They’re really have good services and facilities. They separated non smoking and smoking room. I can’t stay in smoking room. Cleanliness also is a big deal and they nailed it. A little change needs are please use real shampoo and body soap for better experience. I had once stayed at Claro Makassar, yet still reliable for staying as well.

I stayed two different occasions. The facilities are in general very good. However, I had booked also because of the swimming pool and on the first date the swimming pool was closed and no compensation was offered. On the second date the sheets were full of stains. Considering the price I expected more.

Très bon, propre et hygiénique, le personnel de service est très gentil, donnant aux gens un sentiment de respect. Le petit déjeuner est au premier étage, service complet personnalisé, recommandé pour les voyages d'affaires. Il y a un restaurant de fruits de mer à côté de l'hôtel avec des prix raisonnables et une cuisine délicieuse.

Position very strategic. Walk away from sea port. And right in the middle of city business centre. Anyway everything was good, good experience for being here. But this is only another business hotel. Don't expect too much

I have just checked in. The check-in process was efficient, the staff were helpful, and the room appears clean and comfortable. I’ll share further feedback after my stay.

Der Ausblick war megaschön, aber das Bad muss richtig gereinigt werden. Eine Personal hat irgendwie keine Lust zum Arbeit. Außenbeleuchtung und Aussenbereich sind schon ausgestaltet.
