Pokoje wychłodzone, zimno całe szczęście zostawiają farelkę. Śniadanie bardzo skromne. Obsługa bardzo miła i sympatyczna, w pokojach czysto.

Dans l'ensemble, l'endroit était incroyable, notre chambre ressemblait même aux photos, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas. Nous avons payé 164 pln et avons pris deux buffets de petit-déjeuner qui n'étaient pas mauvais. Le troisième jour, ils ont semblé perdre notre réservation de petit-déjeuner. Ils ont dit que nous n'avions pas payé à la réception pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui est vrai, nous avons payé au kiosque du buffet, mais ils n'ont pas semblé comprendre. Nous sommes simplement allés à Lidl pour éviter de payer à nouveau ou de nous disputer. Nous sommes descendus 10 minutes après l'ouverture prévue de la piscine pour le matin, mais le membre du personnel était toujours en train de la nettoyer mais il nous a laissé faire après une minute ou deux. L'eau froide pour les carafes à réglage froid n'est pas froide, juste légèrement plus froide que la température ambiante. Nous avons fini par les remplir et les laisser au réfrigérateur pendant la nuit pour avoir de l'eau froide, ce qui n'est pas idéal lorsque vous avez soif. La majorité du personnel avec qui nous avons eu affaire était génial et a compris ce que nous voulions dire après quelques éclaircissements car nous ne parlons pas polonais. Je recommanderais quand même cet endroit à tout le monde. Le rapport qualité/prix était tout simplement incroyable et il y a peut-être eu une erreur dans le système informatique qui a gâché notre réservation de petit-déjeuner. Ce ne sont que des détails mineurs que l'hôtel pourra, je l'espère, améliorer pour les futurs clients.

Great location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. My Double Standard room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the facilities, including a lovely breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s great value for money, making it an ideal choice for solo travelers like myself. Highly recommend! 🌟❄️

Absolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

Hotel dobrze położony, przy głównej ulicy wiodącej do rynku i dworca. Łóżko wygodne i pokój przyjemnie urządzony. Dobre śniadanie, choć trochę drogie.
