Une maison fantastique , des installations nickel et haut de gamme le tout dans une vieille maison d'époque restaurée avec grand soins. L'hôte est une perle rare , gentille , très serviable et se débrouille pour que vous soyez aux petits soins . L'endroit est juste magique. !!! Merci pour tout .

We’re a family travelling with 3 kids so we booked 2 corner rooms for the needed space. 1) We were given 2 corner rooms at opposite ends of the floor, so we had to walk up & down & up & down the corridor to pass stuff to one another, so that was a bit inconvenient. The hotel refused at first to give us a 2nd key card saying that only 1 is allowed. 2) The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy but the pillows were very flat, so we requested for more pillows but they still didn’t provide much support. There was an electric small leg massager in room. 3) The sink in the toilet was v low, so adults wld have to bend over a bit more. But bathing area & shower was spacious and comfortable. 4) Hotel location was right next to JR, and lots of food options so it was great as we didn’t do hotel breakfast. There is no drop off point for cars or taxis at the hotel as the hotel lobby is on 3rd floor of building. 5) We drove a 7 seater car(to accommodate luggages) so the roof was too high & had to be parked at a Times public carpark 2 mins away that we paid for. 6) All in all, a recommended hotel in Tokushima & we would return to stay again due to central location & shopping areas all reachable on foot.

As nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.

Very very good place to stay, especially if you're in Iya. Highly recommended and it's so near iya bridge that you can drop by early while there's NOONE. But very strict on timing so 3pm check-in but you can walk around. Very good dinner and local breakfast. Room was awesome! Just stay here, will stay here again! Onsen was good too!

A nice hotel conveniently located near the JR station with convenience stores and plenty of eateries nearby. It is also close to a mall where you can find local delicacies, including a food market in the basement. Paid parking is connected to the hotel and the staff can provide discounted parking rates which was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was good with a decent selection. We arrived close to last order and they had already started clearing some of the food so it’s best to go early if you want to enjoy your meal at a more relaxed pace.

Il s'agit d'un endroit sans manœuvre, mais il s'agit d'un moyen de téléphoner au personnel de la bureau et de trouver la clé dans la chambre réservée dans la boîte aux touches. Le personnel ne parle que l'anglais de base, donc vous devriez préparer une mesure pour communiquer en japonais. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont très spacieuses et sont difficiles à trouver au Japon. Il est équipé d'une micro-ondes et d'un réfrigérateur. Mais la madrague sur le lit était morte avec tous les cuisses. Si vous allez à Tokushima, je trouverai cet endroit à nouveau.

Cet hôtel thermal dispose non seulement d'un bain extérieur en plein air avec de belles couleurs automnales, mais propose également un service très attentionné. Il y a une visite nocturne gratuite de Manqiao le soir. Comme nous étions pressés par le temps le lendemain, l'hôtel a également envoyé un chauffeur pour venir nous chercher à Manqiao, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir chez nous. Le service chinois à la réception est également excellent. J'espère vraiment avoir la chance de revenir ici.

L'emplacement est à côté de la gare, avec un transport pratique. L'hôtel dispose de quatre places de parking gratuites, ce qui est idéal pour ceux qui conduisent. La chambre était grande, propre et confortable. L'attitude du gars à la réception était très bonne et polie.

À l'intérieur de la gare de Tokushima. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et le personnel est très accueillant. Hôtel recommandé pour ceux qui séjournent à Tokushima.

The hotel is good value for money with hearty Japanese and basic western breakfast buffet included. Location wise, it is more convenient for car driving travellers as there is only one shopping centre nearby and no other shops or eateries within short walking distances. Room is cleaned every 3 days but clean towels are provided daily. Stop for Buses going to the Onaruto Bridge, the Naruto Whirlpool boat tours, the Otsuka Museum of Art stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel.
