Pour la 3ème réservation à Dusit Thani pour célébrer un jour, nous avons acheté des aliments et du léchon pour être consommé à l'intérieur de notre chambre, mais cette fois-ci, ils nous ont demandé un coucher de p5,000 pour le léchon, Je leur ai dit que nous consommerions la nourriture à l'intérieur de la chambre d non pas dans le restaurant, mais nous avons insisté pour payer le frais de corkage. Demander une commission de corkage mais n'a même pas donné une recette.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre. Elle paraissait très vieille et démodée, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le Wi-Fi était inexistant. J'ai déposé une réclamation le lendemain matin à 8h. Il a fallu attendre deux soirs de suite pour que le problème soit résolu et qu'on nous propose une autre chambre. Cette nouvelle chambre était exceptionnelle. La climatisation fonctionnait. Elle était moderne, plus jolie et moins étroite que la précédente. On pouvait accéder au lit facilement des deux côtés, contrairement à l'autre chambre où le lit était collé au mur. Cette nouvelle chambre était donc bien plus agréable. Le seul bémol de l'hôtel était le Wi-Fi, extrêmement mauvais, voire inexistant. Mais c'était le seul problème que nous avons rencontré durant notre séjour. Tout le reste était parfait, de la propreté au personnel. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était correct, même s'il manquait de choix pour les palais occidentaux. Pour un Philippin, c'était suffisant.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for resting after a long day. We also loved the ambiance and the overall peaceful vibe of the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The swimming  pool was refreshing and clean. Food’s was great as well. Can’t wait to comeback.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié chaque jour. Si vous demandez un bacon, ils vous feront un bon déjeuner. Le personnel est très confortable et je m'aime comment ils saluent les invités tout le temps. Le spa est étonnant et très relaxant et la salle de sport est propre et ouverte 24/7. La piscine est jolie. Nous avons une belle vue du 5ème étage. Tout le monde est super mabait et étonnant des gardes à la réception, au personnel et au service de la maison. Recommandera cet hôtel à mes amis qui visiteront Davao

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience
