From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were professional, patient, and helpful. We arrived at varying times due to shift rotations, and the staff accommodated our check-ins and room assignments efficiently. They were understanding of our group’s needs and provided quick assistance when we required extra keycards, directions to nearby stores, and help with logistics such as early morning check-outs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, even though some of us had to sleep during daytime hours after night shifts. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust — very important for technicians coming in from long hours in server rooms or outdoor installations. The workspace setup in the rooms was decent, with desks and accessible power outlets. However, more ergonomic chairs and adjustable lighting would be a major improvement for those of us who have to log in remotely and work through tickets or troubleshooting after hours. Wi-Fi performance was fair overall — adequate for emails, documentation, and remote access to most of our systems. That said, we did encounter intermittent connection issues during peak hours, which caused delays in remote diagnostic sessions. A dedicated high-speed option for business users would be a valuable addition. Breakfast was solid, with a good mix of hot and cold items. However, as many of us work early mornings or late nights, more flexible dining hours — or at least a 24/7 grab-and-go station — would have made a big difference. Several times we returned late from jobs and had limited food options available. Having microwaves in all rooms (not just suites) would also help, especially for reheating meals during odd hours. Parking was sufficient for our work vehicles and easy to access, which saved us time during morning departures. Being able to come and go at any hour without hassle made our daily schedules much smoother. We also appreciated that the hotel is located close to supply stores and quick-service restaurants.

Airconditioning was making so much noise so I couldn't sleep properly. The bathroom also smells like it's connected to the sewers. Overall, the room didn't feel ”clean”, it could be better. The hot shower is great though. The staff were really nice and accommodating so it compensates for the room issues. The breakfast choice is limited but for the price it's a fair lineup. Location is great since it's near the bus terminal and a lot of restaurants.

Tout est si parfait. Simple et les gens sont vraiment gentils. Tout est propre, sauf le confortateur est un peu poussié. J'ai une peau hypersensible et l'un de mes allergènes supérieurs est poussié et donc j'ai été tout le temps en ruisseaux. Je suppose que si vous n'êtes pas aussi sensible que moi, vous ne ressentez pas la même chose. Je vais toujours revenir ici si j'ai un choix parce que c'est juste situé à l'arrière de l'aéroport.

J'ai séjourné dans le mangosuite pour 2 nuits pour un voyage de visite, et c'était une excellente option pour le prix et la localisation. La chambre était propre et confortable, mais sur le côté plus petit. Les chaussures étaient fraîches, la salle de bain était sans spot et la pression de l'eau dans la douche était excellente. La seule petite critique que j'ai faite est que le Wi-Fi pourrait être un peu spot, et que le bruit de la rue était remarquable. Le personnel était très aimable et efficace. L'entrée était rapide, et l'agent de bureau était très utile avec les directions. Nous avons abandonné le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel, mais nous avons trouvé un grand café local à proximité. L'hôtel Mangosuit offre une grande valeur pour l'argent dans un endroit privilégié.

I loved my stay at Midtown. It is at the heart of the town proper and within walking distance to everything. The food at their restaurant is good with a lot of choices on the menu which is perfect for days when you don't feel like roaming around. I did notice my room had some cobwebs and the cable TV wasn't working, but those seem like easy fixes for the management to handle. Otherwise, I was happy with the room and the amenities themselves. The service is nice, and I especially appreciated the approachable staff and notable dedication of personnel to customer service

Finally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.
