I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

It was a nice experience, everything was very superb. But the location wise, not so impressive. Too much traffic always, travelling from center of city to hotel through cabs not easy.

Location : excellent many good restaurants around. Food : breakfast is below average though spread is good service: though checkin, checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. Had to request to clean up. Overall room cleanliness is average. Stay here if you are looking for an option in whitefield and your budget is <3500

Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. La chambre était grande et suffisante pour trois d'entre nous, y compris notre enfant adolescent. Tout le monde était gentil et gentil. Le spécialiste Harish nous a donné un excellent discours sur les Kodava (les peuples locaux) et sur les éléphants. Il était très bien informé et nous l'avons fait sur un bon feu qui était magnifique. Le check-in du personnel était agréable mais ils ont essayé de vendre une chambre améliorée quand nous n'avons pas vraiment besoin d'une chambre. Nous avons séjourné dans des immobiliers innombrables de Mariott dans le monde entier et c'était la première fois que quelqu'un nous a essayé de vendre une chambre mise à niveau que je me suis sentie erronée en raison de notre confort dans notre chambre réservée. Si vous voulez mettre à jour, vous devriez le faire comme complimentaire sinon ne essayez pas de voir quelque chose sur un prétexte fausse, car ils ont dit que nous ne serions peut-être pas confortables dans notre réservation existante. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant a également un traitement et un design de bienvenue spécial dans notre chambre.

Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.

Le Massage Spa a un bon personnel, ils sourient et divertent les invités, à l'inverse de l'hôtel!! Le masseur nommé Shashikala est une dame si gentille et bon ce qu'elle fait, je lui ai donné un 10/10 ❤️

The hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.

Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Notre première fois en Inde, et quelle étonnante séjour à l'hôtel Chancery! J'ai séjourné ici avec un groupe de 6 étudiants, et dès notre arrivée, nous avons été traités avec une hospitalité de classe supérieure. Le personnel nous a accueillis avec des sourires, des portes ouvertes, aidés avec nos bagages, et a personnellement fourni tout droit à nos portes de chambre vraiment impressionnant service depuis le début jusqu'à la fin. Les chambres sont calmes, propres et super confortables. Le petit déjeuner était une autre évidence! Une large sélection d'options alimentaires indiennes et japonaises aussi une telle surprise agréable et absolument délicieuse. Il y a aussi une salle de sport à l'hôtel, parfaite pour brûler de tous les bons aliments 😂💪. La location-wise, il n'arrive pas mieux que ça. MG Road est à pied, avec beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques et centres de commerce à proximité. Globalement, l'hôtel Chancery est fiable, très précieux pour l'argent et très recommandé. Un grand cri à tous les membres du personnel de l'entrée, du bureau frontal, du restaurant, à la garde de maison chacun d'entre vous était ami, professionnel, et toujours souriant 👍👏. Gestionnaire, vous avez vraiment une équipe merveilleuse... ils méritent une augmentation! 😄 Merci de faire de notre première expérience en Inde une telle mémorable 🇮🇳❤️
