It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.

Le restaurant était très confortable. Dis-nous qu'il demandera au génie de le regarder, mais il n'a pas remonté. D'autre part, le bureau de front masculin était très contraignant. Je regrette de ne pas prendre note de son nom. Il est un hindou car il portait une corde liée à son bracelet droit et un bracelet d'argent. Je le recommande très fortement.

Ceci est ce que je appelle un hôtel parfait si je peux appeler un ... Aucune erreur n'a été commode et le séjour était confortable au-delà de nos attentes. Très recommandé et sera certainement rester ici encore

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Excellent hospitality of mr sukhjinder singh at the front desk who is a go to person for all your needs and queries. The food quality is awesome and the buffet has a sufficient variety of food. Our stay experience is very good at this property.

Nous avons été impressionnés par les installations, mais malheureusement très déçus parce que nous avons oublié un objet et que le personnel nous a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le trouver, ce qui n'était pas vrai.

Les chambres étaient très bonnes. Le personnel est courtois et très bon avec leur hospitalité. L'hôtel est également très bien situé. Le temple d'or était à 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. La seule chose négative que je dois appeler est la présence extérieure de l'hôtel.. semble juste un bâtiment sur la route. La réception est au niveau 1 qui a nécessité une montée quelques escaliers.

The first room they gave us was not good - the key card holder fell off - the room had a musty smell and was a corner room - thought is was small in size. So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott. We would rate this as an average hotel

Front office not welcome only follow me and friend and requested us to do the hotel reviews service . I'm stay 2 night they not clean my rooms .food good restaurants good .
