The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

Rooms are ok but old. Booked rooms with breakfast but was told at reception we don’t have breakfast included. Had to show her our bookings in the apps.
This left a sour note to our stay. However the breakfast was really good South Indian food. Best breakfast we had throughout our 11 nites stay out in 5 hotels.

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Despite the renovation of the lobby, it was not noisy or dusty. Service was impressive especially at the breakfast buffet. Chef came to our table every morning for special requests! We had an extra bed in our room and it was spacious to accommodate us! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Would stay again. Highly recommended! 👍😉🤩💕

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel Taj. C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne ici. L'hôtel était exceptionnellement bien organisé et méticuleusement entretenu. J'ai particulièrement apprécié leur délicieux petit-déjeuner, à essayer absolument ! Le service était vraiment excellent.

IInvitéI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

IInvitéThe hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.

TTraveling TanJ'ai récemment séjourné à Olive Magrath par le Groupe d'ambassade à Bangalore et j'ai eu une expérience agréable dans l'ensemble. Cependant, j'ai trouvé la chambre un peu sombre pour mon amour, ce qui est quelque chose à garder en tête en fonction de votre préférence pour la lumière naturelle.
Le personnel de l'hôtel était un accent, toujours engagé et prêt à assister, ce qui a fait une différence significative dans la qualité de mon séjour.
L'une des caractéristiques de l'état d'avancement de Olive Magrath est l'espace de collaboration incroyable disponible, un endroit idéal pour les nomads numériques ou pour tout le monde travaillant en ligne, offrant un environnement confortable et productif pour le travail.
La location de l'hôtel est une autre grande plus, confortablement située et facilement accessible, ce qui la rend une brise pour explorer la ville ou pour se rendre aux réunions d'affaires.
L'expérience m'a permis de recommander à Olive Magrath les visiteurs de Bangalore, surtout si vous travaillez pendant le voyage. Je pense certainement à rester ici à mon prochain voyage à Bangalore.
