Hi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

Ramcharan hotel is good in terms of room space. It is near to Tirumala entrance car check point compared to other hotels which are in the city. The air quality level is good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty 😋. I recommend using it. In a room you will get 2 queen size beds which are good for four people. Parking is there, you will get space, however it is limited. Overall good experience 😃

Located in the heart of vijaywada. Huge spacious rooms. Good room amenities and quality. Cleanliness can be improved a little.

Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces. Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food. Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

I had a pleasant stay at Monarch City Express Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. It's neither 3* nor 4* hotel. Swimming pool is not there. My problems: 1. TV was not able to connect any english channel. Max children channels are active. 2. Fruit bowl was not kept.Not provided even after request. 3. Shaving kit was not kept. On insistence, it was provided. 4. The ingate is not located at correct position Need to take one full circle to reach inside. 5. Bed sheets could be clean one. Towels/ hand napkins all are of low standard. 6. only One sheet of paper tissue was kept on table. I used my personal one..

Always good our second time i lost my wallet somewhere but I got it back i forgot that for 24 h but i got it back that's wonderful hotel ☺️
