Il n'y a pas de réception ni de service à cet hôtel. Il y a un restaurant en bas, mais il a été fermé pendant notre séjour. Ils vous envoient simplement un code pour vous inscrire. Assurez-vous de vérifier votre chambre, car ils nous ont initialement donné une chambre différente de celle que nous avons réservée, bien qu'ils l'aient rapidement changée après avoir contacté. We added bed linens with additional charges but then we need to install it ourselves. We are already tired travel from far and setting the bedlinen ourselves is unacceptable. For the men's shared bathroom( not the toilet), the floor is full of dirt, without slippers it is very bad experience. I was showering with naked feet because I only travel with shoes. As there's a short distance from room to the bathroom that need to step through murt, other traveller slippers also became dirty and just walk into shower area with slippers on. There's plenty of space for shared kitchen which is awesome, but the auto door lock made it very inconvenient for a single person that is in middle of cooking and need to open door for partner, because 1 room is only given with 1 set of keys. I did not expect that the full windowed view of waterfall is only for ordering meal, oherwise I would rather spend 1 meal there for the scenery, sadly I missed the awesome breakfast.

Really lovely hotel. Everything great, only downside was the location. We hadn’t realised how far out it was from everything. Great for seeing northern lights but at least a 2 hour drive to lots of the popular sights.

The floor is warm, even though there are strong winds at night in the area, there is no one talking around. The sound of the wind is like natural white noise, and there are mini bar drinks, tea, and coffee included in the accommodation price. The service staff are very good, and the environment is very quiet except for natural factors. It is bright and clean, and the air is not cold at all

Le petit déjeuner était très varié mais assez simple, mais il n'y avait pas de réservations continues au cours du petit déjeuner. Il n'y a que des escaliers pour monter au deuxième étage du bâtiment principal. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables.

We slept well. Our room was the golf course view. The 9 hole informal golf course was a pleasant surprise. We played in the morning after breakfast as a morning walking exercise.

Everything was perfect. Our bedroom over faced the mountains. The shared bathroom was only shared with another room. We had diner there and it was excellent. Breakfast was also very good

La position géographique est excellente, dans le parc national de la péninsule de Swanshan, l'hôtel est propre et propre, l'unique hôtel à coucher inconfortable, les autres sont très bons et pratique de voyager. Entré dans le centre-ville est un projet super, le parking n'a pas de frais de parking est super

Quiet and clean hotel with lots of facilities which allow guests to enjoy. We arrived at the hotel late (after 9pm) and the hotel restaurant was still able to serve us food that was way beyond our expectations - the waitress was extremely kind and helpful. We were also able to catch the northern lights which was a pleasant surprise considering the time of the year (August). Overall, we are very pleased with our stay here.

La maison d'hôtes est très bien située et offre une vue spectaculaire. La cuisine bien équipée, bien que nous n'ayons pas eu un sac à main parce que quelqu'un l'aurait pris, nous l'avons demandé et en 5 minutes nous avons piqué la porte de la chambre avec un nouveau sac à main. C'est dommage que certains pensent à eux seulement et pas à la normale. Vous avez 2 réfrigérateurs, l'un pour ce que vous utilisez et l'autre pour lequel vous pouvez prendre ou laisser pour d'autres. La vérité est qu'il a été l'une des meilleures expériences au sein de la Guesthouse.
