Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, un peu de saleté/fracture dans la salle de bains et il ne donne pas le sentiment de vrai luxe, mais pour ce prix, je pense qu'il est encore très bon. La piscine est partagée par les clients de l'hôtel avec les personnes qui payent pour l'utilisation de la piscine, semble assez propre. Le personnel a aidé à apporter des bagages à la chambre. La location de l'hôtel est bonne, il se sent un peu moins développé autour de l'hôtel, mais il y a un bon centre de proximité, peut-être 5 minutes avec la voiture.

Second séjoue dans cet hôtel moderne et confortable. Grande chambre avec climatisation efficace. Bagagerie gratuite très appréciable. Légèrement excentrée mais proche de la gare et il y a un bon restaurant dans l'hôtel. Très bien !

This hotel is actually better than I thought it would be. I got an executive room for a really good price. The room had air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, and a safe. The food is cheap, even cheaper than a lot of the food outside the hotel. I had Nasi Goreng Kampung, Seafood Capcay, Corn Egg Soup, and three servings of rice, all for only 120k. And it was all delicious! There's a big variety of food and drinks in the morning, but you have to get there early!

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

L'hôtel est magnifique et dispose d'un grand lobby. La chambre était grande et le service est le plus grand.

La location est excellente n il est juste au centre de la ville medan. Il y a un grand centre de stationnement : centre de délipark juste à l'encontre de l'hôtel w Sogo en tant que magasin de détachement. Il y a beaucoup de cinéma n repas disponibles sur le haut de la planche. La sécurité de l'hôtel est très étroite qui me fait sentir sûr ... Le personnel là-bas r là pour nous accueillir à l'hôtel

Air conditioning system maintenance should be improved. The air conditioning is so noisy, and only way to stop d noise is turn it off. First night request for change of room but none available and hotel can’t do anything about it, only manage to change room 2nd night

The rooms are a tad old and the carpet doesn’t seem clean.. we stayed for 3 nights and due to work from home situation, we stayed in the room when the housekeeping came. They just tidied up the bedsheet, maybe washed bathroom and changed the towels but, didn’t vacuum the carpet. We also sent laundry which was supposed to be ready by the end of the day under regular laundry. But, they only sent the laundry the next day noon. The staffs are okay friendly. Location is great. Will I be back? Maybe, I’ll try other nearby hotels as well.

Good location , beside is lotte mall easier look for restaurants! Near Medan city railways station if you came from airport , walk only 10min !
