Fantastique service et propreté.

I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est sans aucun doute très bon, la chambre est également grande et c'est pratique pour regarder Ronaldo. Cependant, il y a eu quelques incidents mineurs. J'ai senti qu'il y avait un léger problème avec les chambres à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Je venais de commencer à prévoir de réserver une chambre de luxe à midi, mais dans l'après-midi, j'ai vu que toutes les chambres avaient été retirées. étagères et c'étaient toutes des suites. Finalement, j'ai réservé une suite. À mon arrivée, j'ai vu toutes les chambres à prix unique. Après sa sortie, j'ai payé plus de 3 000 pour réserver une suite. L'air ambiant dans l'autre pièce était sec ou quelque chose du genre, mais mon nez était inconfortable.

La chambre est super, l'environnement est également très bon, le petit déjeuner est très riche, les œufs sont délicieux, le personnel de service est également professionnel, à côté de la plus grande mosquée de Riyad, vous pouvez recevoir des touristes chinois, vous pouvez expérience profonde

Newish hotel. Close to metro station. Very soundproof. Surroundings not great. Lots of building sites. Swimmingpool was not avisilable at first. Due to maintainance and ramadan. Later available. Staff was not realy doing much to solve the situation. Sun at Swimmingpool till noon. Comfy bed, good shower. Wifi not great. Would not recommend.

الفندق نظيف جداً وجديد وبوفيه الافطار رغم صغره لكنه نظيف والاصناف متنوعة والخدمة فيه رائعة انصحكم فيه واحب اشكر موظفة الاستقبال ماعرفت اسمها حققت طلبي بغرفة علوية بالدور التاسع .. ملاحظتي الغرفة صغيرة جداً كما في الصورة تكفي لشخص او اثنين فقط لكنه موجود كرسي واحد ولكن توجد غرف اكبر منها مساحة شاهدتها في بعض الصور

From the moment of check-in to check-out, their professionalism and willingness to assist significantly enhanced my stay. My room was even upgraded for free. The location is not far from the airport. For a small fee, I was dropped off at the airport in a very comfortable 4-wheel drive. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable lodging experience.

設施：酒店設施完善，出現了沒有熱水的情況，但是及時解決了 衞生：衞生整體還行，但是會有衞生死角，個人可以接受 環境：很安靜的地方，適合一家人一起來 服務：服務超好，給經理點贊，服務很及時，反應任何問題都能馬上解決 猶豫了很久才訂這裏，因為沒有評價，希望我的評論能給大家安心。很遺憾沒能拍到照片，並且是出差，沒能享受到。

The hotel was super and amazing, I was there because I was attending a sports even in Riyadh Arena, and it was 10 minutes walking distance from the location. It was also walking distance from Granada Mall, which was good enough for shopping all your needs. The room was spacious, you will be amazed by the space considering it is a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped with your necessities. I had iron, bath robe, extra pillows, extra bed covers, all in the room ready to use, without the need to request from the hotel. The employees were helpful and their service was superb. The breakfast was decent, small but it had all the varieties. The breakfast area was extra super cold, but this is a personal preference as some people like it that way... An extra note that their check out is at 2.00 p.m. which actually amazed me, since all hotels checks you out at 12 pm. I would definitely stay again there. Thank you
