Beach front location, clean and spacious room, free car park, helpful and polite staff. Meal are good in quality and taste. Thanks the manager and restaurant staff prepare gift and photo taking for my daughter birthday. Onsen has open bath and seaview.

Hôtel très recommandé👍 Permettez-moi de parler du service. Avant de passer la commande, j'ai appelé Ctrip en ligne à plusieurs reprises pour me renseigner sur le bus de prise en charge et de dépose. Quelqu'un a répondu au téléphone. Il devrait y avoir une dame à la réception qui parle chinois. Nous avons tous utilisé le courrier électronique pour communiquer plus tard. De plus, si l'heure du service de prise en charge est dépassée, la jeune fille vous indiquera dans l'e-mail comment prendre le bus là-bas, y compris le prix, où descendre, etc. Kurayoshi est encore un endroit relativement isolé. Il est recommandé d'essayer le petit-déjeuner et le dîner de l'hôtel (sur réservation à l'avance, il y a aussi des restaurants dans les rues environnantes).

Si je dois choisir quelques mots, c'est que j'ai eu un type de chambre au hasard. J'ai eu une chambre avec une mauvaise vue sur l'extérieur. C'était au deuxième étage avec des escaliers. Tout le reste était bien. La soupe privée était excellente. Le service était super. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas des buffets. Ce n’était pas un problème pour les gens normaux. Je ne pouvais pas manger assez. Mais je pourrais avoir du riz gratuit. Je pourrais bénéficier d'un service de prise en charge et de dépose gratuit à la gare JR. Je suis allé au dépanneur pour acheter quelque chose à mon retour. J'ai constaté que la porte principale de l'hôtel était fermée.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de mer. L'accueil et le service de bagagiste sont excellents, vous faisant sentir comme chez vous. Le bain thermal de l'hôtel est un atout majeur, avec son environnement confortable et ses installations complètes, ainsi que ses différentes piscines intérieures et extérieures. Le petit-déjeuner est un menu typiquement japonais, riche et varié, servi avec un service attentionné. Seul bémol : une odeur particulière provenant des vieilles installations dans les couloirs des chambres, source d'inconfort.

The hotel is situated at the middle level of Daisen, only 30 mins drive from Yonago city. It is a big complex with a lot of rooms. The best view rooms are probably those facing the sea. Ours faces Daisen Mountain, which is not bad either. It gave me a sense of tranquility. The onsen is awesome with both outdoor and indoor pools. The showering area is spacious too. The room is in a very decent size. It was amply sufficient for three of us. Adding points to this review is the 3 hours of happy hours, with unlimited flow of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The panoramic view restaurant was quite a nice place for relaxing. Another point to add is the 11:00 o'clock check-out time, unlike other hotels in Yonago at 10:00. Overall, if you book the hotels well in advance, it's a pretty good deal.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Hot springs is good and the beach is just a footstep out. The dinner quality is not that good as I’ve expected.

食事がバイキングで、全部美味しかったー！スイーツもあって満足💕あと、子どもも連れて行ったけど、無料でカラオケできたり、トランポリンや滑り台、ボールプール、ゲームセンター、卓球も出来てめっちゃ満喫できた！ しかも、お風呂上がりにドリンクバーや地酒ビール、無料でアイスも食べれて最高🥰岩盤浴もあったり、本当にゆっくりくつろげる場でした！

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, je suis toujours très patient en communiquant pour aider à réserver un taxi. De nombreux types de vêtements d'hôtel peuvent être très expérimentés. La chambre traditionnelle japonaise est très large et propre. Il est vraiment dommage de vivre une nuit sans aller au grand casino. Mais je peux faire du soupe dans la chambre seul, c'est un hôtel que je veux encore visiter 🤩

The service was incredible. The whole hotel has tatami floor so you need to let the staff help to clean your baggage wheels and then take off your shoes before entering hotel. Hotel buffet dinner and breakfast were great. 

This hotel has good view onoy. Quite in polite and not allowed the guest friend in the lobby or toom. Dinner quality is not good as well. Will not choice this hotel if i go to this area next time.
