Je cherchais un hôtel abordable à Uttara et je suis tombé sur le White Palace Hotel. C'est un très bon hôtel qui ne coûte pas trop cher. le gars du service serviable, Alamin, est venu me chercher à l'heure à l'aéroport. La nourriture de l'hôtel est savoureuse et le service est également bon. J'ai passé un très bon moment et j'ai hâte d'y retourner à l'avenir.

L'hôtel est propre, l'environnement est calme et confortable, le service est enthousiaste et attentif, les installations sont complètement supérieures aux attentes, très satisfait d'un séjour

So Close to the Airport – and Really Comfortable This place is only a 5-minute walk from Dhaka International Airport, so it's super easy for a quick stay or catching your flight. The rooms give you a choice of two pillows, which is nice. Breakfast has a lot of options, including fresh omelets and fried rice..

Hotel budget. La propreté pourrait être meilleure, mais elle est généralement ok. La nourriture est juste décente. Il y a un spa avec une bonne offre de traitements et un petit gym.

L'environnement est très bon, la vitesse est très bonne, beaucoup plus que beaucoup de cinq étoiles à l'intérieur du pays. Le meilleur service à ce jour à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur est le meilleur, et il y a un écart évident avec eux à la maison

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

Заселились ночью перед вылетом. К обслуживанию и завтраку вопросов нет. Сожно выбрать подходящую не острую еду. В номере есть жидкое мыло, одноразовые зубные щетки, фен, тапочки А вот чистота хромает. Были в 607 номере видно что полы не мытые были, а постельное белье нас убило. Спали в одежде.

Overall good breakfast has not many item has live kitchen only for egg fry room was clean only drinking water was free but peanut is not free

Excellent ! Chinese Hostel Management are fantastic, Specially manager Mr. Shahin is very good person. Is very near to Airport & heart of Uttara, security system are very good. In Dhaka everywhere is Mosquito’s problem, but Chinese Hostel prevents it with Mosquito net. *Some of point they have to improve no. 1/ payment system 2/ complimentary breakfast quality and serving system. I wish I will book again & recommend international travelers.
