All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

J'ai passé avec ma famille et réservé deux chambres. Les enfants aiment et ont aimé la piscine. Bien que nous aimions nos chambres, il est très confortable et avec compte Netflix. La position est également au centre, donc c'est un plus. Je reviendrais certainement et resterais à cet hôtel

An amazing hotel....5 star all the way. Excellent food, staff, pool, facility! The staff were so accommodating, friendly and super efficient. We have travelled around the world and by far this hotel was one of our favorites! I highly recommend a stay here. You wont be disappointed!

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

+ Je préfère que la baignoire et le toilette soient séparés. + Ils disposent d'un distributeur d'eau à la salle. + Julie était si bien placée et si amicale. + Les gardes du manong étaient également très bienvenus et utiles. - La chambre est très petite mais dispose d'équipements de base, sauf pour un petit réfrigérateur. - J'ai senti le tapis ou les lits seraient poussières, comme je faisais la plupart du temps des épices.

2 jours d'une expérience était magnifique. Le service client est en cours. Le personnel était professionnel et courtois. Ils ont également offert des compliments qui nous ont heureux. Les installations sont également amicales et le lieu est bon pour un toddler à marcher. Très bonne expérience et sera probablement réservée dans un avenir proche.

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, air conditionné at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madanan mo sila Babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa Baba hanggang 10pm ouvert, masarap ung mga pagkain carte riz meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rhin kami magbobook. Merci apihap hotel! 🥰🥰🥰

Nous y sommes allés en vacances (1er mai 2026 - Jour du travail) pour 1 nuit sous la rénovation pala kaya ang hina ng aircon ou halos wala doon sa desk front. Les lits doubles Ange chambre de sorte que Kasama Kaming Toddler Kaya nous avons déménagé le lit à un côté de la chambre para mag adapte la famille Kaming à la taille de l'anguille hindi pendant le sommeil. Malouwag ang room naka smart TV pa peut être sécurisé et chauffe-eau pero napansin ko masysdong madilim kasi puro pin lights lang lalo sa gabi. La ville est située dans le centre de la ville de Maliwanag, où vous pouvez accueillir des vacances en plein air. May pool na sya at free breakfast kait mura lang per night 🥰 we got this for 2,800 only dahil sa trip coins ko on my previous booked hotels. ❤️ ang sarap ng breakfast ang daming choices! ❤️ im sure mas gaganda pa lalo pag matapos ang renovations. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka. Downside lang may corkage ang outside food and drink nila na P500. Mapipilitan ka talagang kumain na lang sa labas kesa magpadelever. May lechon pala ung dîner buffet kaso bussog na kami ng meryenda so hindi na sulit mag buffet bg gabi haha

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.
