Great room and experience here. The gym floor has a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and a cold plunge. Pool is quaint. Hotel is vintage and well maintained. Got great service with extra water and change of linens. Will return again.

Had a very pleasant stay as the room was large, spacious, internet was easy and good, bathroom clean (except that the toilet bowl was located too close to the shower creating an unbalanced seating posture), staff very friendly and polite and rooms were cleaned promptly. However do take note that bathrobes are only available to those occupying suites, with no exceptions. Breakfast spread was acceptable and what Adimulia did well was to top up and replenish food even nearing to the end of the breakfast service.
Overall, recommended for a pleasant experience.

La salle de bain n'avait ni ventilateur ni fenêtre pour l'air frais , c'était donc une odeur formidable.
Il n'y avait qu'un petit rouleau de papier toilette qui était laissé sur le support de papier toilette.
La première nuit, il y avait très peu d'eau chaude, donc nous avons dû prendre des douches froides.
Le deuxième jour, l'eau chaude est revenue.
La vue de l'hôtel était bonne.
Les installations étaient vraiment défavorables.
C'était une honte.

Great hotel in tuktuk area. Our assigned room has cracked handwashing basin, cracked balcony glass, leftover candies/marshmallow on balcony ground. Bathroom is small for stars hotel and its price. We paid for toba lake view with premium, expecting details but disappointment. We were assigned room on the wing so the view to lake, although visible it was not spectacular or to our expectation. Breakfast is good, staff are friendly, infinity pool is beautiful but water is not heated.

The staff friendliness is highly commendable always attentive to our requirements.
We ordered room dining and breakfast over at the Spoon Restaurant was really good.
The hotel location may not have much to do around as most attractions are quite a drive away.
But overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely consider to come back.

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

The Staff is amazing and very helpful. Stored my luggage there while I went for a jungle trek. The hotel is centrally located and it is quiet by night. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel room is big and clean. Even though I liked everything at the hotel the only room which disappointed me was the gym. The gym is very small and the equipment is not working properly. I would book my stay with the hotel again.

TTrip.com local guidesIt’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

UUtilisateur anonymeNous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits dans 2 bungalows supérieurs (côte à côte). Tous disposent de leur propre balcon, de 2 chaises en rotin et d'une petite table basse. L'endroit idéal pour profiter de la vue majestueuse sur le lac Toba en sirotant un thé, un café ou un en-cas. Toutes les chambres offrent une vue imprenable sur le lac.
C'était un séjour très relaxant ! On peut nager dans le lac ou piquer une tête dans la piscine. La cuisine est excellente. Mes enfants ont adoré la pizza. La patronne a préparé la pizza maison ⭐❤️ et elle était bien meilleure que chez Pizza Hut ou Domino's… Nous en avons commandé trois 👍
Chambres propres, avec douche chaude et toilettes modernes. Nous avons très bien dormi grâce à des lits et des oreillers confortables. Le personnel était également très serviable. Je recommande vivement ! Merci Tuk Tuk Bungalows 🌹👍
