It’s definitely a 5 star hotel experience, the staffs at the reception is very helpful and professional. There’s a petite yet posh boutique located at the lobby, traditional Japanese restaurant, western cuisine and Chinese restaurant with standard, yet the price is reasonable. Although the double bed room is a little bit small, but mattress is comfortable, toilet amenities are with “full Japanese standard” ;) The location is great, with family-mart, 7-11 and some little restaurants surrounding around. There’s even a local wet market around the corner, local shopping malls with affordable price. As it’s nearby the Sendai station, it’s convenient to go Tokyo or other prefecture, this city center is amazing and filled up with all branded name chain stores.

Je vous ai recommandé de prendre la voiture car c'est plus pratique. Il y a des places touristiques près de l'hôtel. Ils ont un bon déplacement.

Good location above Sendai station. Clean and comfortable. The light switches were too small and dark for the elderly / poor eyesight to see. Example- the shelves (containing the glasses and cups) were black colour and had no light. No laundry line. Toilet only has 1 short railing to hang all our towels / clothes.

Au milieu de la montagne, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la gare de Naruko, c'est très calme et la source chaude est particulièrement bonne.La légère odeur de soufre enveloppe les alentours, et on se sent glissant après trempage. Il y a des sources chaudes privées et publiques, et il y en a quatre privées, premier arrivé, premier servi sans réservation. Il y a des sucettes glacées ou des boissons lactiques à l'entrée des sources chaudes, ce qui est très bien.

The location is close to Sendai Station, however, they should train the junior staff to be more helpful.

Better than expected, clean room and room size is larger than those in city. Convenient store next door make it even more convenient. Staff is welcoming even we don't speak a word of Japanese.

Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately. There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby. Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

J'ai invité ma fille et sa famille de Kyoto. Si j'en ai envie, j'irai seul. Bain extérieur panoramique avec vue sur Matsushima, l'un des trois sites les plus pittoresques du Japon C'est super, le bain est éclairé la nuit. En écoutant le bruit des trains locaux sur la ligne Senseki, je pense à Matsushima la nuit et je me projette dans mon avenir. Un moment de détente. Tout au buffet est délicieux. Les enfants adorent. Les sashimis sont frais aussi. Le prix est raisonnable. Le mari de ma fille était également ravi. Les chambres ont une vue panoramique sur Matsushima ^_^ Si vous en avez l'occasion, venez. Venez visiter Matsushima Taikanso !

The hotel is very near to the outlet mall. The mall has many shops and drugstore and almost every things you need. The breakfast is great 👍 with many varieties. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended

Le distributeur automatique de l'hôtel ne vendait que des boissons gazeuses. Le magasin vendait de la bière et d'autres boissons, mais malheureusement, le magasin n'était ouvert que jusqu'à 20h30 environ, j'ai donc dû l'acheter à l'avance. Comme il n’y a pas de dépanneurs à proximité, j’ai pensé que ce serait bien d’avoir un distributeur automatique où je pourrais acheter de l’alcool.
