We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout my stay. Facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient and accessible. Overall, it delivered excellent service and great value for a 4-star experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Staff from reception to drivers are very accomodating & halpful. They upgraded our room from garden villa to seaview room. Food can be improve on dinner buffet. However breakfast choices & taste are good. Band in the dinner was great & they sang our requested song. Overall, i will recommend & still come back some time with friends. Although an hour away from the city but the shuttle is a plus as we do not need to rent our own car.

This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

Le bureau de l'hôtel Proxy est très bien placé pour les visiteurs internationaux de l'université, mes partenaires commerciaux et leurs familles. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez une chambre confortable. Le parking était très sombre,( pas de lumière solaire, pas de postes éclairés, pas de sécurité ou de parking pour nous aider, juste pour faire que la personne qui parcherait là se sent en sécurité) avec très petit parking suffit pour un SUV pour s'adapter après 4 tentatives pour un Parking à la place.

Such a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

The staff were accommodation, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well organized. Booked this hotel last minute and it was okay for a one-night stay. The room was clean enough, but the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t choose it again if I had other options.

We stayed before here, and they are so accommodating so we decided to book again. The room is spacious and clean as well. We will definitely go back again.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet a une bonne sélection de délicieux aliments, et les équipements, en particulier la piscine, étaient excellents pour adultes et enfants. Si vous cherchez un séjour confortable avec vues impressionnantes sur le volcan Mayon et un excellent service, cet hôtel est certainement digne de réserver. Nous serions heureux de rester ici encore.
