Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

L'hôtel Aloft Riyadh garantit un séjour réussi à Riyadh - à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de métro, et des bars de service rapide sont disponibles. J'ai prolongé mon séjour pour une nuit et il n'y avait aucun problème de rester dans la même chambre, malgré des réservations séparées, plus favorables.

Le petit déjeuner est très riche. La chambre n'est pas très grande, il est également possible. La position est bonne, il y a une station de métro en bas, il y a peu de McDonald's et d'autres restaurants locaux et supermarchés, pas loin du centre-ville.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

Our stay was truly exceptional, and it was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We were incredibly touched by the effort Jaybie, Kim, and Kelvin put into making our special day so memorable. The surprise prepared was the absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine warmth.

Hotel was amazing! It’s only 1 year old! Brand new!! Everything is super clean and luxurious. Breakfast buffet had huge selection of healthy and delicious food. Location is superb close to Kingdom Centre. Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

Nous étions juste restés pendant la nuit, car nous avions un long layout pour notre vol, mais l'hébergement était parfait pour nos besoins. La réception a sorti notre chambre rapidement et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de la chambre - plus une petite suite, avec une cuisine-diner-salon, et une salle de douche séparée et une grande chambre. Nous avons commandé de la nourriture de Deliveroo, qui a pris des années pour arriver mais a rempli le trou. Le petit déjeuner est très confortable et le petit déjeuner est très confortable. Nous sommes réveillés à 4 h par l'appel à la prière, qui était très musical si bien plus tôt que nous voulions nous réveiller. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, et la seule chose qui manquait était un café frais (le thé était fourni), mais j'espère que cela aurait été inclus si je pensais le demander. Tout à tout prix pour un séjour confortable.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience. Room: The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it. Room Service Food: The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary. Breakfast: Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch. Spa: The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient. Getting Around: Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free. Overall Experience: A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.
