quelque chose comme ça, puisque de nombreux enfants couraient le hall et faisaient un bruit terrible. Si cela peut être amélioré, vous disposez d'un hôtel magnifique lorsque vous pouvez séjourner confortablement.

Tout était super.. Une chose à considérer est sur les installations de gym qui sont déjà très vieux.. mais il est bien..

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.
