We stayed for 2 days with no WiFi, no TV signal, and the air conditioner was leaking. We've called for a technician several times already. We called the Front desk officer to assist us, but they just told us there was no signal. It wasn't very pleasant since we did not enjoy what we paid for comfort and access to the internet. I hope that with this review, they will work on how to attend to their customers' concerns.

The room is so clean with complete toiletries. It also gave us all the staycation vibes that we need. Overall we are so satisfied and happy during our stay there.

Really happy with our stay at Park Inn Davao, the unit was tidy and we love how it’s adjacent to SM mall. The staff was accommodating and we will come back again!

Pros - chambre confortable propre - près de la ligne de coût avec vue sur le canal - Super polite staff - grande zone de piscine familiale - used to the place being full so it’s very well organized - service de la chambre 24 heures Cons - pas de concierge pour saluer les nouveaux clients sortant des taxis - Personne ne vous montrera dans votre chambre! - portes bruyantes qui réveillent les invités très tôt le matin, en raison des voisins de portes à côté de l'autre (voir photos) - oiseaux poo dans toutes les fenêtres (voir images) - petit déjeuner buffet était juste ok.. service de café et pas de grand repas. Un hôtel décent mais quelque peu détruit par le mauvais accueil et le bruit matinal d'autres invités.

Le prix est très bon pour rester avec la famille. Grands moments avec le match de boxe Pacquiao sur l'écran grand dans la zone du casino – et il était gratuit! Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt..

The Dusit D2 offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for those seeking comfort and relaxation. While the amenities are well-designed, I found them to be a bit limited if you're the type who enjoys a variety of activities. The hotel features a pool, which is nice, but could feel a bit underwhelming if you're someone who craves more entertainment options. On the bright side, the 24-hour gym is a great perk for fitness enthusiasts, and the gourmet shop adds a touch of luxury for those looking to indulge in premium snacks or specialty items. Beyond these, however, there aren't many activities to keep you occupied, so it’s a space that caters more to relaxation and personal time, often spent in your room. Overall, Dusit D2 is ideal for a serene stay but might feel a bit too quiet for those who easily get bored. More in improvement on the food please, there’s no menu that sticks out or you want to try again.

Travelling with a toddler This place is perfect!!!! Our flight arrival was 7:10am. We were welcomed by Kuya Alec (airport transfer driver) straight to the Welcome Center. First trip to the hotel was at 11am but Kuya Alec said we can join the employees’ boat at 9am. So we were at the resort as early as 10am swimming in the beach. Check in was at 3pm but we were given room at 12nn. Such a breeze. Our favorite were the heated pool. We were at the pool and the beach from 10am to 8pm. The weekend fire dance show was awesome. The breakfast food was so good and variety is wide. I love the whole truffle cheese wheel! Check in and check out were a breeze. Miss Jelay, of Front Desk was so accommodating to my hyperactive toddler. Also Ms Vanessa and Ms Daphne. We will definitely go back again

Il s'agit d'un excellent hôtel. Le personnel était étonnant et rien n'était trop de problème. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Petit-déjeuner buffet si l'hôtel est très occupé, A la carte si peu occupé mais les deux sont bons. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper cet hôtel. Très calme, situé dans un parc géant.

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.
